We arrived at Juan Les Pins train station and phoned Valerie who immediately said she would come and pick us up. This was a lovely surprise and it was made better when Valerie drove us to the apartment and pointed out places of interest on the way. She gave us a tour of the apartment complex which included the garage, bin storage, swimming pool and our very well stocked apartment, everything we needed was there. We also received a fabulous bowl of fruit and a bottle of wine....a really nice touch. Valerie said we could contact her at any time if we needed anything. The apartment was very very clean and the balcony had lots of seats and tables. The apartment gets the morning sun which was a bit disappointing for us as we like to enjoy the afternoon sun but this did not take away from our enjoyment of the space. You can walk to Juan les Pins in a couple of minutes and c.10 minutes along by the seafront to Antibes. We were able to stay longer on our departure date which was really brilliant. Overall we would recommend this apartment and Valerie was so good at communicating at all times.

We have just come back from a week in this apartment and it was perfect for us. It is absolutely spotless and really well equipped - not only with white goods and utensils, but also with cupboard essentials which makes such a difference when flying as can't bring anything. The terrace is huge enabling us to eat all our meals outside. The apartment is ideally located for both Antibes and Juan Les Pins Les Pins and the walk pleasant - downhill on the way to either of these and so uphill on the way back, which was absolutely fine for us, especially as coming back to a lovely cool air-con apartment which helped to make our stay so comfortable. Some photos show a road from the balcony but that should not be a concern as it is so quiet. The whole residence was very quiet and peaceful during out stay. The host Valerie is absolutely wonderful and so helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. She held on to our luggage on the first day and the last day so we could enjoy the beach before having access to the apartment and after having checked-out. Makes a a huge difference to have had this as not everywhere offers this. We will definitely come back to this apartment if we ever go back to Antibes. Thanks for a great stay!

This was our second visit to this apt. Great apt with good location. Walking distance to cities, but also to beach, shops, restaurants, train, groceries etc. Private parking. Clean and well kept. Quiet area and friendly neighbors. All bedrooms now have AC. All equipment worked as expected. Will come back again if we can.

This is a very well situated apartment between Antibes and Juan le Pins. Easy transportation along coast using the train. Walking distance to all the resort has to offer. The apartment is first class. Clean and airy

Easy process for renting. Nice location with walking distance to local beaches. You need to have a small car to get it into the garage. Very welcoming owner representative.

This apartment is even better than described! It's clean, spacious, airy, sunny and comfortable. It is equipped with everything you need and conveniently located near easy food shopping and a pharmacy (for convenient pre-flight COVID testing). Two beaches are within walking distance. The manager was friendly, answered all questions. The neighborhood was quiet. We would definitely like to return.

Great apt with good location. Walking distance to the cities JLP and Antibes but also to beach, shops, restaurants, train, groceries etc. Clean and well kept. Quiet area. The large corner terrace is very nice and spacious. All equipment worked as expected. Please note that there is only AC in one of the bedrooms. The pool is on the other side of the building, and its closed btw 13:00-15:00. Will come back if we can.

Nous avons passé de super vacances dans cet appartement qui correspond tout à fait aux descriptions. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cet endroit et les hôtes. Un endroit où l'on aimerait revenir.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement , tout est absolument conforme à la description, tout est refait à neuf , appartement hyper propre et équipé du moindre detail ..vaisselle , meubles, accessoire cuisine .La literie est très confortable . L’ endroit est calme ,rempli de verdure et la terrasse est magnifique . bonne situation géographique, il se situe à environ 8 min à pied de Juan les pins ou Antibes . Grand point positif, Barbara est toujours disponible et répond très rapidement à vos questions , très avenante et hyper gentille . Le seul hic , c’est la piscine , des horaires restreints et un monde fou a tout heure !
