This unit was in great shape, no flaws. Loved the master with the huge bathtub plus walk in shower with bench. The view was not to high and not to low. The resort was also great: Hot tub plus heated lap pool, and access to the beach was perfect.

Overall was a very good unit, great decor, good bedroom layout. One of the best rentals I've used. Text support was extremely helpful and resolved all request.

I loved everything about the condo! I had the master and woke up every morning to a wonderful view and relaxing time with my coffee on the balcony! There were six ladies in the group and the condo was spacious enough to fit everyone! We were allowed 2 free chairs and an umbrella with the opportunity to rent another set if needed. Everyone had a wonderful time!!

Clean, quiet condo right on the beach with nice layout to give everyone their space.

This unit was not all it’s made out to be. The floors were filthy, the walls by the trash can was covered with splattered food, there was a cabinet knob in the garbage disposal which shows they didn’t clean the sink, and this unit gets extremely hot in the master room. We arrived an hour early and wanted to check in so our 1 year our would be able to stay on his nap routine and we’re denied because they were “cleaning it”. Everyone in the unit when we got there walked around and our feet were BLACK. The rug in the middle was loaded with sand, so exactly what was being cleaned? Not this unit for sure. It’s insanely loud in the 2/3 room as it’s right by the elevator. There are no sheet pans to cook with, had to use glass Pyrex dishes to bake anything. Overall this unit was not worth the almost $3k we paid for for a week. I won’t stay here again.

The condo was perfect for our group of 8. It was clean and appointed with everything we might need. Great view of the beach from a large balcony.

The unit is large and roomy for bringing a big group. We had 4 generations and we all had a wonderful time. Would definitely book again.

Condo is right on the beach with direct access. Nice pool and hot tub as well. We had 9 people and fit comfortably. Would stay there again!!

I love the quiet atmosphere of Palacio. Palacio 0604 was very spacious and right off the elevator which made it easier. Decorations were really cute. Love the oversized balcony and all the chairs.

We had such a great time at this property! Perfect location and loved that it was a super short walk to the beach. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay--including beach chairs and an umbrella.

The condo was well taken care of and clean. Very spacious quarters fit our family of 5 perfectly. The beach itself is quiet and was full of sea life.

Condo very well furnished, clean and inviting. Nice large balcony. The location was perfect. Complex is right across the street from a strip of shops that included seafood restaurants, breakfast restaurants, pizza, ice cream shop and shopping. It was very convenient to be able to walk across the street to these eateries.

We enjoyed the stay but feel complex and condo needs updating.

Condo unit, view, and chair service are all top notch! Unit is well furnished and very large. Neighboring shops and Jellyfish restaurant were excellent to visit. Palacio property could use a little cosmetic care. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming and elevator is super fast. We enjoyed our visit and would book here again!

We had a wonderful time! This was our third year.

Condo was great. The kitchen was furnished with everything we needed. We had 3 adults and 7 teens and managed ok with the beds. The pool area was great. Parking was challenging at times as well as getting on the elevators. We checked in on Sat and the line was out the door to get on an elevator. We would stay here again. Great location and a great experience

We loved everything about our stay.

Great location and condo was in close proximity to restaurants and stores. Some wear and tear issues with the property but overall was a great stay.

We loved this house because of the large patio overlooking the pools and the beach. Also, it is located very close to the beach so it’s convenient also.

We had a great time despite the challenges of covid 19

Our stay began with employees in the room inspecting- and then housekeepers returning to finish preparing the unit for us. The first night we were uncomfortable with the temperature but thought we just needed to adjust. The next day we adjusted and could not get comfortable... by that evening we called the office but received the after hours line and were told to call back in the morning. Needless to say resting on vacation was difficult. We called the next morning and maintenance assessed the unit and told us it was a problem with the unit on the roof and they would have to come back later. We asked that they (2 men) call us to let us know they would be in the unit (4 women) and were told “that’s going to be a problem! You either stay here or just let us do what we need to do!” Clearly we were not comfortable with this but on vacation weren’t left with much choice. We then received a call that afternoon saying it was not same-day repairable. We were offered the option to move to a new room but our checkout was the next morning... and I happen to be 7 months pregnant. Moving is not easy- and not reasonable for one remaining night. We were provided with a broken fan and after complaining fans were brought that night for the bedrooms. Meanwhile, the ice maker in the unit was not producing ice and no solutions were provided for that issue either. Despite our “vacation” having 3 restless nights, after many calls to the management comapany (and much of our so-called vacation wasted on dealing with the issues) we were offered one night reimbursement and told they were all in agreement this was a fair adjustment. Needless to say, we are not satisfied with the customer service and do not plan to return...

The condo was well stocked with towels, kitchen utensils. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. It's well decorated and tile floors in common areas was plus. I'll definitely rent it again.
