We had a wonderful stay. The pictures are 100% accurate. Lots of nice touches we haven’t seen at other properties. For example, We didn’t cook, but if we’d wanted to, there were plenty of spices. Nice coffee selection. It didn’t feel like they were trying to “nickel and dime” us. I really don’t like it when you check in and there’s nothing there for you to use. You need to go to the store if anyone needs to use the restroom. This home felt like it would if you were staying with friends. Love all of the laminated sheets with directions to local spots. And instructions on how to use all of the amenities like the hot tub, sauna, etc. It feels like a lot of thought went into setting everything up. We’ll absolutely be back. Thank you!

The house was centrally located and in close walking distance to local shops and restaurants. Overall a great experience and would stay again.

Easy check-in process. Communication was a breeze! Super clean! So many amenities not typically found in a rental. We enjoyed the hot tub every evening, the dry sauna, fireplace. Easy walk into town! Also enjoyed the brewery and pizza on our street! We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing time in this well-appointed, spotlessly clean Black Mountain home. The town is charming, filled with lovely, friendly people and great food and drink. Our host, Chris, was one of these lovely people. Enjoyed every minute. We will be back!

Beautiful place, super clean and well equipped! So close to a great wood fired pizza place (Fresh) and Lookout Brewing Company . This house has many outside private places to hang out. Do not hesitate to stay here-we will be coming again! Black Mountain is a respite from the congestion in Asheville yet only 20 minutes away!

We had a great time staying at this place. The amenities at the place really helped us for just relaxing. We did the hot tub, then one evening we did the fire pit with sauna. Location was great to walk to everything and close to hiking which was great. The big table was awesome for all of us (8) of us to eat at. We appreciated the stay. Lovely home.

We arrived as a group of ten 30+ women looking for a relaxing girls' getaway weekend. The spaces were spotless and they had thought of everything. Chris was the best property manager I've worked with. Everyone raved about how beautiful and cozy it was. We loved it and highly recommend staying here if you're planning to be in the area!

Black Mountain is a perfect location away from the pace and tourism of Ashville but close enough to be convenient. The home itself was well designed, clean, very comfortable and had all the amenities. The team overseeing the property made sure we had everything we needed; plenty of towels, bathroom and kitchen accessories, high chair and bath for the baby, games and more. We highly recommend this VRBO.

We walked in and we’re all blown away! The smell of the newness and the smell of it just being cleaned. The owner didn’t miss a beat! Chris was on point for everything. I mean EVERYTHING!! All the little helpful notes kindly posted everywhere. From Water in the fridge, coffee pods, hand sanitizer, great smelling soaps, shampoo/conditioner, hair dryers, towels galore, magazines, books, games even! I’m normally the crazy person that brings my own, utensils, dishes, cups, wash clothes to wash my own face because I don’t like to stain them with my make up. This is the first time I felt comfortable using someone’s dishes! Everything was pristine clean. Like pristine clean and I’m extremely picky. He even had face washing towels for makeup (I used used mine own lol). The decor was amazing and so thoughtfully designed. There was a sauna and I thought probably won’t use it but it was cleaned. He has is cleaned every other day. The showers were steam showers, had neat lighting and music ?! Wow. TVs in all the bedrooms (expect one) and those bunk beds were so neat our boys loved them! Beds were so comfortable! Need I say more? You won’t be dissatisfied or disappointed. This is a must stay! We will definitely be back! Thank you Chris! You’re place should be rated top pick if it’s not. Just blown away!

Loved our stay! The house feels brand new. Very updated, clean, well decorated. Had everything we needed and then some. Chris, the owner, was very helpful, friendly, and easy to communicate with. Great local tips on dining, attractions, and general info. Great for a Mother/Daughter weekend. Our teens loved the bunk room and hot tub, and being able to walk into town. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything we wanted and needed. Location, cleanliness, safety, upgrades, space, privacy - and it is beautiful! Took us some practice to navigate the tight driveway but we managed with no OOPS!

Chris was an awesome host - his level of detail with every aspect of the house, area, amenities, etc. left nothing to question. On top of that, this house was beautiful! Close to everything in town, but also plenty of amenities to enjoy your time in. Would absolutely recommend!

This house was perfect and offered more amenities than we could ever ask for! Decor was gorgeous, plus plenty of bedrooms and restrooms to accommodate large groups. We had 13 guests and opted to book both sides of the house. The owner was kind and easy to work with. The Black Mountain area was adorable with it's own variety of shops, breweries, restaurants; yet we were close enough to drive to downtown Asheville and the Biltmore. Would highly recommend and visit again!!
