Dichtbij piste, en ruim appartement.

Sauna mag je maar twee keer per week reserveren na 1600 uur,. Vanaf 1600 uur niet vrij toegankelijk. Receptie zeer onvriendelijk en niet bereikbaar voor 1630 uur. Ook niet voor 800 uur op vertrekdag. Appartement voor 7 personen geboekt en tweede auto mocht niet in parkeergarage terwijl er veel lege plekken waren.

It had everything we needed and bike storage. The pool/spa area was fabulous after a hard day in the hills

The boys didn’t really like the bunk beds but they are 13 and 20 so just a bit old!

It was silent, comfortable and great for a weekend of mountainbiking. The sauna was clean and relaxing

I think the deposit was a bit high, furthermore everything was perfect!

Great apartment, well specced and comfortable with sunning views Quite rooms at a comfortable temperature with well equipped kitchens, boot room was spacious enough and the pool sauna was great, as was the kids games room. Ski hire downstairs was very convenient as was the pizza shop opposite.

Could be almost ski-in, though snow conditions meant it was only accessible by a black. Ski out was possible with a lift about 4 mins walk away though for lessons and beginners it was an awkward 15 minute walk to the Centre or take a chance on the ski bus which was a pain. Partly late season conditions but suspect this was a problem for much of this season with poor snow. Steam room was shut as the door was missing, workmen started quite early with drilling, 0730 one day and the checkout procedure felt like a barrack block inspection and was something not previously experienced in 20 years staying in the alps.

The apartment was very clean and the size was more than enough for 4 persons(6 people could sleep pretty comfortably), it had all the appliances you need, the hotel is 2 min walk to the closest ski lift. You can also reserve a free parking lot, very convenient placed near the hotel's elevator. Even though you had 2 spots in a week and you had to reserve a spot to the sauna after 4PM (endless before 4PM) for us it was more than enough.

Reception area closed mid-day and therefore unable to access hotel toilets on last day after having checked-out. The bunk-bed room was absolutely tiny that barely had space to walk at side of the bed. So small to be claustrophobic. This seems to be some rooms though, not all. My friends apartment was really fine with lots of space.

Excellent location, great rooms, very good spa and ski locker area, design and cosy atmosphere.

Good location, possible to ski from and to when conditions are good. Secure garage and decent lockers for ski gear for our group of 5 people.

Room was not available to check in until late, despite advertised Arrival time. Spa required booking to control numbers but has more people in than were supposedly allowed. despite a booking, the staff came and closed the spa early without apology or explanation.

The apartment was great, modern and spacious. In a good location just near one of the lifts. Easy to ski to. Nice big balcony with good views. The staff were nice and helpful.

One of the things that could improve is to enforce the booking for the pool. We booked a time and there were maybe 20 people in there including lots of screaming children. I think the system would work well if people were only allowed in as long as they have a booking.

the property was well thought out and clean. the bedrooms were a little small (you could not walk around the beds) but apartment was spacious in main living area and has all the facilities you could need.

the sofa was a little uncomfortable and there was only one sofa seating 3 so 2 of us had to so on kitchen chairs, not the end of the world. The water took a long time to heat up but got hot in the end.

Hotel nice, new and well maintained. Good indoor parking. Nice and well equipped rooms. Nice kitchen and living room. Small distance from the lift. Didn't have to count plates and cutlery on arrival :)

We were bothered a lot by the very small rooms and very very small beds (double bed 140cm). Beware that the hotel advertises a full and free spa but you can only book 30min (!!!) between 4pm and 9pm! Really annoying. Plus the spa very small and no swimming pool - it's more of a larger jacuzzi with quite cold water. Embarrassing to list toiletries in the price and give 1 toilet roll for the whole week. Free check-in only from 3pm and a big queue.

Location to the slopes and nice restaurants and bars. Comfortable surroundings. Use of spa.

The fact that an apartment for 8 only had one sofa to sit on in the evenings? The rest of us were forced to sit and watch tv on kitchen chairs! Also for the price paid , that we had to empty dishwasher, strip sheets and leave everything in the kitchen spotless-it was a big workout before an early flight that puts a damper on the end of a lovely holiday! This cleaning could be included in the cost of rental with the high prices charged? The spa had unsupervised children at times- it would be nice to have a child free hour later in the evenings for a more relaxed experience!

Location is perfect, very close to the lifts, shops and restaurants. Yet in the quieter part of the village. The apartment is well equipped, with high quality kitchenwares and included everything you need.

Bed slightly soft but ok. Some of the occupants' behaviour in the wellness area is sub-par but this is not the fault of the reception, more an unfortunate experience.
