There were a few minor issues that were fixed immediately. Blu305 is the condo you wish you never have to leave. Going home still thinking about our next trip. I've stayed in several private rental condos in Destin and Fort Walton Beach over the years. This one is in the top 3. I contacted vacasa about some type of wagon we could use to haul our cooler and fishing gear out on the fishing pier. They couldn't locate one. The next day we discovered the owner's welcome book that said we were welcome to use their beach toys and chairs etc. That was perfect! They had a wagon, yay! I'm not giving 5 stars because of the parking situation. Rent a 4 bedroom condo that accommodates 12, you're going to have at least 3 vehicles, especially when it's 3 families from 3 different states. We got 2 parking permits. The parking lot WAS NEVER MORE THAN 20% FILLED. I won't say what we did to park our unwelcome 3rd vehicle! I will say a huge THANK YOU to a very nice police officer. My advice is don't rent any unit that accommodates large parties unless you plan to cram 12 people into 2 cars.

This condo is just so pretty and comfortable and clean! And the view from the large balcony is amazing. We came for a family girls weekend and 6 of us fit comfortably. We enjoyed playing games at the large table and eating meals on the balcony. Vacasa was very attentive and available and checked on our stay several times.

This was our second time staying at Blue 305 and we hope to make this our summer tradition because it truly is our happy place. The pictures don’t actually capture the beauty and perfection of the condo or of the whole building itself. This is truly our happy place. The staff is so friendly and professional. The property managers are available and responsive. The property was clean and smelled nice. The location is perfect!! The condo is absolutely great for every member of our family - our 14 year old son has privacy and space to himself while our 11 and 9 year olds were close enough to us but also had their own space to play and sleep. There is so much living space to hang out and watch movies, play board games or to cook and eat dinner together. The balcony views were gorgeous! We can’t say enough about this condo and we will definitely see you next summer.

We have been to Ft. Walton many times, but this time we brought the whole family. Plenty of room and perfect set up for 10 people. Blu is beautiful and the pools are amazing! This condo has everything needed and communication with Vacasa was easy!

We were a little disappointed that the essentials like toilet paper, trash bags, and dishwashing liquid were not provided. Even things like salt & pepper and paper towels were nowhere to be found. It was over an extra hundred dollars to stock it up for the next visitors.

My family and I stayed here this past week. It was even better than we expected! The pool and beach were perfect walking distance. We had 8 adults and 4 kids- which didn’t feel tight in this space at all. It was the perfect family vacation spot!

It was perfect for our family. The zero entry pool was so nice with having 3 toddlers! The room was spacious and very nice!

Newer Condo, Clean, & Close to Water. Quiet and Spacious. Not crowded on the beach. Unit does come with a complimentary chair set and umbrella service. Great location and secure. Day and Night security 24hrs.

The home is very spacious and has a variety of bed choices to fit the whole crew. The owner also allows access to their storage locker with many beach toys and bikes. The pantry is filled with games for kids and their is a "little library" in the house as well. We made sure to leave a book or two from our time at the beach. The access to the beach with only a few stairs (6 or 7) is great also. Additionally, Meaghan from the beach chair service was very kind and accommodating. There are two complimentary chairs included with the stay. It is a great place to stay and away from the hustle and bustle of some other places you could chose to stay. We have stayed in Blu before, but next time we plan to return to Blu 305 specifically.

Perfection!

Our group of 12 had an amazing time in this beautiful condo. The pictures don’t do it justice. So spacious, very clean, and beautifully furnished. The house had everything we needed for our four night stay. It was amazing to wake up and look right out to the beach. The amenities included two pools, one heated and the other one not heated. We used both pools. It was also nice having the heated spa. Prime location to restaurants, activities, shopping and grocery stores. The only con we would say was that the kids room didn’t have cable, roku connection or smart TV for them to watch. Bring movies or dvds for the kids room because there is a DVD player.

Perfection!

The condo is beautiful, just as pictured. Plenty of space for our large group. The ammenities are wonderful. Would definitely stay here again!
