What a sweet house! This was conveniently located to our waterfall and hiking adventures. The home was clean and comfortable. The back patio is beautiful and so peaceful. Check-in and out was super easy. Highly recommend if you are visiting Seneca Lake.

This house was amazing. Very clean and has absolutely everything you need. Just pack your bags and enjoy. The area has amazing areas to hike and close to all attractions. Highly recommend Shawna’s house for a relaxing and fun filled time!

The location is perfect. Especially if you want lodging in a quiet neighborhood with outdoor space to spend the evenings on the deck and/or at the fire pit. Home was very clean, cozy, and spacious. Total 5 star property!

This house had the perfect location, just minutes to Watkins Glen and the wineries. It was spacious, extremely clean, and well stocked. Very fast response from property manager and owner when heat did not work. We would highly recommend this property.

The home was very nice. Very clean and comfortable. The only thing that needed to be done is to have more lighting on the outside. The street is dark and the lighting around the house and steps could be a littler brighter. Overall very happy.

I can't say enough good things about this house! This was the first time to the Finger Lakes region for my husband and me, and the location of this house was a perfect central location for all this region has to offer. Most of our destinations were between 15 minutes and an hour away, allowing us to explore the region easily. We visited towns, wineries, and breweries bordering Seneca, Cayuga, and Keuka Lakes. The home was super clean and so comfortable for the two of us. The comfy leather reclining chairs were perfect for reading or watching TV (and all 4 TVs were smart with loads of options, including Netflix and Disney Plus). The deck and fire pit were used every evening and the backyard is very private. The bed and linens were very comfortable and the towels were super soft. The kitchen had the usual condiments and spices allowing us to prepare our breakfasts and some dinners in the home. If I could give this home 6 stars, I would!

The check-in process was a breeze! The house was comfortable and perfect for pur stay. We all loved the backyard.. dogs included!! Perfect location too!

Wonderful home! Close to Eagle’s Cliff Falls and Deckertown Falls. We would go each evening after dinner. Kids loved it!

The property was well maintained and stocked. A few items need to be addressed. Instructions for satellite television were not available.

Place was great for two couples and a dog. The firepit was awesome to have after a day of wineries. Place was super clean with lots of blankets and towels.

This was the perfect size house for 3 adults and our dog for the week. Clean, well-stocked kitchen items for cooking all of our meals. Air fryer was a nice touch! Appreciated the washer and dryer! Fire pit outside was a great addition. Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to lots of hiking in the area. Overall, glad we chose this property. Hope to return in the fall!

This was a perfect bungalow for our weekend getaway. The bungalow is well maintained, clean, and has all the necessities for a home-away-from-home. Shawna’s communication was timely and the check in process was super easy. She also gave us the okay to bring our dog which we were appreciative of. The bungalow is located within an easy drive to Watkins Glen and Seneca Lake which is great if you want to hike or visit the wineries if the area. Highly recommend!

This is a very beautiful house, very well equipped and with a beautiful river running next to it. It is also walking distance to falls. Great deck, that we were able to use in November!!! Could not have wished for a better place to stay.

The place was fantastic! Very clean and homely feeling. We were glad to see this especially during Covid. Check-in was smooth and easy. Although we didn’t arrive until late that evening. Shawna informed us the place was ready long before 4 o clock check in. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Great location, just a short walk away from the falls. The power did go out at the most inconvenient time for a short period. Shawna responded quickly and informed us the entire area had been impacted. I’m not sure how often this happens in the area. We appreciated the quick response from Shawna at that time. This was a perfect getaway from the busy city. We would definitely stay here again!

We really, really enjoyed our 2 week stay at the cottage. Communication with the property manager and owner prior and during our stay was excellent. The cottage was super clean and extremely well equipped with everything we needed. The owner brought us extra garden chairs and garden games for the children during our stay as an added bonus! Would highly recommend the cottage, it was perfect for our family of 4.

The home is in a great location, secluded yet close to everything from trails to wineries. The rooms were clean, we enjoyed our stay and hope to return one day.

The house is clean, cozy, with nice cool AC. We spent a week in the home during a heat wave and it was a nice sanctuary to return to after hiking and wine tasting. Great location super close to Watkins Glen and not far from almost all Finger Lakes area attractions. Everything went very smoothly and the whole experience was easy from start to finish.
