Great place for families

The condo was right on the water with easy beach access. The rooms were clean and newer. Some more towels and pillows would have been nice, but overall a great vacation!

We loved sitting on the balcony . Had great views of the ocean waves and listening to the waves was relaxing , watching boats , people on the jet skis , the pool and hot tub and a wedding at the Vacasa enclosed with greenery . We could see the pier from our balcony . The condo was very nice . We enjoyed our stay .

We loved the location! The condo was great. Loved the pools and the view. Great things to do within walking distance and shopping and more fun was just 15 minutes away. Needs a few upgrades for comfort on the balcony. The cusions on the outdoor furniture needs replacing. Kitchen was stocked with everything you would need!! Beds are super soft but some pillows need replacing. The staff was very friendly and quick to fix some simple issues. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice and simply decorated 3 bedroom condo. 2nd floor was great for access to parking garage. Would definitely stay again.

Great condo and layout for larger group. Love being able to look at the ocean from the inside and deck. Well equipped unit.

The view was wonderful! Everything was clean and peacefully decorated. It was so nice to have bathrooms for each bedroom!

Nice condo! Good amenities on grounds. Security reacted to condo neighbor grilling with open fire on balcony smoking out several others. Very clean except pull out bed sheets were stained with food and had fork in bed. Would stay again. Very close to all things with nothing but families around.

Restaurants within walking distance is a plus too. Getting to Destin area is very quick and close by too.

This condo was so cute and well equipped. I packed a lot of stuff I didn’t end up needing because the owner thought of everything. The views were also great and it was easy to get to the pool/water/ parking garage.

The unit needed a deep cleaning which involves dusting ALL furniture. TVs need to be upgraded to Smart TVs. The bedrooms need furniture for clothing. All I can say it Unit needs upgrades..

Beautiful condo! Exactly as pictured. My only complaint is there is very little drawer space in the bedrooms. Would stay again!!

The location of the condo is great overlooking the pool and ocean. It was peaceful and quiet. We never heard the pool noise when inside. The furnishings are perfect for the space, simple yet accommodating. The beds were all comfortable, kitchen well stocked with necessities, and a separate laundry room is a plus! Everything was in working order. Overall, a very happy stay with no issues!

The condo was perfect for our family and being on the second floor was nice for everyone. It was overall clean and in good condition. The couches and pull out mattress were in need of a cleaning, but that was it. We would definitely stay here again and the location was perfect.

We really enjoyed the condo itself, the only complaint we had is that there was a beach wagon and a pack and play at the condo and it was not mentioned which if we didn’t bring ours would have made packing the car much easier. Our big complaint was the parking garage, and to be honest would be a deal breaker for the next time we come to this area. For 3 days in a row they had one of the two parking garages closed for some kind of maintenance so every resident had to use the one. Well it turns out that does not have enough spaces so we had to park 2.5 buildings down the road which part of the walk to the condo did not have a sidewalk. This was really annoying with a family of 6 to have to drop them off then take my car down the road and walk back when we paid for a spot in the garage. Also if you have a low car, good luck getting up the first ramp as it’s about a 45* ramp up. I get the idea of a parking garage I just feel this was poorly thought out. Obviously this is just my opinion and some people might really like it.

We originally had a trip planned in OBA but covid happened, the condo sold and then the hurricane and they weren’t allowed to rent it out. We were left scrambling to find something and found this and it did NOT disappoint! Everything was furnished adequately. The beds were AMAZZZING. BEST sleep I’ve had in a while. The beach umbrella guy was amazing and by the 2nd day he knew our name and already had our umbrella reserved. I can’t say enough good things about our stay and I think we may have a new favorite place! The one and only thing I’d recommend updating is something in the master shower to hang toiletries (loofah, shampoos etc). Beyond that, ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! Ft Walton we will be back!

This was an awesome experience with our kids and grand baby. Unit has easy access to parking and to beach. It is furnished beautifully. Highly recommend unit 214. We will be back.

Clean, comfortable and convenient. The pictures are accurate. Seamless check-in and out process. Spectacular views of the pool and beach. The rooms are spacious with comfortable bedding. Neighbors were friendly and respectful. Looking forward to booking this unit again in the near future.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in the condo for our Spring Break 2020 vacation. We found the condo to be very clean and stocked with the all the essentials that make life away from home very easy -two coffee pots, beach cart, beach chairs, quality cookware, etc. We will keep this unit in mind for our future trips to Fort Walton Beach R-

Really nice unit was extremely comfortable with an amazing view of the gulf. Would rent it again.
