As soon as we arrived we knew it was going to be special. The view is stunning and the surrounding land/garden is kept beautifully. The house is perfect for a couple or a family of 4. Everything was clean and the beds were super comfortable which is rare! The kitchen is well equipped as is the laundry. The pool and outdoor kitchen are fantastic. All done so well. The location was perfect for us.We are hoping to stay again next year! Thank you Carmen and Alfonso for making our stay so wonderful!

What a wonderful stay. Even better than the pictures. Carmen has made a wonderful oasis , perfect in every way. There are so many places to sit and take in the breath taking scenery. The villa itself just feels so relaxed and very tastefully decorated. It's was hard to drag ourselves away and found ourselves eating on one the many terraces for dinner or lunch most days !!! The swimming pool area was beautifully surrounded by plants and vines and pine trees and lovely a secluded. Great sundowner spot!. Can't say enough thanks to Carmen for creating such a wonderful place. I feel truly rested and refreshed after such a wonderful stay

This house was perfect for relaxing and as a base for visiting Andalusia. The house and its facilities were super clean. The garden and pool invited us to spend a lot of time outside, even in the second week of November swimming is a challenge in terms of temperature. There was space for our car and only 10 minutes by car to the very picturesque town of Friguliana. It wasn't too far to walk to the old town either. Overall we loved spending two weeks there. Many thanks to Carmen and Alfonso who were always available and very accommodating to us.

Villa and location just like all the pictures and positive reviews. Alfonso and Carmen made the whole checking in process easy. Would definitely stay here again.

The property far exceeded our wildest dreams. There was constant communication with Carmen and Alfonso regards arrival times. Alfonso was very helpful and provided GPS locations for supermarkets nearby so we could stop my on our way to the property for supplies. We spent pretty much the whole holiday in either the outside areas taking in the stunning views or in the swimming pool. As another guest put it, “ a little bit of paradise on earth”. I would highly recommend.

The pictures don’t do this charming delightful villa justice. It is very well equipped, beautiful decor even down to the fresh flowers in the bedroom. Wonderful week highly recommend. Alfonso there to greet when we arrived and very helpful when needed.

Everything absolutely perfect. We had stayed here almost ten years ago and the place is as good as it ever was. The pool is fabulous and wonderfully private. The house is very well equipped and maintained, with everything you need. Alfonso and Carmen are great hosts. We've already booked again for next year.😁

The house was spotless and really nicely done. The view from the property was amazing as well the garden and pool. We could walk into Frigliana in 20 minutes which is a beautiful town with lots of lovely places to eat. Alfonso and Carmen were really helpful and easy to communicate with. We had a brilliant time

The house Fuente Santa is just perfect if you are looking for a pretty and superb place, located in the pittoresque hills close to Frigiliana. The house is compact but facilitates you with everything you need. And it has much more to offer: its interior is spot on and really tastefully decorated, its has an amazing private pool with Bbq area and on top of that treats you with stunning view! To have your breakfast on the terrace overlooking the peaceful valley and the sea behind Nerja was just a priceless experience! We felt as if we simply landed in paradise! Both Carmen and Alfonso were great in communication and gave us so many tips and advise where to go and get around. While we stayed during Christmas and New Year, Carmen even left us some festive decoration. Also very kindly left us a bottle of Cava and the 12 grapes each, so we could really follow the spanish new years tradition at 12 o'clock. We will definately return to Fuenta Santa!

We had the pleasure of staying again in this lovely property, everything was as we remembered, clean, quiet and well equipped, many quiet seating areas to disappear to if you wanted to be on your own with a good book and a coffee,comfy beds and beautiful swimming pool area with coverered seating area and bar b que, less than 5 minutes to the wonderful Frigiliana and another 15 to Nerja, stunning villa owned by the lovely Carmen who was always on the end of a phone if need be, book Fuenta Santa as I can assure you that you will not be disappointed, Regards John

Carmen is a wonderful and super friendly host and we would highly recommend a stay in her beautiful casita. Situated in the natural park about 2.5km above Frigiliana you will find yourself overlooking the stunning Mediterranean Sea surrounded by nature. Everything was in really good condition and immaculately well presented, it was like staying with friends. We made good use of the pool and BBQ area and also the lovely shady veranda. Frigiliana is a beautiful little town with nice shopping and a good selection of bars and restaurants, though it can get busy with day trippers. A very relaxing week indeed.

This is a beautiful property with beautiful views. Perfect if you are looking for a relaxing holiday. It's is very clean and Carmen and Alfonso are a pleasure to deal with. The pool is great and a good size. The house is well equipped and comfortable but the highlight of the house is the outdoor space. So many different places to sit and read and have a cup of tea. Frigliana is walkable but it is a very steep walk back so a car is preferable.

Wir waren jetzt schon das 3. mal in Fuente Santa. Das Haus und der Garten ist mit so viel Liebe gestaltet und der große Pool lädt herrlich schön zum baden ein. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, alles was man braucht ist da! Das Haus ist super sauber, Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden regelmäßig gewechselt. Carmen ist eine sehr nette und freundliche Gastgeberin. Sie ist immer für einen da , auch Ihr Sohn Alfonso. Wir lieben dieses Haus und wir werden wiederkommen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden. Es gibt viele schattige Sitzgelegenheiten zum Verweilen und Chillen direkt am Haus, aber auch am Pool und anderen Teilen des weitläufigen Grundstücks. Das Besondere ist aber die Lage, die man nur als Perfekt bezeichnen kann, wenn man Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sucht. Das Grundstück ist größtenteils von der Straße und den umliegenden Häusern nicht einsehbar. Durch die Hanglage hat man oft eine frische Briese, welche die heißen Sommertage erträglicher macht. Der nächstgelegen Ort Frigiliana ist ca. 2 Km entfernt und kann jetzt sicher zu Fuß erreicht werden, denn die Straße wurde um einen abgesicherten Fußweg erweitert. Frigiliana selbst wird in vielen Reiseführern als eines der schönsten weißen Dörfer in Andalusien beschrieben. Wir können uns dieser Meinung nur anschließen, es gibt viele gute Restaurants, Läden für den täglichen Bedarf und wir haben viele nette und offene Menschen kennengelernt. Supermärkte und noch mehr Restaurants findet man im ca. 10 Km entfernten Nerja. Hervorzuheben ist auch die Betreuung durch Carman und Alfonso, beide kümmern sich, sind immer ansprechbar und herzlich.

Das Haus war wunderbar. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Die Ausstattung war excellent. Man konnte herrlich draussen essen. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Pool und die Chillout area. Dort ging immer ein schönes Lüftchen und man konnte den Abend dort gut ausklingen lassen. Die Klimaanlagen brauchten wir gar nicht, da man problemlos die Fenster die ganze Nacht auf lassen konnte. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und die Wegbeschreibung über Google Maps hervorragend. Die Inhaberin Carmen, die uns verabschiedet hat ear ebenfalls ausgesprochen freundlich. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Die Buchung über Fewo-Direkt war einfach und problemlos. Besser geht es nicht.

We had a great week staying in the Fuente Santa. The property was lovely, with excellent outdoor spaces and a very nice pool. It is situated about 1.5km outside Frigiliana. The walk to the front of the pueblo takes about 15 minutes, and is downhill. Coming back is a bit harder as it is uphill but it is doable, or you can take a taxi. You can get a bus to Nerja from Frigiliana for 1.20 euros. We would highly recommend this property, and hope to stay there again.

We had the most wonderful week at Santa Fuenta, the villa was fantastic, it had everything you could need to make your stay comfortable, a real home from home. The views are breath taking and the location was very quiet, perfect for relaxing. We particularly liked the outdoor terraces which were great for taking in the views at various times of the day. The pool & bbq area was fully equipped with everything you could need to make the most of them, even though the pool was still on the chilly side due to the time of year, our children loved it. Carmen & Alfonso were fantastic hosts, the check-in/check-out was seamless and were very flexible in accommodating our needs - nothing was ever too much trouble and made our week stay extra special, a huge thank you to you both.

La maison est magnifique, confortable et très fonctionnelle. Nous avons été très bien reçus par Carmen et Alfonso. On s'y sent comme à la maison. Le jardin est merveilleux et très bien entretenu. La décoration est simple et de bon goût. La vue sur mer est superbe. Nous avons 8passé une belle semaine en famille. Nous conseillons vraiment cette location.

We only had a few days at the villa as we had to return home due to a family bereavement. Carman and Alfonso were very helpful and kind . The villa and surrounding are very pretty and well maintained. We hope to be able to return in happier times .

This house and it’s surroundings are like a paradise. Quiet and private. Amazing views and walks. Great restaurants nearby. We had great adventures. Nerja is 10 minutes by car and it’s a jewel of the Costa del sol. Frigiliana is an unspoiled beautiful town with lots to offer. From great restaurants to cute cafes and shops. We had a wonderful week here.

Wished we had booked a week. Maintenance (clean, everything worked, ease of use) was excellent. BBQ was tops.

We had such a lovely holiday here! It is as perfect as it looks in the pictures. The pool area and outdoor BBQ were great. Carmen and Alfonso were available for any questions we had. Definatley would recommend having a car, Frigiliana was a little far to walk in the heat.

What a beautiful villa.. Fuente Santa felt like it should be featured in a glossy design magazine! Just stunning. The outside space in particular, is so thoughtfully arranged - lots of different areas to sit and relax and the villa itself is situated amongst pine trees which smell wonderful. The view at the front looks over a green valley towards the Mediterranean. The pool area is perfect and there’s a little cactus garden that any plant lovers out there will be swooning over! Inside isn’t huge but we had more than enough space. The kitchen is very well stocked Frigiliana is about 20 minutes walk downhill - walking back up, especially in the heat, may take a little longer. The agent, Alfonso, was very friendly and helpful and advised we could get in touch at any time. All in all, a super stay in a lovely villa, in a beautiful town. Happy memories

We had an excellent time in this house. It's perfect for a family of 4. It's exactly like the picture, the pool, the stunning view and the proximity to the village and Nerja is what we liked more. The house is clean and beautifully decorated. Carmen is very nice and the communication was easy. We really want to go back!
