Nice place and wasn’t overly crowded. Would definitely come back.

Home beach. Too expensive and you have to rent for five days minimum not four

This is our absolute favorite condo. We have stayed here many times and just love the location and all it provides. Easy access to the beach and pool! Has everything you need for your beach vacation.

Our stay was super relaxing. Checking in was as easy as an email. Being on the 1st floor was great for carting our luggage in/out AND our gated patio area was right off the pool! (Great for families with swimmers!) The unit was neat and clean. The bedrooms had new beds and mattresses. Umbrellas & chairs by the beach were provided. We had one issue with the gate to the community opening so I called the number I was given in the email. My call was promptly answered and the customer service was great!

Just the right size would have loved to have in unit laundry. Furniture needs updated and a fresh coat of paint would make this unit an easy 5star. The beds were very comfortable!!

Phyllis and her team are truly amazing! They were so helpful with everything we needed, and every team member had a smile on their face when we interacted. We appreciate everything everyone did behind the scenes to make this trip possible!

Can’t beat the pool right outside the door & the beach just steps beyond that.
So the description says that you get chair service on the beach, however it’s FCFS so you need to go out early & claim your chairs.
This particular unit could use a good deep cleaning- it was definitely clean, but the pull out couch bed needs debris vacuumed & the floors around the bedroom 2 headboards & nightstand could have been cleaner. We called regarding the dirt on the ceiling fans & someone was sent right away to clean them.
Be aware there is limited hot water if you have several people.
There was no blanket or fitted sheet for the couch bed, only flat sheets. The blankets on the beds were very thin so I’d pack an extra if you stay cold like me. Take note the washer/dryer is not in the unit & if you need the laundromat bring your own detergent, it’s not for sale there.

This condo was perfect for our team retreat. It is right on the beach and had so much space! This place was super clean and the location was perfect. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We will be staying here again and recommend this place to everyone!

Nice. Couldn’t actually see beach from room but it was okay. Just a short walk and we were on the beach.

We loved staying in this unit. It's on the first floor by the pool so we can get in and out easily and it's perfect for kids. The weather was perfect, the white sandy beach was beautiful, and we loved that beach chairs and umbrella was included. PuttPutt, restaurants, and tennis courts all in walking distance. We will be back!

This condo is super spacious and has everything you need. Steps from the pool and the beach. It has a nice patio where we had breakfast every morning. It's on the first floor so it's super easy to get all of your stuff unpacked especially if you get the parking spot right by the front door!

This condo is incredible! It is the perfect size for all our friends to have a great beach trip. You are on the beach which makes it easy to lug your stuff out each day. It also has easy access to the pool and is ground level with the parking lot. We have stayed here multiple times and will always recommend it to our friends/family. Everything is clean, easy, and always a smooth process. You can walk around the island to a few restaurants as well which is always great!

I loved how bright the condo is and all of the beach decor. The best part was definitely being able to walk directly to the pool and only a few feet more is the beach! We were able to sit on the patio in the morning and just listen to the waves. This was my 1st vacation with my extended family and we had an absolutely beautiful time. Because of the layout of the condo I was able to cook dinner for 9 people and we all had room to eat dinner together. The rooms were huge and the master bath was decorated beautifully. We were close to EVERYTHING. we could literally walk to 4 different beach stores. The Okaloosa Beach Pier is less than 2 minutes away and there’s a Publix about 3 miles away, directly across on the bridge. Needless to say it was easy to do anything that we wanted to. I’ll definitely be back and let all of my friends know about this great experience. This condo is my new favorite vacation destination.

Very clean and comfy! With the current COVID situation, it was really nice to be on the 1st floor. We didn’t need to use any elevators to gain entry, as we parked right by our front door. Very convenient. Condo located next to the pool also, we felt like we were able to social distance on our deck safely, while still being able to socialize with others. Beach service included was the best! It was exactly what we needed. Thank you.

Not our favorite spot we’ve stayed in. Won’t go into much detail, but there are some things that’s could have been better.

We rented this unit, but were told it was under renovation. No pool among other exclusions. We did not buy the cancellation insurance so we were kinda between a rock and hard place. We were offered a more expensive unit so we could continue our vacation plans. Classic bait and switch. Review should be zero stars due to the sneaky way we got hooked into a more expensive unit.

We had a great time staying in ft walton this past week! We had a little rain and a storm or 2 but was great weather overall and the condo was really great! Perfe t size for us and was very cute and clean!

We’ve been to island echoes several times but this was our first time in unit 1K. It was a beautiful unit with wonderful decor. However, This unit didn’t have a spatula for cooking. It also did not have a hair dryer or a mop. Just a few small things that we always have when staying in the other units. I also wish the beds were a little bigger. The handle to the shower was broken. Overall we had a wonderful time and made so many memories. We can’t wait to return
