Location is great. Short walk to the beach. Gray house for a family with the pool. We loved sitting on the dock. Saw a few dolphins, herons, and other wildlife. Get the Cuban sandwich at the Kooky Coconut which is not too far away.

We absolutely loved our stay! Very nice to have a private pool as well as the included dock. We will be returning customers!

Our family really enjoyed staying at this adorable property for our annual summer vacation! The location was great with privacy, quiet relaxation and close enough to the hustle of the downtown beach store areas. The house was well equipped with everything our family needed to make our stay enjoyable and easy. We had a total of 8 in our party and all had enough space to relax and spend time together. We really loved the open floor plan of this house and it was very clean! The personal pool and private dock to fish from were definitely huge perks for us! Thank you for allowing us to borrow this place!

My family had the best time staying at this house! We spent most of our trip outside in the pool and fishing from the dock. The pool was perfect and Elaine had plenty of pool toys and floats for us to use. We saw dolphins, a manatee and tons of fish right off our dock. This house has everything we could possibly think of needing and Elaine stayed in touch the whole time making sure we were good. We will definitely be staying here again.

Those three things were important to our family of 6. The house was in walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and parks. The size of the house gave us plenty of room to spread out and having 3bds and 2baths was perfect. The pool was amazing- the heater needed some attention but Elaine was right on it- getting someone out asap and keeping us updated. We had a great stay and bonus was we got to bring our four legged friend.

We had a great stay, having the pool and channel in the back yard was wonderful. Area was fun and walk able including the beach. Right across the channel is Hustler fishing charters . They were excellent. Elaine the home owner was there for everything we needed. James

We spent 2 weeks at this location lovely home and highly recommend! The owner was very communicative, the house is well appointed with quality pots and pans, beds are comfortable, tv in many spots. The views of the canal are perfect for watching dolphins and herons. Great food near by as well as an off leash dig park.

This was a great place for our family to gather. We loved the pool along with our grandkids. Plenty of pool toys, floaters, and fishing gear. Plenty of tables and chairs inside and out for family meals. Big kitchen to cook in. Nice to have a garage. We enjoyed the close the proximity to the beach and restaurants. We walked to most places.

Great location and amenities. Elaine was super helpful and communicated well throughout. The house was stocked with beach towels, chairs, water toys, etc. The neighborhood restaurants are within walking distance and all very good. Elaine recommended some good ones. The kids loved the local park that is only a block away. The beach is a 10 min walk and was also really nice. Since we walked we appreciated not having to bother with parking. We had my son’s birthday party at the house and all of his friends enjoyed playing in the heated swimming pool and sitting on the back patio. The back also has a boat dock and you can see dolphins and go fishing.

Property was excellent, we enjoyed a short walk to the beach, the pool and fishing off the dock. Elaine was very accommodating, we have a late afternoon flight and she allowed us a later check out. I definitely recommend this property to any family looking for a relaxing vacation!!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Elaine‘s property. The house was stocked with everything we needed, and some extras. The house is very spacious with lots of room for spreading out. We love the pool and the dock area. We also enjoyed the bikes each day riding up to the Indian Rocks Beach café. The beach is about 10 min walk, and absolutely gorgeous We enjoyed fishing off of the dock and seeing dolphins pass through. It was a fantastic week!

This property was exactly what we needed. We were in town for some fishing out of John's Pass and this was in a perfect location. Located on a quiet canal with great sunset views. The house was cleaned, well maintained and fully stocked with everything we needed. Elaine was very responsive to any inquiries and was a great host.

We loved having a house with private pool. We had everything we needed and Elaine was there whenever we had questions.

This place was exactly as described. The house was beautiful and in a very nice neighborhood. The cabinets were fully stocked with just about anything you can imagine you would need for a kitchen. The kids spent most of their time in the pool. There were plenty of floats and things to play with for them. The beach is about a 5 or so minute walk from the property, we just loaded up the little wagon that was in the garage and pulled that down with us. The homeowners were very responsive and friendly. We will definitely be back and hopefully for a longer stay. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone going to the St Pete area.

We had a wonderful time at IRB staying at this location. The pictures do not show how spacious the living and eating areas are! We swam, brought our boat and celebrated my mom's birthday. Thank you Elaine for a great weekend!!!!

We had so much fun with our daughter and son and their families. The house was very clean and accommodating. The kids had so much fun in the pool and the adults loved the hot tub. The host made sure that everything was comfy and clean.

Had to travel light to Florida but found everything we needed in the house. Towels, sheets, everything we needed to cook with. Quiet and relaxing on the bay and by the pool where we spend most of our time. Host was quick to respond with any questions we had and was very accommodating with any request throughout the entire rental process. Quick walk to the beach and lots of great local restaurants. We spent a lot of time in the hot tub and the large swimming pool.We used Pool floats and games that were available in the garage which also contains beach chairs, umbrellas and a red wagon that we used for carrying items to the beach. The Beach is around 8 minutes from the house and uses public access to the beach which is great because we were able to use a rinse shower to wash the sand off as we exited.The house is stocked with a tons of towels, board games, utensils, kitchen equipment, TV in every room and most important to me… air conditioning, and ceiling fans all over the place which keeps the house nice and cool.The location is perfect with a private dock in the back that we fished off of and if you rent a boat, you can easily dock. The backyard Palm tree accent lights are a beautiful sight at sunset and throughout the evening.Lastly, the owner was great! She was very nice, attentive and really cared that our stay was very enjoyable. I can say without a doubt that we will be back to stay in her home again for many more times in the future.

My family and I just stayed a few days at this property. We had the best time relaxing by the pool and boating around the area.. We loved the convenience of the dock, nearby boat ramp, and short walk to the beach. There was plenty of room for everyone to eat, sleep and lounge. We can't wait to return soon for longer stay!

We had a great month. Elaine was great.... check in was easy and she checked in on us multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed. Beach is a close walk and there is a great boardwalk through a nature preserve just a few houses down. We rented a golf cart and had a lot of fun driving it to the local restaurants and beaches. House was clean and had everything we needed. Pull out couch was surprisingly comfortable . We loved hanging out by the pool and out on the dock and enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. We will definitely be back. We fell in love with Indian Rocks Beach.

The home was more than we expected; it had a wow factor as soon as we entered the spacious home. We had access to a pool, hot tub, and other amenities such as: a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, T.V.'s in each room, a patio which provided access to a dock which one could fish with fishing gear provided by the owner. The owner made available bicycles and "beach gear" which could be taken to the accessible beach nearby. The homes' location also provided easy access to stores, restaurants, etc. The only suggestion we would make would be to have something to do when you are unable to leave the home because of weather such as family friendly board games and puzzles. We loved staying here. Such a beautiful spot to enjoy sitting outside on the water, great parks and super close to the beach. The house is very spacious and open. Could use a few updates, but everything is just as listed. We will definitely rent with Elaine again! Would come back to this property in a heartbeat.

great location and neighborhood....walk to several excellent restaurants/bars AND beach....beautiful brand new dock area....plenty of space...owner was wonderful to work with and very responsive...good choice!!
