The house was very clean and well kept. It fit our family of 5 well. Many kitchen amenities were available. The house was much closer to the main house and to other houses than we thought when booking the stay. The pictures appeared to show a house that was much more isolated.

This little guest house is beautiful decorated, bright and cheerful. We love the quiet country setting away from the noise and business of the city. The host family is very friendly and helpful, but not ‘invasive’. They have gone above and beyond to try to ensure that everything you need is available. The appliances, cookware and dishes are all good quality, as are the linens. The room with the queen bed is very small - barely room to walk around the bed - but the living area with kitchen/dining/sitting area is open and has plenty of seating. Honestly, if you’re visiting this area you’re not going to be spending that much time sitting around inside anyway and there is a nice patio area with a grill and outdoor table and chairs where you can sit and relax and enjoy the fresh air. We would definitely stay here again!

With a family of 5, it is difficult to impossible to find a hotel to accommodate us. This VRBO was perfect for us!!! Each kid had there own bed…. The youngest used the trundle bed the first night and found it a bit uncomfortable, but moved to the sofa bed the rest of the stay and was much more comfortable. The location was perfect for us to visit my extended family which mostly lives on the north end of Colorado Springs and castle rock. Our girls also loved seeing and petting the horses/goats/dogs. We will definitely use this VRBO again when visiting Colorado Springs.

Our family of six (two adults, children aged 6, 8, 10, and 11) enjoyed our stay at The Barn. The location was great: off the beaten path, quiet, but close to everything we wanted to do/ see. Clean, comfortable, adorable. The binder has great info/ suggestions for your stay. Communication with hosts is quick and easy.

We had a short weekend stay and loved our time here. Felt like a home away from home. Had everything we needed and more! Very clean and comfortable. Hosts were very welcoming and kind! We will definitely be back.

The Barn just felt like home. Comfortable and relaxing had absolutely everything we needed and anything else we wanted was right around the corner!! Would highly recommend you stay here! Feels like far far away but close to everything!! Sydney kept in touch and answered any questions we had right away!

We had a great stay at The Barn. It was nice and clean and provided everything that we needed. It was also in a quiet area which was nice after long and busy days exploring the area. We liked having farm animals nearby as it reminded us of our own home with our ducks and our neighbors turkeys, peahens, chickens, and horses. Definitely would recommend this property and host!

My family and I stayed here for Thanksgiving... All of us were very impressed.. This is a fantastic place to stay in a really nice part of Colorado. I would definitely stay here again.

Cozy, clean with thought and care put into our stay. Received welcoming message, easy check in/out process. Had all the extra touches like iron and ironing board, blowdryer, recommendations, first aid kit and makeup removal pads, kids basket with games for all ages and activity books. They are above and beyond with great location...will definitely be back!!!

Sydney and Dan were outstanding hosts - gracious and welcoming! The Barn was even cuter and more comfortable than the great photos depict. The beds were great quality, the kitchen was very well appointed, and the outside deck was perfect for our sunset dinner. We will definitely be back!

Our experience at the Red Barn Farmhouse was FLAWLESS!! From the beautiful home to the amazing hosts, there’s not enough good things to say. My husband and I were dropping our oldest daughter off at the AirForce Academy so it was a quick and emotional trip. The Farmhouse was impeccably decorated and the smaller space was organized and utilized so well that it felt so much larger. It had everything you could possibly need. The location was quiet and quaint, a bit off the beaten path, but only 10 minutes to restaurants, stores, etc. We loved sitting out on the larger patio and looking at the horses, goats, chickens and anything else we could find…..saw two deer across the street the first morning there. We will definitely be returning. In fact, we were lucky enough to reserve the home again for Labor Day/Parents weekend. Can’t wait to return!!

This place was close to a wedding we were attending, but not really much else. It was in a beautiful location with horses, chickens, cats, and a few other animals. The inside was really modern and comfortable. We loved staying here and would definitely do it again if we ever needed to be in this area!

The barn was an amazing stay. We were easily able to get to the different sites that we wanted to see from the location. Our nine year old loved petting the goats and horses. We were very satisfied.

My family and I had a great time staying at The Barn. This place is in a great location to see everything the Colorado springs area has to offer. We visited family during our stay and also went to some of the local places to explore. We loved the modern farmhouse style and personal touches. Everything was perfect during our stay.
