Check-in was easy, place was excellent (even better than the online listing), host was wonderful (complete with welcome treats!) and accommodating. Can't wait to book another trip to this property!

We enjoyed our stay so much. The house is beautifully furnished and very comfortable with great natural lighting. We enjoyed the fireplace on chilly nights and walks on the golf course which is accessible right off the back deck. This is a great base for a trip to Pinehurst in all seasons.

Delightful property for a 3-night getaway to Pinehurst/Southern Pines. Very clean, neat, well set up for a couple of couple with kids. Enjoyed the big table on the deck overlooking the golf course. Great locations - close to Pinehurst Golf Resort and plenty of eating/shopping options in Pinehurst and Southern Pines. Would enjoy coming back another time.

We celebrated our first anniversary and had such a wonderful experience at this property. It was perfect! Great setup in kitchen, laundry and bath, very comfortable and close to Pinehurst golf and fun. We plan to return!

The moment you walk in the door you feel Comfortable and relaxed. No reason to stay anywhere else. Great for a family or a group of adults and it was perfect for just me and my wife. Clean, well equipped and convenient to everywhere. Nice quite part of Pinehurst. We will be going back soon we hope. You will not find anything better and we are very particular. Never left a VRBO review really because we have always been disappointed. Not the case with this place, so much better than advertised and the price is phenomenal for what you get. Don’t hesitate, jump on this house if you can.

We loved staying at this property for a family wedding at the country club. It was so clean, well organized, and nice features. One of the gems of Pinehurst's rental market, in my opinion! Appreciated the small touches too to make it feel like you were staying at a home that thought about your needs. We will be back for sure!

The home was perfect! The home has been updated and was cute and had everything we needed! The beds were extremely comfortable and there is a great little patio to sit on and enjoy the golf course view! The location was exceptional! It was located minutes away from the Pinehurst clubhouse, downtown Pinehurst, and restaurants and grocery stores! We truly enjoyed our stay and the owners went above and beyond to accommodate some of our needs. I highly recommend this property!

Pinecone Cottage is a tastefully decorated and comfortable home, and as one reviewer noted, even better in person! It was centrally located to all the great spots in Pinehurst and Southern Pines. The back deck is a great feature and has a wonderful view of the golf course. I would definitely recommend this home, and would stay here again. I also want to note that Katherine was very diligent with getting all pertinent pre check-in info to us, and was also prompt with her responses via VRBO app and by phone.

This property was PERFECT for our first time in Pinehurst. It was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. The location was so convenient to everything and Katherine provided such helpful information before our trip. I would definitely stay here again!

This beautiful home is situated in the pine trees with a delightful view of the golf course. We enjoyed the deck, the grill and the fox squirrels. The home had everything we needed! It was clean, lovely, and spacious.
