Beautiful cabin with lots of room for or group of 10. Kitchen well stocked with everything we need to make family meals. Lots of towels and extra blankets and pillows. Fun indoor waterpark.

We had a very nice time hosting our Thanksgiving break with family here. The space provided ample room for all of us to hang together and then go to our separate quarters as needed. Had a partial view of the lake which was a nice bonus. A few minor issues with the TV's and garbage, but overall a seamless experience.

Beautiful house in a quiet area of the Iowa Great Lakes. House was great - much room and comfortable. Was everything promised and more. Great choice for a trip to the Midwest:-)

Online pictures represent the property well. Owner was responsive. There is a pack and play available if traveling with a little one. The property is a little tricky to find but overall we really enjoyed our stay. It was comfortable and welcoming. Just what you want in a vacation rental.

This property provided exactly what our group needed! It is in waking distance to the water park and the restraints! It was the perfect location to get picked up by the pontoon from the dock by the main building! It is very difficult to find this place!!! You should get directions before you arrive!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property, you can tell it’s new as everything was clean, well stocked and beautiful! The location is great as far as Bridges bay cabin goes as you have easy access to the lake, pools and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Cabin is clean and well appointed. It had everything we needed. The open kitchen/dining/living room allows everyone to be together comfortably. Location is convenient to the lakefront restaurants and water park.

Wonderful, new location overlooking Lake Okoboji. This cabin is located near a smaller swimming pool and about a 5 minute walk to the outdoor/indoor waterpark. You receive 6 passes to the waterpark each day. It is about $10/person for additional passes. The water park has something for everyone including a swim up bar and 21 and older section. The cabin is well taken care of and has all the amenities you would need including pots, pans, dishes, spices, coffee maker. TVs in 3 out of 4 bedrooms. Two sets of brand new washing machines. Tons of extra blankets and a pack n play in the closet. Black out shades in all bedrooms. The main living area is VERY bright most of the day as there are not blinds on the windows. The deck over looks the lake (gas grill included) which provides excellent sunsets!! The drive to Arnolds Park is about 10 minutes with traffic where you will find the shops, restaurants, amusement park. In the summer there is a free concert in the park on Saturday nights with fireworks following the show over the water. The only downfall was trying to find Unit 290 when we arrived! I wish there had been more directions on how to find the place-especially if you had arrived late at night. Would highly recommend this location!! We had 4 adults, 4 teenagers and a tween and we all LOVED our spot!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Loved how the house was decorated and its proximity to the water park and nearby restaurants. It was a little difficult to locate the house as the streets are not very well marked. It was nice that we had access to the garage which made loading and unloading much easier. Beautiful view of the lake and sunsets from the deck! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

We went for a weekend getaway. Home is as advertised. Bedrooms are roomy with TVs in most rooms. 2 laundry areas and a great kitchen. We may have to return when the weather is better. It is difficult to find because it doesn’t play nice with google maps.

We went to Arnold’s Park for the first time, this home was close to everything! The lake view is beautiful. The home is very new and clean. The house had everything we really needed.

This home was great! The king size beds were terrific, the location is near the end of a street so there is little traffic, and there are two washer/dryers for any laundry needs. The location is great for the waterpark, the docks, and to easily cruise around town. Our family of 10 fit nicely. Would highly recommend!

Would DEFINITELY recommend this property. This was an absolutely beautiful place and great stay. The house/resort is centrally located to town and the beach. Nothing was more than 20 minutes away and there are so many great activities to do. The zip line is fun to do a couple times, my kids enjoyed the arcade that was updated well and entirely self-service. Then just 5 minutes away we visited the amusement park, mini golf, kayak and boat rental, and beaches. Lots to do to stay busy and the location makes that so easy. Piece of advice for visitors: arrive during day time hours, because, as of July 2021, Google maps does not send you to the right location. Entry to the house us at the end of the overflow parking, but that's not clear at all, and Google maps sends you to someone else's back yard. Unfortunately, the water park was down during our stay, but we made due. The only downside here was that there are no shades or blinds on the west windows so the sun coming in to the kitchen/dining room/ TV room is just blinding, and you can't see the television because of the glare. The sprinklers also run all day and night, and they actually spray on one of the downstairs windows which made it tough for my kids to sleep at night, and it was impossible to do anything in the yard like play catch, ladder ball, etc. because it was flooded constantly. Outside of that, it was remarkably clean, well stocked with all the essentials, and such a nice property. Easy check in/check out. The few little things mentioned above are just small compared to how much we enjoyed everything else! Thanks for the great stay, my boys are already begging me to book next year.

The unit was great. It had nice water views, was very well stocked and we would stay there again. Having the garage worked well since it was a very cold and windy weekend. It was nice to load and unload inside.

We had a fantastic extended weekend. This cabin is in a really great location. Clean, comfortable, well stocked, and nicely decorated. The homeowner was available when we had a quick question. We will definitely rebook! Thank you for sharing your vacation home!

Google sent us off wrong into the center of the development, and the lack of useful street signs and the mysterious house numbering sequence made finding the place in the dark difficult.
