We rented the house to be close to Mayo Clinic and it was only a couple blocks away. We also wanted comfortable seating in living room and Jill absolutly provided that. Everything was perfect!!! Will book again.

This place was perfect for my son & i while he was having tests & a procedure at the Mayo Clinic. Close to the Mayo, restaurants, grocery store, gas station etc. Quiet neighborhood was nice for rest and down time.

Relaxing Getaway Weekend
My mom and I stayed here for a crafting getaway. The house was clean, inviting, and comfortable. The owner was very responsive and, even though everything went as planned, checked in on us. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

So clean and comfy. Obviously visiting Mayo Clinic is not like a dream trip, but this wonderful house made it a pleasant experience. Walkable. Quiet and liveable.

This home was perfect for our trip to Mayo. Spotlessly clean, updated, comfortable and conveniently located. Thoughtful welcoming touches and small helpful signs taped on things to help navigate the home. The host was very responsive! We highly recommend it!

Excellent location for Mayo Clinic
A perfect place and a perfect location for getting to Mayo Clinic. The home was very clean with a well stocked kitchen. It was a short 2 minute drive or 7-8 minute walk to the Mayo Clinic or hospital. The garage was nice to use for the rental car and Jill was very easy to communicate with. I am pretty picky about where I stay and would stay here again no question. Great for a couple of people.

Perfect place for recovering from surgery!
We have stayed at this property twice and both times were above expectations! The recliners are so nice when recovering from surgery and the beds and linens were much nicer than a hotel! Jill is very responsive and accommodating. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

So Convenient
Made our trip to Mayo very easy. Easy walk to Mayo. Super clean and comfortable. The recliners are as comfortable as they look.

The home was very cozy. Everything was as shown in the pictures. I was very happy to see there was a small fan in the room as I need one to sleep. Great coffee and nice option to have wine or beer.

Very clean and cozy
I was relieved during this pandemic to find the house spotless. The kitchen is very well appointed for preparing meals & eating in. The bed and Barcaloungers super comfortable. Be aware there is no cable or Dish TV, no dishwasher and only the bar for eating meals. The minor problems we had were quickly and thoughtfully resolved.

Perfect location for Mayo surgery stay
Close to Mayo main campus and St Mary’s campus as well as restaurants in town and by St Marys. Relaxing environment for 7 day stay for mom and adult son who had surgery. Do need car but knew that ahead of time. Comfortable beds and recliners in LR. Complimentary Kurig coffee and beer and wine on honor system. Highly recommend!

Close to Mayo, Convenient to Everything
We appreciated this place to stay for a week. It's centrally located, close to Mayo Clinic, restaurants, and city parks/ walking trails. We also highly recommend Cheap Charlie's (2 blocks away) for lunch or breakfast AND the Canadian Honker for dinner (5 minutes away, across from St Mary's Hospital).
