To celebrate our son’s graduation we took a beach vacation with our family. The location to the beach access was fantastic, easy walk just five minutes or less away. The area was family friendly: safe places for our boys to either bike or run. The house and outside area provided everything we needed. Kitchen was very well equipped and organized. The bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and plenty of room for our family and our clothes. We loved it so much there is talk of returning again next year.

Location had great and close beach access. Centrally located to everything. House nice. Had everything you might need so you can pack less. Comfortable for 5-6 but you could probably sleep 8. Plenty of outdoor seating and you can hear the ocean. Would recommend.

My husband, and adult daughter stayed over Memorial Day weekend and it was perfect! No surprises here! A 2 block walk to the beach and clean and adorable house! Plenty of parking too! We'll be back.

Have always loved this property, it fills all the blanks for a great get away. We were in town for a memorial service for a dear friend and this place was perfectly situated by where we needed to be. Thank you for the early check in!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The home was extremely clean, the homeowner/property management team were very easy to communicate with, the location was incredible. It was perfect for us and made for a very relaxing vacation.

Clean. Stocked for cooking. Linens provided (a big plus for outer banks). Close to everything you need (groceries) and want (donuts).

I loved how close it was to the beach, I stayed with my kids and even brought my mom. The beach is just a short walk away. Id recommend it to anyone who wants easy beach access. I rented from one on the beach before and it was 3x the cost, this was not only as convenient but cheaper as well. Thanks for having me at the beach lovers Paradise!

My family and I had a great time at this property. The location is perfect; there are some good restaurants within walking distance as is Duck Donuts! The beach access is only a 2 minute walk and you can see and hear the ocean from the property's deck. We are definitely planning on staying here again!

This is exactly what we were looking for. It is close to the beach, a nice size place for a family with younger kids, and had everything there that we needed. Will definitely try to go there again.

Great experience. The host makes the stay very easy and relaxing. Close drive to places such as the kitty hawk pier, putt-putt, escape rooms, and places to eat for breakfast and dinner.

Very clean - we had a 9-month old infant who had just learned to crawl, so cleanliness was important to us. Great location - two houses to the right and a block to our left and our feet were in beach sand, so able to easily return to the house when infant grew tired. House was close to the bridge, which avoided traffic backups, but we never heard traffic from the main road. Loved the porch - infant was able to be out of the sun while catching the breeze. Owner kindly made a baby gate available to us. Good places to eat within walking distance (High Cotton, Rundown Cafe, Duck Donuts). My daughter and I also spent time with Dawn and Teri at the Lotus Salon, which was the perfect end to our vaca. We hope to be back every year. Note to place out trash for pickup the night before- it comes very early in the morning.

We have rented this house multiple times. We like the Sunday to Sunday turnover because of the reduced traffic. It has saved us about 2 hours of drive time as opposed to Saturday arrivals. The location is very close to a beach access, stores, and restaurants, yet it is on a quiet, friendly, walkable street. A very comfortable, clean beach house!

The place was better in person than the pictures and the location was excellent! You can literally see the beach access and the ocean from the house. Since the house is pretty much right after you cross over onto the island there's no need to sit in traffic for hours on end trying to get further north or south which was definitely a plus. The only negative was some of the bath towels had a smoker smell. The house itself did not smell like that, only the towels.

Me and five friends I work with stayed here for four days and it was perfect. Plenty of space in the house. Super close to beach access. Within walking range of anything else needed. It was also super clean and we had no issues with anything with the house. A nice side yard to play games too. Overall this house was perfect for our group and I would strongly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy the OBX.

I stayed at this property from 4/14/22-4/17/22. When we arrived, we began unpacking our belongings. I noticed a drawer in the master bedroom was not functioning correctly so I just didn’t use it. I also noticed that the plastic flushing handle on the toilet in the master bath was chipped and broke with the first use. (I messaged them about it with no response). There were no trash bags so we had to purchase them. There were no closing up rules for check out so we did the usual clean up (dishes, towels in the bathrooms, closed/locked windows etc.) two days after our stay my account was charged an additional $250 and I received a message from the host stating that we had caused the damage to the drawer and plastic toilet handle. They also informed me that my pet (I have a hamster, but she did not come along) had peed on the carpet and mattress pads. I use my own sheets and the 12 and 14 year old children with us do not wet the bed. I messaged and called the host with no response.

We had a great little get away! The place was cute! Not crazy about the TV. Clean and just perfect other wise

Rented this place for family friends during my wedding. They loved it! Clean, convenient, cute, with ocean views! The outside area is great- covered porch was perfect for rain. Will definitely keep it in mind for future stays!

We had 4 adults and 4 children stay at this house. Definitely worked for our family with younger children. 5 minute walk to the beach was easy (you can see the beach access from the porch). This was really nice since we have two kids 5 and under.

Could not have asked for a better place to stay . So close to the beach being able to see and hear the waves as night was incredible. Close to restaurants and groceries made it easy not having to drive anywhere. Plenty of room for 7 people and had beach chairs umbrellas and skim boards to use as well.

The house was a good fit for our family of 5, and the location was excellent. We appreciated being such a short walk to the beach with a lifeguard stand right there.

We had an excellent stay in Kitty Hawk thanks to this house. It was exactly as described, very clean, and is in a great location close to the public beach access. Would definitely consider renting again if we plan another OBX vacation in the future!

We have been staying in the obx for years and were very pleased with our stay. The house clearly smelled clean when walking in, the check in process was simple, and the house was exactly as expected. Easy walk to the beach and very conviently located near almost any store you’ll need during your stay. The property manager was great with her responsiveness.

I really like BBQ, and this house was located where you could smell the aroma of the nearby BBQ restaurant. Also, we could walk to CVS for supplies we needed and the walk to the beach was very short. I almost forgot! You can walk to Duck Donuts as well! And, the name of the place escapes me, but there is a great Thai take-out place in the same area. We spent several nights on the deck looking at the stars and the ocean.

We enjoyed everything about this property and the surrounding area! Spacious enough for 5 adults and 3 children, close to the beach and in the middle of surrounding towns for easy commute to neighboring activities. Best indoor activity was the OBX-scape Rooms! We did the Speakeasy and it was fabulous! We loved shopping in Duck too :) Lifeguards at the beach were super friendly and helpful, too!

First time staying in a house across from ocean. Price was better and a short walk to beach.. Within walking distance of Walgreens and lots of restaurants and shops. Our internet wasn't working and property manager was right there taking care of it. I would recommend this property for anyone who wants a great beach experience with a good price. We walked to beach and fished most nights.

Both owner and property manager are very responsive. Perfect location close to beach, restaurants, and stores, but in a quiet neighborhood. Sunday to Sunday turn around helped us avoid some of the Saturday traffic jams. Cute beach decor.
