The beds and pillows

Wonderful view, exceptionally clean, very nice condo. The ladies cleaning the lobby were constantly cleaning, and everything was well maintained.

I had to leave.

The location was superb. Very spacious condo. Very clean.

The jets in the tub in the master bath didn't work. that was kind of a bummer.

Pool and hot tub

Only one of the hot tubs were working and the elevator was very slow

We loved the view and the Location. Everyone was so very nice. The beach and ocean was so beautiful. We will Definitely be back.

Know biggies but there was a few things broke like the kitchen trash can and master bathroom Toilet paper roll was coming out of the wall. The master bedroom TV didn't work but we talked To maintenance, and they was working on getting it fixed!

I liked the beach and the pool.

The couch and dining room chairs were a mess. Filthy. Had to call and they came two days later and cleaned them and then 24-36 hours of drying time. The linens were thin, and the towels were like sandpaper. The chairs on the balcony were very rusty and in poor condition. I did not like that the facility starts picking up the beach chairs at 3:00 and makes you get out of the chair you are sitting in at 5:00. The room booked / advertised was not the room we were given. I booked ocean front and was given ocean view over a parking lot. On the day we left, there were no luggage carts available to transport our luggage. Also, they give you one roll of toilet paper, one trash bag, one roll of paper towels. I mean come on. Next time I will stay in a hotel where things are provided for a lot less money.

The location was excellent. We were walking distance to bars and restaurants.

Nice location in the beach.

Relatively clean except sofa was stained and dirty. We covered with a sheet so we wouldn’t be totally grossed out.

The 3 bedrooms were spacious. The kids room had a triple bunk bed which the kids loved. The beach view was amazing from the living room and master bed room. the bathrooms were big. It is a well laid out condo. We loved the 2 large pools.

There was no safety lock on the entry door. Most of the pool furniture was torn .

giving you a notice on your car when you have to a code to get in parking garage. when you have no tag in the window.

Ocean view and access

Being told that per company policy, we were to be supplied with trash bags AND TOILET PAPER , only that one time of arrival. We had to get trasbags and buy toiletries.😡

The area was beautiful and the condo was so clean and welcoming. We enjoyed everything!

Easy to the beach.

The view wasn’t like we wanted and the beds were very uncomfortable. Also not enough towels for nine people. Not enough space for nine people.

Someone was smoking in a condo above us Noise after 10 pm. Someone shot off firework crackers at 11

Did not like that I had to report that the ice maker didn’t work, the tv in one of the bedrooms didn’t come on, unit did not provide extra blankets for sofa bed ..... the ice maker situation did get repaired but didn’t like that the repairman was in our unit while we were on the beach and I was not notified beforehand .... also was upset about not being able to get into the unit not one minute before 4 ... this was different for us because on previous trips (this was our fourth girls trip) we were allowed to enter before which was sooo nice to be able to spend more time on the beach before getting dark
