We had a fabulous time! Such a fun house. Great for groups with a sense of humor. Best view ever. And incredible location!

We had the best time @ Casa Flamingo! We had family all gather from Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina at this festive, fun beach home. The views, the location and the home was so perfect for our group. So many conveniences and very well planned out. The kitchen was perfect offering two of everything; from dishwashers, cook tops and fridges. We had plenty of room for cooking and meal planning as well. There was even an extra fridge/freezer down on the first floor to hold the excess. We sat out on the decks at all times of the day - plenty of seating for that and plenty of seating for dinner time when we would sit down together. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and will want to come back year after year!

The property is very eclectic, but that was part of the fun! The location is perfect, and enough bedrooms and bathrooms for 8 couples. We had a blast!

Our family, 3 sisters and their families, stayed at the Casa Flamingo for a week this summer. We have stayed there before, and keep returning for the beach and the pink house!! This year we were so impressed with all the renovations!!! Double kitchens is wonderful when a large group is preparing and eating meals!! King size beds were great, as were the remodeled bathrooms. Everything was clean and inviting! We walked down a block to eat at Coconut Joes, or shop for souvenirs, or eat ice cream! Everything is so convenient at the Casa!! It’s really cool to sit on the top deck at night under the stars! And the new hot tub with blue tooth music is awesome!

The casa flamingo was fabulous!! Would definitely recommend to anyone. It has everything anyone would need even an elevator if needed. Tina the manager is wonderful and will work with you for any special needs. My whole family loved Casa Flamingo and want to make it annual. The location is the best on the island. Thank you Tina !!!

Casa Flamingo is, by far, the best beach rental home on IOP! Our 2nd year in a row staying in this wonderful home and it continues to be improved each season. A new hot tub, updated bathrooms, and the best dining/living space view of the ocean at the beach! The house is flawless and provided my extended family of 19 guests the perfect family vacation spot. Thank you Casa Flamingo and we look forward to returning for another remarkable and memorable vacation.

Amazing property! All the amenities you need and more! Perfect location with beach and pool and walking distance to shops and restaurants . The house is really one of a kind. High quality with each room decorated so unique it's a conversation piece. Every room has access to a bathroom there is ample space for everyone. The kitchen/storage and grill make it a must for grilling in and enjoying the plentiful dining space. There is so much seating for everyone. The views from all three decks are breathtaking. Morning coffee or exercise on the porches all make this vacation unique for Everyone! You will not regret renting this house!!!

Casa Flamingo is by far the best home we have ever had the pleasure to inhabit for our annual family beach vacation! Our group of 9 adults and 10 children ages 6 to 16 have found the perfect home. There are so many amazing attributes of this home that it is hard to list them all. The location could not be better, the pool is remarkable and a great size for families, the bedrooms are themed and fun for all, and the updated kitchen / living room is the most spectacular space we have seen in over 15 years of renting large, ocean front homes. The view from this space and the layout of the kitchen/dining/living room space is 2nd to none! We felt we could easily host 10 more people in this well apportioned space. The outside areas are also spectacular. There are rocking chairs and porch swings on every verandah which made hanging out outside listening to the ocean waves a a daily and nightly ritual. Again the pool is amazing and easily the most popular area for children. The two grills were a great touch and the downstairs large refrigerator was also a welcomed amenity. Overall, and with a lot of experience renting larger ocean front homes, we feel Casa Flamingo is by far the most fun, the most remarkable, and the best value and we will return often. In fact, we immediately reserved this beautiful home for next summer before we left this season. It is truly SPECTACULAR!!!

We knew from the pictures that this was likely the most unique house we've ever rented and it didn't disappoint! From the themed bedrooms to the pirates and flamingos even after a week we were still discovering "new" things about this house! The location of this house is absolutely perfect for whatever you are looking to do in IOP - pool, ocean, bars/restaurants and shops are all within a very short walk and the access to the area's other attractions are all within 15-20 minutes. Wonderful house, wonderful location and most of all a wonderful vacation. We will definitely be back!

Our family gets together every other year at the beach and Casa Flamingo was the most creative house we have ever stayed in. Even as we were packing up we saw new decorations. The pool was amazing and the chairs and swings on the decks were comfortable and such high quality. We love playing games and visiting and the extra large table was perfect. Coming up the stairs to the top floor with the wall of windows and the view said it all "WOW". Being walking distance to the little town was so great. We walked to dinner, shopping and of course ice cream. The drink fridge was wonderful to have. With that many people in the house it was great to have cold drinks all the time. The only thing I would improve on would be the kitchen...having a second dishwasher, a stand alone ice maker, and a larger oven or even a double oven would have made it easier when cooking for such a large group. I will say it was great to have 2 coffee pots (regular and Kerig)- the coffee drinkers loved that. After getting together for over 20 years at various beaches this was the first time at the end of the week I was not wishing for my own bed. The beds are wonderful and comfortable!!! It is nice to see a house where the owner obviously cares about the comfort of the guests and is not just putting the cheapest furnishings in she can find. Highly recommend this property to others (but not the week I want to rent it :) :) )

Casa Flamingo was the perfect nest for our flock of 16. Everyone had their own space, bathrooms were ample, and large common spaces made hanging out together comfortable. The decor was a blast for everyone from the kids to the grandparents. It was great having both a pool and beach access and Charleston just a short drive away. We loved have multiple fridges, and the kitchen was amply large for the personal chef we had cooking us dinner part of our stay. We'd highly recommend Casa Flamingo to others!

House was exactly as presented in the pics - awesome. We had a large extended family vacation ages 6 months to 74 years old. We could have used a larger house - had to rent a 2 BR condo as a backup but the dining room was large enough that we were able to share most meals. Only had two maintenance items that were addressed promptly by courteous staff. The location was within walking distance (2 blocks) to shopping/ice cream/groceries. Pool and Kiddie pools were great. We would definitely recommend this house.

I absolutely loved everything about it. The location was breath taking!! The decorations throughout the house were so neat. The ocean view, the room, the pools and distance to bars and shops was very convenient. Want to come back again. Loved it very much. Very clean and comfortable!! Best part was having the whole family together in one home. Very special occasion also to watch my baby brother marry his soul mate on the beautiful beach!!

We really enjoyed our visit. Great location. We had four different families and it never felt like we were cramped at all. The décor was different but the layout of the house was fantastic. Owner did a nice job to accommodate large parties (eg two grills). Only slight nuisance was the ants by the pool. We were able to keep them at bay but if you did not make it a specific task they were resilient. Really great views!

Just got back from Casa Flamingo and I'm still glowing from the joyous vacation my family had. Everything was perfect--lots of room for all of us (family of 10)--huge kitchen, family rooms, beautiful pool. The ocean was practically right outside the door. We got up every morning for the glorious sunrises and got lucky with a full moon rising out of the water last Sunday. There is no place like Isle of Palms--especially if you stay at Casa Flamingo!

The house was really clean and neat. We had plenty of room and the sleeping quarters were great. We were feet from the ocean and what a view we had. We could not have asked for more. We have been to the IOP over 25 times and this was the best home we have stayed in. Thx!!!!

We splurged this year to get this house, and boy are we so glad we did. It was so worth it!!!! Every room has a king bed (new mattresses throughout) and was themed. It is so decorated that we were still finding stuff towards the end of the week that we had not seen yet!!! So much personality in the house. And the views, OMG, words cannot explain. And the pools, they were great, even in October after a hurricane had come close, they were clean and warm for the kids!!!! We vacation at IOP in the summer and the fall with our family/friends, and I wish we could get this house every time!!!!!!
