The condo was clean and had nice kitchen amenities. The only had 2 issues…. 1.) the fan in the master bedroom did not work properly… it barely turned. Maintenance came to look at it on the first day of our stay and said that the motor was bad and they would have to switch it out… they never returned the remainder of our stay. The only feedback I got WHEN I ASKED was “they were working on it.” It would have been much more comfortable with a working fan. 2.) the mattress in the master bedroom has two indentation and felt like we were sleeping in holes. It’s definitely time that mattress should be replaced. The other two bedroom were comfortable and had properly working fans. It was definitely a plus to have blackout blinds in all the rooms including the living room… that was a nice touch! The complex was very nice and the pool area was beautiful. Also it was a short walk to the beach and we really appreciated the complimentary chairs and umbrella! Also, the covered garage was great…. We never had to get in a hot car! 😊

We enjoyed our time at the condo. The unit was beautiful. The only draw back is the master bathroom smelled a little like urine. This is our second time staying at this unit with the same issue. However, we had such a great time that we overlooked it for this trip! Great place to stay!

The location was great! Vacasa communicated with us throughout the stay and made sure everything was perfect.

So, in short, this is a very nice condo with an absolutely stunning view with priceless beachfront and pool access. Made for a truly wonderful week with my kids. I would totally come back if Vacasa wasn’t in the picture. A LOT could have been improved by having a more communicative property manager. They essentially ignored me from start to finish. I reached out multiple times prior to leaving home to ask questions about what was in the condo, being that I travelled with my very young kids, ages 3 and 1. All I really wanted to know is if there were any beach toys and beach towels. I emailed them directly, I responded to an email they sent me about billing, messaged within the Vacasa app and also within the VRBO app and not one single person ever responded. I also needed to coordinate drop off of some rollaway cribs and groceries and wanted to ask questions about that and still received no help. I get that it is not their job to help with my logistics but ignoring all communication is unacceptable to me. Thankfully nothing went wrong with the condo while there but if it would’ve I have no idea how we would have gotten help. They also texted me multiple times and no one responds when you text back. They sent me a link to check out too which was useless and did not work. It linked me to the app with no way within the app to check out. The listing says towels are provided. I have stayed in upward of 10 VRBOs at various beaches across Florida and the Carolinas and have never stayed in a BEACH house/condo or OCEANfront property that did not provide beach towels. Needless to say I was not pleased to spend my first night shopping for beach towels at Publix. This was one of the questions that I had sent to them prior to leaving home that they ignored. If they would have responded at least I could have packed them. They provided one roll of paper towels, two pods for laundry, one mini bottle of dawn, two small dish towels, nothing for the dishwasher, two trash bags, a blender, toaster, coffee maker, a few skillets/pans, no spices, no basic condiments, nothing like a crock pot or anything, no baking dishes. Not that there is anything wrong with this but again, would have been helpful to know. I’ve stayed in some that are much better stocked which makes it SO much easier to actually cook real meals without going out and buying every spice and buying brand new dishes.

My only complaint is that apparently music is NOT allowed on the private balcony. We were told we had to turn our music off at 8pm by an unprofessional security guard. Nowhere in the rental agreement does it say that you can not have music, only quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.

This condo was excellent! Everything was so clean and everything that we needed was supplied. I would love to stay in this unit agai.

Photos are accurate of what you get in person. No overdone beach theme. Simply decorated. Furnishings were simple but comfortable. King size mattress in master bedroom seemed a little hard, but that could simply be a preference thing. Washer was clean and didn’t show signs of neglect which seems to be a challenge in many condos we’ve stayed in. My only complaint would be there was a broom but no dust pan which made staying on top of the sand very difficult. Provide a dust pan, and I would truly have zero complaints! The view is absolutely STUNNING!

Overall a great place, convenient and spacious. PLEASE get rid of the ridiculous overly bright and fluorescent light bulbs all throughout the condo. The “white light” bulbs give off a horrible glow, like inside a Walmart. Not conducive to relaxation. Need warmer bulbs. The dining room table is patio furniture. Not ok at this price point. Some good points are the huge water heater, cold a/c and good working condition of the condo in general. I would come back.

We loved the condo! The unit was clean. I would have given it 5 stars but the master bathroom had a bad smell. This is my third booking through Vacasa. The first two visits were less desirable. However, after reaching out to the company and giving them a opportunity to right the situation, they achieved their goal and I wouldn't hesitate to book through them again!

You can tell the owners come to this condo and it’s not just a rental because the place is very well taken care off. We had two other families with us and their units were pretty beat so it’s nice when an owner stays in the place they rent out. Had most everything we needed. Blender not great for making iced drinks but we have a Blendtec at home so we’re kind of spoiled. Location to the beach is ideal. Pools are great. Would definitely rent again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was clean and enough space for everyone with the three rooms and three bathrooms! The view is amazing! We had three smalls kids and they all loved it! The condo was great and would love to stay again! Thank you!

Great communication with property on any issues we had. Great check in/out process. Can’t beat the location and ease of access to everything. You’ll just need to bring your own broom! Will definitely be back next year, Lord willing!

When entering the condo the ceiling fan in the living room did not work and we had a individual that was sleeping on the pull out sofa which made it hot for him. The ceiling fan was replaced but not until we had 1 more night to stay. The screen going out to the balcony was unusable. That was not too bad as we really never used it but it was stuck not all the way open. The dryer would not dry clothes unless you ran it multiple times(many, Many)

Other than that we enjoyed our stay and the accommodations were great.
Thanks to the maintenance crew for finally getting the ceiling fan replaced.

The condo was clean, beds were comfortable. Ceiling fans in bedrooms only work on low and the one in the living room does not work at all. They offered to send maintenance up to fix but we just went and bought a box fan. I would recommend that owner buy some new skillets for the condo. We are big breakfast eaters and there was only one medium nonstick skillet. Would also replace the coffee pot as it is very old and the on light does not work and took forever to make a pot of coffee. As with most condos make sure to buy extra toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap. Over all the condo was beautiful and would definitely stay here again. The beach and ocean was beautiful. I would rate the condo a 4.9.

Beautiful condo with perfect location. The view from the balcony was wonderful and we did see a dolphin one morning. There were a few restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Azure 508. The rooms were very spacious and the views were breathtaking. We will definitely come back at our next stay in Okaloosa Island.
