Loved being in the first floor with kids! Made it very convenient in every way! Very spacious and having 3 king beds with adjoining bathrooms was perfect! Plus a bunk room for two of the kids.

The condo is in a great location. First floor with easy access to the pool and beach. Beach nor the pool was ever overcrowded. Close enough to shops and restaurants but yet far enough away from crowds.

View was great, rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Plenty of room for three college age grandchildren and their Mom and Dad. Accommodations were excellent and the heated pool and hot tub was an unexpected bonus. Big table gave us room for card games and dominoes. Overall EXCELLENT!

Great condo with a great location. We really enjoyed being able to walk out our patio right into the pool. Well equipped and decorated.

Overall great. A few suggestions. Not enough lounge chairs and umbrellas by pool. Need more shade. No blankets for pull out couch. Lock on slider kept breaking. Needs to be permanently fixed. Was smoking allowed on patios? It wafted down to pool area and was irritating while swimming. Bunk room was very small. Other than that, loved the condo and location. Management was very responsive to door lock situation. Maintenance men were super friendly. Experience overall was great and would highly recommend but would like to see these improvements made.

Great unit and location on the beach. Loved the 4 bedrooms and family area, easy access to pool and beach off of the 1st floor patio in blu 101. We would come back to this unit.

Fantastic Condo and Location!
Fantastic condo and location! Blu 101 is wonderfully furnished and was great for our family group of 7, with everything needed. Great, easy access to the beautiful beach and to the pools, hot tub, fire pit. Condo and complex are very well maintained. Loved having beach chairs/umbrella provided too!

Beyond pleased during our family vacation!
Wonderful vacation at this property. The location was terrific and exactly as described. The windows are tinted so even though you overlook the pool, fire pit, hot tub and beach just beyond~ during the day you had privacy with amazing views and huge balcony to accommodate 10! Kitchen fully stocked and I was able to cook for 10 all week long. I was a little nervous about prior 1 star review on cleanliness but everything was very clean and new! The only challenge we experienced was with breakers popping when trying to watch tv in bedrooms but main room worked and had a great sound system for music. I highly recommend and we will certainly be back!

Very clean, well stocked kitchen, and incredibly spacious! This place is outstanding, and not so big that the pools or beaches are overcrowded. Grocery store nearby, as well as a few restaurants. Just a short straight drive into Destin, IF you feel you need to be in a crowd.

Family vacay
We brought our adult sons and their fiancés on this vacation. The perfect condo for easy access to the pool (it’s about 5 steps from balcony)!! And of course perfect for going to the beach and coming back in after a long day. No elevators to get on with all your chairs and floats. Great beach / chair service. Beautiful pools!!! Beautiful condo with plenty of space!!!

Blu 101
We just vacationed at Blu Unit 101. It was fantastic!! The condo was gorgeous..very, very clean and beautifully decorated! You are literally steps from the pool! The amenities were awesome!!! I have been in search of the perfect condo for quite some time and we found it in Blu 101!! Also, it so happened that the owners were vacationing at Blu as well! Darlene and Ron were incredibly friendly and wanted to make sure we had a wonderful stay, and in large part due to them, we had an amazing trip! It was a fabulous week at Blu and we will definitely be back!

Spring Break family vacation
Accommodations were outstanding. Our family of 10 had room to relax and stretch out. Location right on the beach was perfect. Our only complaint was we did not know we would have to provide our own consumables like trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and dish detergent etc. those would have been easy for us to pack. We loved our stay and will definitely return.
