My family and I stayed for 9 days at this beautiful estate. It was absolutely beautiful. The host Eddie was extremely helpful as well. He was always available if needed and just made our stay 10x better.
Overall, we were very impressed with everything! My family and I will definitely be booking another stay here!

This home is beautiful! Exactly what was seen in the pictures online. The home was so clean and beautifully decorated furnished with updated modern day plush furniture it’s pretty ! the pool area was clean and kept up. I can’t say enough about the manager Eddie . He is wonderful ! always able to talk to him when needed. Always had answers when we had any question definitely would rent this home again

This property is an absolute gem. We loved our time staying at the home. Very clean and spacious. The rooms were perfect for our family's needs. The host Eddie Nero was absolutely the best. Easy to reach and quick to response. We will definately stay again in the future!

The house was beautiful and very clean. ( a lot bigger on the inside than you realize from the pictures ) The pool was a great extra ! We loved the quiet beaches. Eddie Nero was great to deal with! Everything was a very smooth process and he was always one call away. We will be back!

We rented this home to attend our niece’s graduation. House was very spacious, kitchen was well stocked and the pool and outdoor area was great. House was immaculate and we would definitely stay here again!

House was very clean, had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, beach towels & bedding, all in good condition. Pool was nice and with the waterfall was very relaxing. Nice fenced in yard for privacy.

Wonderful retreat from the winter weather in New England. The home is just as described on the VRBO site. Very comfortable, well appointed place with a beautiful heated pool and private fenced in yard. The property manager, Eddie Nero, is easy to reach and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. He represents the property owners very well. Can’t wait to return again next year!

I rented this home for my daughter and her family over the Christmas holidays. The house was very clean and extremely well equipped. The floor plan is great for a family (master on one side, two bedrooms with a shared bathroom on the other side….and two separate common areas) and the pool was wonderful for the kids! Eddie could not have been nicer or more responsive….I highly recommend this home and give it the best review possible!!!

However,
The house
It is on a busy street- and the sidewalk is across the street
The house was clean but the linens were old and thread bare
The pool deck needed painting
The yard was full of weeds
The house was dark- very few lamps- very spartan.
I could go on-
But we are now in a house that in comparison- in the same general area- is a 5 in the same price range.

This home was just like the pictures! Eddie Nero, the host, made the check in process easy. He texted us before our arrival with clear and courteous instructions. He also checked in on us to ensure all was going well during our stay. We will definitely stay again in any one if Eddie’s host properties! Five stars from me!

I have rented from Eddie before. He is an amazing host. All of his properties have been absolutely wonderful. This house was clean and had everything we needed. The location gave us easy access to downtown Sebastian and Vero. I can’t wait to come back next year!!

The house was beutifull and everything was clean. The property was equipped it had everything we needed.They even had beach toys and pool toys for the kids. The kids love the pool and beach. The neighboorhood was very nice and quite. Looking forward to go back again.

We had a wonderful time at this house. The pool was a huge hit with our kids. It was nice to be able to eat outside next to the pool. The house is convenient to go anywhere. Also a rare find to have garage parking.

Eddie was very prompt on returning calls, and answering questions about the house. The house was immaculate when we arrived. Everything we needed was there, and more. The pool was an added bonus. We came to Sebastian FL for the first time because we found this home on VRBO. We were pleasantly surprised at every turn. The home was stocked with little necessities, and the area was gorgeous. Our little ones and big ones enjoyed the pool most of all. Thank you for an amazing five days and we will be back as often as possible.

Great vacation home, fully equipped! We loved the pool and fenced in backyard. Would definitely stay here again. Communication with the host Eddie was excellent. You can tell he is dedicated to what he does and cares about guest satisfaction!

The check in process and the property manager Eddie was easy to communicate with, the home was clean and well equipped and had many toys for children, the beds comfortable and the most comfortable rental I have stayed in. We will be back as we have friends and family in this area.

Well laid out, fully equipped home with newly resurfaced, heated pool. Conveniently located for beaches, shopping, restaurants, and enjoying the Indian River lagoon. The property manager, Eddie Nero, was very helpful, quick to respond to any concerns, and always pleasant to deal with! Looking forward to returning next year!

Great location. Great house. Needs some updates. Vertical blinds were broken and thrown under bed. Propane tank in grill empty. They did have spare in garage.

We are actually local and had to move out of our home because we discovered mold. Eddie made the experience seamless and was always available if I had a question! Very Clean and an awesome experience for us during a difficult time in our lives! Definitely recommend!!

Well-appointed, clean, spacious and comfortable home for our family getaway. Beach is not far. The pool area is nice but needs a bit of a cleaning and a few lightbulbs out in the house, but no big deal, otherwise perfect! We really appreciated how nice + affordable the home was. Eddie was helpful, attentive and courteous. A much needed break.

Wonderful VRBO Rental!
The home is beautiful and clean!! My husband and I enjoyed relaxing in the private pool and our German Shepherd had plenty of room between the lanai and yard. The house was well stocked with everything we needed, including snacks/water to welcome us upon arrival! Eddie is amazing with communication and quick to respond to any questions.
The house is perfectly located close to beautiful beaches and yummy restaraunts. We plan to be back next year!

Perfect for a quiet getaway
This house is located in a great spot - less than 15 mins to wabasso beach, near grocery stores and restaurants. Easy access to Vero beach and downtown Sebastian. Comfortable furniture, a great, very private, pool, everything you need in the kitchen, and plenty of space to spread out if you have a larger group. On top of that, Eddie is an excellent host, easy to work with, great communication and responds quickly to any questions. All in all, this was the ideal Vrbo experience!

Comfortable and clean home
One of the best stocked VRBOs we have stayed in. They have thought of everything! Extremely clean, pool was great! Eddie was great to work with, forgot to tell him about a dog at the beginning, and he was very accommodating in adding the dog to the reservation, very pet friendly with fenced in back yard.

Will Stay Again!!
We’re a bunch of skydivers and with this house being so close to Skydive Sebastian, it was perfect!! The house was huge so we were able to spread out easily, had a nice “family” dinner in the dining room, and enjoyed the pool everyday! We did have a minor issue with the heat of the pool but Eddie was so incredibly fast to fix the issue.
I’m hoping to make this a yearly vacation and will absolutely stay here again!

Great house and location
The house was perfect. Very clean, updated and centrally located in Sebastian. Within walking distance to parks and short drive to the inlet or beaches. The pool was a great size and very clean. Enjoyed our stay at this home and would highly recommend it when staying in Sebastian!
