My family & I truly enjoyed our stay. The unit was ready upon our arrival and the check in process was a breeze. The place was very clean, spacious, had quality furnishings throughout the unit and had all of the comforts of home. It even felt like being home. The view from the deck was amazing. The view was also amazing simply sitting on the couch & looking out of the huge sliding glass door. The six passenger golf cart was a great bonus! My family and I decided that we will rent this unit annually for our family trip! We hated to leave because we definitely felt at home! The Property Manager is very accessible and available to answer any questions you might have. Rent the unit. You will NOT be disappointed!

This was one of our favorite stays in Sandestin. The property was clean, well appointed and convenient. The host was communicative and helpful. Fishing in the backyard was a delight to our grandchildren and the pool was close enough for the older kids to walk to alone. The golf cart ran perfectly and we used it more than our car. We also appreciated the closeness of the village area with pizza, ice cream, and an escape room! We would definitely stay in this condo again and would recommend it to others.

After our plans to travel to New York City fell through due to inclement weather, we decided to head to the beach last minute. We were pleasantly surprised to find this property available with only 24 hours notice. Everything about this property and booking was absolutely perfect! We absolutely fell in love with the property. It’s only a short drive to the gorgeous beach, and the golf cart was an added bonus. The beach in June is very crowded so plan to get there early to save a spot if you want to be near the water. The Beach House restaurant right on the water quickly became one of our favorites. The Village of Baytown Wharf also loaded with shops and restaurants was another pleasant golf cart drive away and a wonderful experience, especially the fireworks on Tuesday nights. The condo itself is very large and fully furnished with everything you could need including a full size washer and dryer. The view of the pond with the fountain was absolutely breathtaking. We jokingly said we were going to ask the owners to purchase their property, we loved it that much including our teen girls. Since that’s not realistic, we will defiantly book this property again until the time comes that we purchase our own property inside this beautiful resort.

We loved our time at this property. We've stayed at Sandestin many times and this was the cleanest and most well equipped unit we've been in. There was literally everything you would need at the unit. We loved having the laundry hampers in each room. It was a nice touch I've never had in another rental. We would highly recommend this unit. It comes with all the convenience of Sandestin with an immaculately clean and spacious unit!

We had a great stay at the Beachwalk villa. The golf cart was super handy and the unit was not only very clean, but it was stocked with whatever we needed.

This property has almost everything you can think of that you’d need for a week away from home! All the beds were super comfortable even the pull out bed in the loft sofa. Bring your personal affects and groceries and you are good to go. The golf cart could use a little maintenance but it was super nice to have making running to the beach easy! Wasn’t sure how to get in the other side of SanDestin via golf cart once you get out of tunnel? Easy check in and check out - thank you for hosting an amazing 50th birthday getaway for 7 adults! We all felt we had plenty of space to spread out and an amazing vacation home! Will be back for sure!!

Quite end unit condo with lots of space. We only had 4 people so tons of space for people and then some. The location was great, and allowed us to get around easy. 98 had its share of traffic so really liked the fact we could get to the beach and to local shops on the golf cart. Made everything super easy. I would recommend to anyone to rent here. The manager was super responsive to our questions and needs. Great stay!

What a great place to stay! Has everything you need. Wonderful location. We had to evacuate for a hurricane and they made it so easy for us even early check in! Will be back for a vacation next time!

House is exactly like pictures. Great location. Close to pool and within walking distance to the beach. If you don’t like/want to walk or have little ones the golf cart makes it a quick trip.

Had a great time last week at Sandestin Beachwalk 5133. Place was updated and fulfilling to all our needs. Property management had great communication with us before during and after our stay.

Silvano was the best to work with. He was prompt on answering emails, texts and calls, could not ask for a better property manager. The house/condo was great, clean and very updated. The layout was perfect for our family of 7. The kids loved being able to get around on the golf carts and it made it a lot of fun to hop in and go. The beach was about a 5 minute drive in the golf cart which was not bad and it was nice to not have to get the sand in our car. The only complaint/suggestion we have is regarding the golf cart. Having a golf cart in this location is a MUST, everyone is on them. The golf cart that was provided was in poor shape with screws sticking out which we were able to cover up. Silvano made it possible for us to rent another golf cart for a fee which we appreciated. A 3 bedroom 3 bath definitely needs to have a 6 or even a 8 seat golf cart to accommodate the number of people the house sleeps. I give the property and management a 5 star.

Amazing layout!

Villa was superbly decorated, clean, and convenient to beach, resort, and local events. Would highly recommend staying here.

We visited from SC for four nights. We had three adults and three children. We thought the home was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the beautiful lake outside the back door and spent many evenings fishing and sitting on the porch. The 3 bedrooms were large and the beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and all had showers/baths. This was very convenient when we had multiple people needing to get a shower quickly. The golf cart was a definite asset for when we took a trip to the beach. We liked the added security of the front gate. When we had a slight issue with the back door lock, the property manager addressed the issue immediately. We were VERY impressed with everything about this property and would definitely book this again for future visits. Thank you for a great stay in Destin!

The townhome was great and plenty of room for an adult family of 6. Everything with clean and the house manager was very responsive prior to our stay. The golf cart was a nice addition! It gets a little warm upstairs but it’s the humid south. We’d definitely return!
