Had such a wonderful honeymoon at this property! The views were absolutely beautiful and Brian & Rosemary were so kind and prompt with responding to our questions. We definitely recommend this property.

This was the perfect spot for a vacation if you’re looking to be in a remote location with great amenities! We loved the jacuzzi and grill as well as being totally secluded when on the property. It was a short drive into Estes town and the view along the way was very nice. We would recommend it 100%! Also met the owner Brian who was very nice and helpful! Thank you for the great memories

Loved our stay at the cabin. It was so cozy and cute, the kitchen had everything we needed, we really loved the retro stove and the cast iron cookware, made us feel like we could have been there 100 years ago. The view from the hot tub is so beautiful, I cant think of a better place to get away from it all. Thanks for everything.

My wife and I recently stayed here in January for a long weekend. The mountains threw 50 mph winds, snow and -27° windchill at us every day. But we loved every minute being cozied up in this very beautifully restored cabin and enjoyed the lovely views from the outdoor hot tub with frosty hair. Thank you for the wonderful getaway. We will be back during warmer months for sure.

Great property, unfortunately the wifi was out due to a lightning strike which left the property disconnected from the rest of the world. Normally would have been an added benefit however we needed to have the ability to communicate so had to reschedule our vacation. The owners were gracious and the process was smooth, thanks for everything.

Great stay for our 15th anniversary! Clean, had everything we needed. Decorated super cute for fall, the hot tub at night looking at the stars was wonderful! Spent two days hiking Rocky Mountain National Park, cabin was close and convenient to it and Estes Park. Saw Mama moose and calf 2 miles off Hwy 7, and hundreds of elk, loved every minute!

This is my third time renting this cabin and I love every thing about it. Well maintained comfortable and clean . The owners Rosemary and Brian are always quick to respond with any questions or needs. I always feel safe when staying here. The cabin is located right outside Estes Park ,secluded but close to all the best hiking , RMNP, Wild Basin, Lily lake, and Indian Peaks Wilderness, a hidden gem. I will continue to return.

I hate to drop this but I’m extremely upset and feel violated beyond belief. The location is gorgeous and the house was cozy. We truly had an amazing time and wanted to return until we started picking up for check out and found a hidden blink camera that was on and recording! While it couldn’t see anything it was still listening to us for our entire vacation! It was definitely trying to be hidden in a glass vase and the cord was routed to not be seen easily as well. Literally had nothing but good to say about this place until this morning. I’m disgusted now to wonder where else a camera could be hiding or which cameras I did not find. I was going to contact the host but wanted to look out for future guests as well. Not only is this illegal but also violates vrbo policies. I can’t help but feel my family has been invaded and trespassed on. We had already left a wonderful thank you in the guest book extremely pleased the night before checking out because we had such a good time. After this we will never be back and will never be able to trust another host with my family’s privacy. The reason for my one stars was the fact that I wasn’t told we would be spied on. It’s a shame because we absolutely loved it. I have contacted vrbo and sent pictures and video of the camera. And would add them to this if I could. This is wrong on so many levels and illegal.

You will feel at home in this beautiful cabin. It was a slice of heaven! Even better than the pictures. The bed was on the firm side but comfortable. The owners really thought of everything!

We celebrated our engagement here and it was perfect! Great location from Estes and Allenspark! The Wi-Fi helped a lot with communication with family. The hot tub was one of our favorite things! Rosemary was very helpful with everything and answered any questions we had. The cabin had such charming touches. Highly recommend!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The location is close enough to Estes Park for convenience, but far enough away to really enjoy the alone time. The hot tub is great for soaking after a long hike, and you can enjoy the views of Mount Meeker. There's also plenty of hummingbirds buzzing about, a much welcomed treat. All in all, I would recommend it to any adventurous couple looking for a getaway.

There aren't enough good things that I can say about Tahosa! My fiance and I stayed here for 6 days and they were magical. Close to everything but far enough away for some peace and quiet. We'll be back!!!

Really nice little cabin with amazing views on the back porch

Great stay but to ask the guest to haul trash to a different site completely to dispose of it is ridiculous especially after spending $1,500. The cleaning fees and procedures are going to kill VRBO. Other than that the stay was great.

The view was wonderful every morning the cabin was clean and Rosemary was very nice they help us out when i thought i booked the cabin till Saturday but only booked it till Friday. Since no one was booked till sunday they let us stay the extra night and were very nice about it.

The views were very nice. The hummingbirds and deer gave it a magical touch. The cabin was very clean and beautiful. The owners were very attentive. We had a great time.

This was the perfect place for us to stay and use as a homestead while exploring the Rocky Mountains. It’s a quick ride to many of the national park entrances but also has a lot of charm and is enjoyable to stay at the house and relax with such a beautiful view of the mountains right from the deck. We had no problems with check in or check out and appreciated the owners communication throughout booking and check in. The place is very clean and had everything we needed! Me and my wife honeymooned at this cabin and we were very pleased with the cabin! It has such beautiful scenery overlooking longs peak and Twin sisters peak! It is a peaceful cabin and secluded! We had an absolutely amazing time and will definitely be coming back!

Just a nice getaway

We booked this cabin for our winter cabin getaway in the mountains and it exceeded our expectations. The views, hot tub, and fireplace added to the coziness. The hosts were very attentive and communicative. We ran into a little hiccup that required the hot tub to be cleaned and they jumped right on it. I would stay here again.

This place was perfect for us. Proximity to RMNP, seclusion, mountain views, sunrise and sunset views... all in a rustic (but very nice) cabin with a hot tub. The hummingbirds were a very entertaining bonus. I can't wait to come back!

It was the cutest cabin for a honeymoon getaway! The views were unmatched. There’s internet at the cabin but no service getting up there so we struggled a little to find it at first. Easy drive to Estes! Very responsive host.

This was just what I needed a relaxing trip with friend and my dog. The cabin had everything that was needed and was peaceful. Really enjoyed getting to take my dog with me on this trip and he enjoyed the snow in the mornings and the outings we had Including the forest and the fires at night. Just as we did. The cabin was beautiful with antiques and nicely decorated with a touch of holiday and a nice ambiance about the whole place. I hope to return again and hopefully make this a yearly visit and stay again.

I couldn't have pictured a more beautiful place to celebrate our 5 year anniversary. Secluded cozy cabin, adorable fire places, amazing views. It was a completely wonderful experience. The hosts were awesome and very quick to respond and reached out asking if we needed anything.

We had such a nice stay in the cabin. It is so quaint and the views are breathtaking! I wish we could have stayed longer. The cabin is close to multiple RMNP entrances. We spent most of our time at the park enjoying the views!

Great stay at this quaint and home historic cabin. My kids and I enjoyed our stay and all of our needs were met. We loved the proximity to the Wild Basin side of RMNP. The only request I'd have is to stock the home with both cleaning and basic toiletry products. There were no all purpose cleaners for kitchen clean up and no tissues. Those items would have completed our stay!

It was a neat looking cabin with old antique stove and fridge. Location nice if you are wanting out of town but not too far away from everything. If you can’t handle a very firm mattress this may not be the best place for you. Does have a sofa bed available but with the layout of the cabin makes it real tight….probably best suited for a couple.
