We had a girls weekend in Coeur d’Alene. This property is perfect for sitting around the fire, drinking wine and spending time with those you care about. It’s within walking distance to all the fun little shops and restaurants in downtown. We really enjoyed all the comfort this property provided. I especially loved that we could coordinate with the property management company (Kai) and get all of our groceries delivered and stocked before we arrived. We all spoke about how perfect the home was for our getaway and we’d definitely stay again. Any of my questions were answered quickly by Kai and everything was easy and convenient. Thank you!

Annual golf trip with group of friends and the place was perfect for us to relax and walk down for dinner and drinks. Great place and even better customer service. Thanks for the great stay

The location of this property can't be beat! You will be within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, hiking, the lake, grocery stores - anything you could possibly need. The house is set up well for a large group with plenty of space and bathrooms for everyone. We spent a lot of time on the front patio which is perfect for hanging out with a group. Highly recommend this space for anyone getting together with a larger group of people or large family.

Our place was very cute and clean and in a great location. We could walk to all the shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again.

We had an amazing stay. House comfortably fit us all, teenage boys had their own apartment, able to walk downtown and to the beach, super fun and worth the money!

Perfect Location
We came into town for the half Ironman, and it was the perfect location. Plenty of room, and the property was everything we expected. Nice pillows and towels too! Being on Sherman is nice, but just plan for the main street noise.... not hard to deal with because it was just during the day. We would love to stay here again!

Super easy walk to town and the marina. Also has a garage for your car that is easy access. Has a great garage apartment with large sitting are and kitchenette.

The perfect place
We had a wonderful time here! We raced the Ironman and it was a perfect location and place for our group. The house is pristine and every room has a bathroom. I will try to stay here every time I come to Coeur d’alene.

Clean and close to downtown.
Everything was super clean. Location is close enough to walk to lake, park, and restaurants. Sherman Avenue gets a bit of traffic, while entertaining, was also noisy. Overall, it was a good place to stay.

Amazing experience!
This house is even more amazing than the pictures with so much to offer. We had the perfect amount of space for our family and the proximity to town and the lake is ideal! So well appointed with all the comforts of home and the luxuries of being away! We highly recommend this house!

Great location, lovely home
We enjoyed our 4 night stay. The home has a well equipped kitchen, spacious baths and bedrooms and several living areas for groups to spread out. The property manager was quickly available for questions and assistance. Be aware they only provide one tp role per bath, one role of paper towels, 2 garbage bags, no #4 coffee filters and no dishwasher detergent. This is not such a big deal but would have been nice to have been prepared. We would rent again without doubt.

Great Property - Great Location
Overall this had to be the best Vrbo experience we have had. The house was very clean and well laid out for multiple families. Every room had a king bed and large TV. I had to do some work there and the internet was Really fast and had hotspots throughout the house. The sheets & towels were soft and high quality.
The location was ideal, other than going to to the mountain we never drove anywhere.
Kitchen was stocked with plenty of appliances. The only issues was a broken stove and it had nothing to do with the home, but a previous renter and it was a Holiday weekend so tough to get it fixed. Kai the property manager communicated this before our arrival so we could plan ahead.
Overall excellent experience.

A great house in a great location
We had an absolutely great time in this house- its location was great, it was perfect for two families with tweens and the Property Management group was great. I cannot suggest this house any more.
