We've been to St.Croix many times but this was our first time staying on the east end. Jin was a wonderful host and pointed out a few snorkel spots that we hadn't tried before (Jack Bay via a short hike from the west side, off the beach by the Divi resort and Boiler Bay from Cramer Park Beach). Jin and his wife prepared and shared picnic lunches with my wife and I at Cain Bay and Cramer Park. They also guided us on a snorkel at the Frederiksted pier, pointing out turtles and an eagle ray. Recommend to stay with Jin, to enjoy his wonderful sushi and the best view in St Croix!

Owners were great to work with. View was perfect for my wife and I. Two of our favorite things from the island were in view from the deck, buck island and the St Croix castle. Very quiet and private, with gated entrance. Just a lovely place for anyone who enjoys St Croix!

The property was as described and perfect for two friends on island for a weekend. Jin was very friendly and accessible the whole time we were there. He also makes outstanding sushi! Only thing to be aware, there are many stairs to deal with that might be a problem for some.

Grapetree has the best views hands down. Sunsets are fantastic. The breezes all night long are amazing. Our hosts were lovely people. The beautiful cactus by the patio has hummingbirds in it. The friendly neighborhood cat, Pedro, will be missed. Beautiful spot.

Our host was amazing. He gave us tours, made an amazing meal, and just took a real interest in our family. The home was clean and comfortable, but the location was absolutely magical. If you don't mind being on the quieter east end and having a 20 minute ride to Christiansted, this is a fantastic VRBO rental.

Let’s start with the view, absolutely amazing. Jin and his beautiful wife have a most special place and we got to share it with them. The east end of the island rolling hills and views of the water left us smiling so much. The quiet air. Jin knows much of the history and places available. They made us their wonderful sushi, which is well know in the area. So many good things to say. This VRBO is so worth the stay. Thank you so much Choi’s, our smile continues and our hearts are full.

We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our stay. The views from everywhere in the house are spectacular. The hosts were very friendly and seemed to really enjoy Hosting! They took us snorkeling at the pier and made us sushi that was delicious. You have the whole bottom floor of the house and it has a sperate entrance and a nice patio. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and we made quite a few meals. Great water pressure in the shower! This is a GREAT place to stay. Thank you for your hospitality!

My husband and & I stayed here for the second half of our visit to the USVI, wish we had stayed here the whole time!! Our ferry was late arriving & Jin was kind enough to meet us at Divi Casino so we wouldn't get lost in the dark! I can't say enough about the exceptional hospitality of Jin & Sung Lee. They made us feel like family. Their property is beautiful with spectacular views & natural breezes. No air conditioning necessary, no matter the time of day. The property has everything you need for meal prep. The coolers were a nice bonus for beach hopping. Jin was spot on with snorkeling & restaurant recommendations. His sushi was awesome too! Can't wait for our next visit. We'll be back for sure!

Jin and his wife are very attentive to our needs. Jin is known as "Sushi Chef" on the island and we loved the sushi treat they gave us when we arrived. The apartment is very spacious with four large windows of beautiful sea view. We have so much space to move around and the kitchen has everything you need. If you rent a car, make sure you'll pin Jin's address on your JPS. We got lost when we drove back from dinner the first night our cells signal dropped on the way up to the hill and the JPS rerouted to the wrong direction. Luckily we were very close to his place and got back fine with the help of his friendly neighbors. People are very nice here and you will have a wonderful time in Jin's place the island. Don't forget to go to the crab race on the board walk: Tito and Sue Crab Race. It was so much fun. Oh, we won the first prize - Buck Island Tour!

The views were fantastic. Jin and his wife are very friendly. They stay above you in the house so they're right on site if you need anything. They showed us some local sites and great tips on restaurants. This place is a bit of a drive from Christiansted, but the views more than make up for the trip. No need for A/C with the ocean breeze. We enjoyed our stay.

Jin and Sung Lee are wonderful, friendly hosts. We truly enjoyed getting to know them. Their home-made sushi was delicious, highly recommend! The location was beyond beautiful. The apartment itself is quite spacious. Various upgrades would certainly enhance the overall ambience. We absolutely enjoyed our vacation on this spectacular island!

Jin his wife helped us with whatever we needed, took us hiking and to a local beach. A very spacious accommodation with easy parking. We would definitely go again.

If you are looking for a great view of Buck Island and just seeing the ocean. This is the place for you. Cool breezes at night. You are really close to Point Udall and Cramer's park which are both beautiful. Mr. Jin and his wife were amazing hosts! So nice, took us on a tour and provided amazing sushi to us and our friends.

The views were stunning–during sunrise, sunset and inbetween! My family and I enjoyed many breakfast meals on the West deck watching the sunrise and evening meals/drinks on the vast North and East deck. The hosts were wonderful, excellent communication–check in and out were very easy. He showed us some of his favorite spots on the East side of the island, suggested some wonderful places to go elsewhere. And even made our family a spread of sushi one evening! This was our first visit to the island and our host contributed highly to the success and great memories. We will defiantly be back-thank you Jin!
