Great family rental. Big enough for everyone to have their own space yet be together. Short walk to beach. Everything we needed was within 10 min drive.

The condo was great. Clean, comfortable beds, convenient to the beach. We loved the screened balcony. And the location was easy access to everything.

This place was amazing! It gave everyone their privacy while offering a great living room and kitchen area to enjoy together. We are huge cooking people and most places we rent are not well equiped with cooking equipment but this place has everything you could need. The garage had an ice chest, beach toys, nets and buckets for crabing, beach chairs and a great beach cart which was a life savor when trying to bring food, drinks and beach set up for 7 people. The host responded to any and all questions in a very timely manor. I 100% recommend lucky 7, and my family and I will be back in the future.

This property was great for us staying close to the beach, i would have liked a seating place outdoors in the back yard, but the seating area on the front porch worked for us, the outdoor shower was a great addition for rinsing the sand off before coming inside

This property exceeded my expectations. The pictures are beautiful but the attention to detail is what’s going to keep me coming back. This property had a surplus of kitchen gadgets that blew my mind (a rice cooker?!). The decor is on theme without being cheesy, there was a surplus of towels and the amount of extras just made our trip so much more enjoyable (ex: air mattresses and tiki torches). My party and I enjoyed it so much that we’re already discussing our next stay here. WONDERFUL experience.

We were very happy with our booking. We had 2 adults, a 15 & 10 year old, & grandma who is 83. She stayed on the ground floor. Kids stayed on the main level. My husband & I had the top floor. The walk to the beach was so ideal. I didn't think we'd use the community pool, but it came in handy b/c it was on the cooler/windy side during our stay. The screened-in porches on each level are awesome & the unit is well-stocked. *I do recommend maintenance have the AC on the main & bottom floor serviced prior to the summer season. Since it was cooler, it didn't bother us, but we did notice a cooling difference.

We came for a cheer competition for my daughter, we enjoyed this little slice of heaven for the 4 days we were there. We would definitely stay here again.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. It was spacious, clean, well decorated and had everything we needed. We also really enjoyed the heated pool, short walk to the beach and convenient location. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful condo just steps from the beach. Very clean and welcoming. Kitchen is fully stocked. I would recommend this property if you don’t want to stay in a high rise and want to stay away from the crowds

Everything was just as described! Check-in was super easy and convenient. The home was very clean and smelled great! The location was perfect and just a few steps away from the private beach access. My teens enjoyed the rooms and decor in each of them. We plan to make this our go-to condo each time we return! On the way there we were bummed that we forgot to pack a few board games. However, there were games in the condo which we enjoyed playing! Thank you for going above and beyond to make your home comfortable.

The property is as advertised. We loved the location and would stay there again. The property is close to the beach and has great walking access. There were some minor cleanliness issues ( visibly stained throw pillows and empty hand soap container). The grill on the patio gets very hot and set off the smoke detectors, so definitely make sure to have windows open and the hood vent on when grilling

Unit was a short walk to the beach and was very spacious. We had two couples and one two year old in our group and it was the perfect size. The screened in porches were wonderful. We spent our time in the house enjoying sitting on the patio and cooking on the grill. The beach was a short walk and the house has a shower outside. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, our AC unit went out before we arrived at our original listing. Management was SO HELPFUL and reached out prior to our arrival with options equal to what we planned. Amanda was amazing and was very helpful even after hours when needed. We had a very relaxing weekend with family. The beach was a short walk which made it easy for little legs and older parents. Great area! We cannot wait for our next stay!

Very beautiful! It was clean, and had more than we expected! There is also air mattresses, in the garage there is beach toys, boards, wagon, umbrella, a small plastic kiddy pool, cooler and more. Lots of space for my family of 5! Will come and stay here again!

The location was wonderful, we even got to check in early. All adult group so stairs were not an issue but would’ve been if there had been little ones or older folks. The garage door was broken but we were able to manually open it. Description said there were 2 umbrellas but only one there and it was broken. The strangest thing about the place was the closed in balcony with the grill. Honestly the smell of the old burger grease was so bad we couldn’t even sit out there with the windows open and fan on and all patios/balcony areas had been closed in and we would’ve enjoyed a balcony space. That’s really the only complaint we had. Decor was beautiful!

Overall the stay was very nice. Short walk to the beach and plenty of room for our family. Rental chair and umbrella company makes it impossible to get front row seating on the beach if you are bringing your own chairs. Beach was crowded due to this and sharing space with other properties.
There were several maintenance issues that occurred during our stay that were minor inconveniences that required reaching out to property company and having service technicians come to the property.

Overall it was a great experience, 5 stars for the house, checking process, communication with the administrator, great appliances, good size fridge, good working AC, perfect location; the only reason I didn’t give an overall rating of 5 was because of the beach stuff that they offered and had available for the guests; so for instance the umbrella was broken, only 3 of the 4 beach chairs could be used by adults as the 4th one was for a little kid and the beach cart handle was broken; the garage messy and seems like no one had cleaned it for sometime now. The garage and everything inside was not at the same level of the rest of the house, nonetheless I would stay there again but would recommend the owners and administration to improve the beach chart, umbrella and chairs. Aside from this it was an awesome location!!!

The property was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy areas. The private beach was beautiful and we even seen dolphins. Wonderful stay and highly recommend!

I love to cook. The Vrbo had everything you needed to cook simple or complex meals. I was surprised to have a proper roasting pan. Hot pads and mits. Cheese shredder. Very well equipped.

Good property and responsive management. Wish we could have stayed longer. Stove operation was an issue...service man indicated the knobs were not in the proper place and needs further attention. The grill was very dirty...even after it was cleaned, was not suitable for use. I think it should be replaced...removal perhaps better for safety reasons. Floors need more attention...cleaning, i.e. Loved the master on the first floor...very comfortable and cozy. Overall, we were pleased with the accommodations.

The property was really nice, plenty of room for 8. The pool is heated and the boys enjoyed it. The walk to the beach with all the toys isn’t much fun, or coming back, but the distance isn’t bad. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and prepare meals. Parking isn’t easy with two full size trucks, but there is extra parking in front of pool and at the mailbox. Garage was nice to store all the beach stuff.
Not the owners fault, but I wish the umbrella/ chair company wouldn’t set up all the chairs/umbrellas that aren’t being used on the beach. It blocks the view for the people setting up their own umbrellas and chairs. I know they want to rent them, and make money, but some just say there all day un used, but still blocked the view.
