We had a great stay! Cottage was clean, air conditioned, and adorable. The kitchen was well stocked with basics and anything you would need for cooking. Frank was great- very communicative and helpful. We’ve been coming to this area for years and love all the local restaurants. The cottage is walkable to many of our favorites, and the street is lovely- many friendly neighbors and lots of families. My kids loved the big backyard and outdoor shower. We’ll be back!

This was a perfect place for our family of 4 to stay over a long weekend. The bonus sunroom was our favorite room to relax in. We couldn’t get the washing machine to start and found the beds a tad squeaky but would definitely stay here again. Great location and cozy.

The cottage was perfect for our stay. Everything from the proximity to the beach, restaurants, and shopping was exactly what we were looking for. Frank is extremely responsive and helpful during the checkin process and during the stay. We hope to have the opportunity to stay again soon!

Our stay was fantastic - just what we needed. The neighborhood is quaint with friendly neighbors and a nearby beach. The cottage was stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation. Frank was extremely helpful, providing recommendations for places to go, and he was very responsive to our questions. We highly recommend this place for anyone’s stay in Cale Cod!

We love staying at this property - actually our second year doing so! - because it is so well located, it’s clean with everything you need and Frank is a dream to communicate with. Everything is easy and makes for a very fun, relaxing holiday.

Wonderful cape cottage close to many activities
My two young children and husband stayed at Frank's cottage in Dennis as a home base for activities around the cape. It was perfect as a central location - we spent time in Dennis, Chatham, and Orleans. It was also a clean and relaxing place to return home today after a day at the beach. Frank was such a kind and generous host - he contacted us the day of our stay to tell us that we could check in early. We would definitely come back in the future.

The cozy cottage was everything we hoped for. The only drawback for a family of 4 is the one bathroom but with planning we made it work!

My family and I loved our stay, the house is equipped really well with anything you need and very close to some of our favorite spots! It was the perfect set up for us and our kiddos, with a large yard for them to run around in. We will definitely be back!

Weekend Cape Get Away
Frank’s cottage was perfect for our family. Very clean, great location, and was exactly how it was described. Frank, the host was very communicative. We would love to go back in the future. Really had everything to accommodate our family.

Absolutely Lovely!
We had the best stay at Frank's Cozy Cottage! My husband, 3 year old and 2 year old and I all stayed here for a week and it couldn't have been more perfect. The house was clean, had everything we needed, and was quintessential Cape Cod. The yard was fantastic as well! With two little children who need naps, we still very much felt like we were on vacation while we grilled and lounged outside. Frank also was a wonderful host who went above and beyond. We would absolutely stay here again!

We absolutely loved this cottage! There was plenty of room for me, my husband, and our son, and the property came with anything we might need. And the location was perfect. Restaurants and beaches were just a short walk away. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Lovely stay!
We had the nicest time at Frank's Cozy Cape Cod Beach Cottage. Perfect place to relax after a day at the beach. The decor and comfort were wonderful. Location was great to the beach, shops and restaurants. Well stocked kitchen if you want to have a meal in. Communication with Frank was excellent! Would 100% reccomend!

Great getaway
Wonderful stay! The house was squeaky clean and nicely decorated! Great backyard for grilling out! Kitchen was fully stocked to cook a full meal. Lots of restaurants nearby. Quiet neighborhood, great for morning walks.

The house was very clean and comfortable. The house had everything you would need for a relaxing vacation. It fit our family of four perfectly. Would defiantly recommend this rental and we would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent property and very friendly host
I stayed at Frank's place with my wife and two other friends. The house is great for four adults, well stocked with everything one would need. Frank was a gracious host, very responsive to any questions I had. He even lent us beach chairs for the weekend.
