Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect from the moment we arrived. Monica was the most responsive and most gracious hostess and went above and beyond with special touches and details. The house was incredible and the pictures don’t do it justice. We were blessed with incredible weather, but even if we stayed during a rainy, cold weekend, there was so much to do and so much fun to be had… the accommodations were over the top. Cannot wait to come back!

This would be our second visit, “a pool was installed since our last stay” and all i can say is yet again it was perfect. Even with some weather we had a blast from start to finish. If you’re looking for a family or friend getaway this is the best deal you will ever find. Best Host you could ask for.

This property and host have every aspect of your vacation dialed in. Nothing is left to chance, in regards to amenities and things to do, we could not ask for more. Everything was exactly as explained. Monica was extremely responsive and everything from pool/spa temp to check in and bedding were perfect. House provides water activities and games for all ages. We didn’t have to go anywhere else to have fun. Host was great! Provided detail instructions and was always available if we had a question. All house necessities were provided. Very nice not to have to pack so much.

Absolutely the Best Lake House for having FuN!!! The New Pool & Hot Tub addition made it even more Fabulous! Our Group of 12 enjoyed Everything this House offered, which by far has EVERYTHING you can thing of stocked in all 3 Kitchens! The downstairs Game Room has so much and nothing was missed! And, the owner (Monica) is the Best! She answered every question we had and helped make our trip super Exciting! We will be coming back! Thank You Monica!

We couldn't have asked for a better house for our family vacation. There was so much do to there with the pool, lake and all the Gameroom activities. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We have already recommended it to friends and will definitely be back!

This location was the perfect location for my family. We have some members that live in the lake and some who only want to be in the pool. In the evening everyone had a great time in the game room. Very comfortable bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. Monica, the owner was very responsive about any questions that arose, she is a wonderful host. Highest Recommendation

This is a first class property in all respects. Lots of entertainment available for all ages. Plenty of peaceful views to relax in the mornings and evenings. Monica (host) was amazing with her communication and attentiveness. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

We had so much fun celebrating my husband's 50th with our best friends. The house is perfection and beautifully decorated. Monica makes sure that everything is taken care of. The game room downstairs has something for everyone and there is seating on the dock to watch the sunset by the lake. It was the perfect weekend - we will definitely stay here again!

This home is the perfect place for large families or friend groups to get together, relax, and enjoy the lake. The home is built in a way that allows large groups to find a multitude of entertainment options, while also providing space for privacy and quiet when needed. Our kids loved the game room on the main floor that opened up to the lake and spent the entire day going back and forth from the lake to the game room. The dock/swim area, while on the main waterway, was not overly busy and felt very safe for our kids to play on a lily pad, throw a football, or just float in the lake. The home is also across the lake from a private ranch, so all you see is a lovely view of water and green space. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. Overall, it was an outstanding stay and a beautiful home.

Perfect property for our family's summer vacation.

Blue Veranda was a great place for our family vacation. We had family from ages 76 to 8, and everyone enjoyed the property. From paddle boarding, to swimming, fishing, ping-pong, and chilling on the dock, there were activities for everyone to enjoy. Monica was super responsive and a pleasure to work with. Great memories made!

The house and property were great for our 12 people family gathering to celebrate my 80th birthday. Monica put on the personal touch by having a birthday basket for me. All the water toys made for great fun for all ages and the game room kept everyone busy inbetween water sports. Would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay here to celebrate my wife’s retirement. The house worked very well for our 3 children and their spouses/boyfriend. The facilities were in great condition, very clean, and well stocked with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable and hassle free. The downstairs entertainment area was a big hit with the entire family. The property owner, Monica, was super responsive to any questions and special requests we had. We all want to come back again in the future.

Our family enjoyed our time at Blue Veranda on Lake LBJ/Colorado river. Good place for multiple families to stay. Two full kitchens, two comfortable living rooms and a great family room downstairs. We spent a lot of time on the dock and were close to jet ski and boat rental locations. The pictures and descriptions are accurate for this listing. Very nice and thanks to Monica for excellent communications.

This property is amazing, as is the property owner. She was in touch shortly after booking and provide details on the house, the area, things to do, even going so far as to provide local contacts for some lake-based activities, like sunset cruises and night fishing trips. She was very reasonable, very accomodating, and her property is amazing. There plenty of space to sleep, multiple kitchens for ease of entertaining, and the toys on property make it impossible to have a bad time. The pictures do it justice, and we had a great time. To me, the devil is in the details, and she nailed those too. People forget about the need for firewood when a firepit is handy, so she's got a pile around the corner. People forget about spices and stuff for cooking, so the pantry is stocked with spices, etc. It was a great spot, a great venue for our weekend, and a great time. And you can't beat the views. Highly recommend.

We had 2 families with teen boys and preteen girls in tow. The home was amazing with plenty to do and tons of lake toys to use. The home is gorgeous and perfect for reconnecting with family and friends. Monica and Dan are wonderful hosts and we didn’t “want” for anything that wasn’t already there. The photos on vrbo are great but the home is way better than the photos. ITS A MUST BOOK! We’ll be booking again.

Great location on the lake. Monica the host was very responsive and professional. The house has a many things to keep a group entertained. The availability of lake toys was awesome. There was something for everyone in the family. Would come back in a heartbeat.

We experienced this Lovely Lakehouse as a family, celebrating adult birthdays and spending quality time with Grandchildren. We enjoyed cooking family dinners in the kitchens, we hung out watching football in the downstairs family game room, fished, played in the water and visited the area winery. Magical weekend building family memories in this awesomely appointed rental.

I cannot say enough good things about this house. We stayed with my 92-year-old dad, 89-year-old mom, sister, nieces and nephews and their kids, with more family coming for just the day. The house was beautifully cleaned and maintained. The upstairs with the bedrooms, kitchens and indoor living areas was beautifully decorated and outfitted. We spent most of the day in the big downstairs room where there was lots of seating, a full fridge, a sink and many games. We brought our own boat and the lift was great. And my great-nephew caught a catfish from the dock. Highly recommend. Thank you!

My friends and I wanted a nice weekend get away and that’s exactly what we got. It’s impossible to run out of things to do at the house. Beautiful views, tons of games, plenty of comfortable places to sleep. Monica was more than accommodating with all the things to do around town and things to use at the house. We had an absolute blast! Highly recommend!

Our party of 7 (2 adults, 5 teenagers) stayed at this lake house for 4 nights in the beginning of August. It was great! We had more than enough room to spread out and could have easily accommodated 4 more people. The access to the lake at this house is phenomenal. Just a few steps and you can hop in the lake! The house is pretty well stocked. There are 3 kitchen areas. It may take a few minutes to locate something but typically we always found what we needed. If you can't find something, the local grocery store is a short drive away. We did smores, rented boats, went to the sand bar, played poker and cards, floated in the lake, paddle boarded, kayaked.....I could go on and on. The hosts are more than accommodating. Had several questions and they were quick to respond with a reply and even came out to the property on one occasion to confirm the grill was working properly. Monica, thanks for a great stay! We all had a wonderful time.
