We had a very fun and relaxing family Thanksgiving at the cabin. Everything was as advertised and Lisa was very accommodating. We took a nice walk down the road to the lake and enjoyed sitting by the fireplace on the cool evenings. We will definitely check availability before our next trip to Door County.

This rental was ideally located for our family vacation. Beautiful walk to Lake Michigan and short drives to our points of interest. The home was beautiful with all we enjoy including a fire pit that we enjoyed. The fireplace gave the room a cozy, comfortable glow. All in all this was a great rental.

The property is a short drive out of Bailey’s Harbor. It has a well equipped kitchen. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of parking. Comfortable seating for 6 adults in the living room. Property has a grill and fire pit. Property owners were easy to work with.

Enjoyed staying at this pet friendly, spacious, private home, conveniently located right off of highway 57. Owner provided all amenities. The kitchen was well equipped. We brought extra supplies but didn’t need them. There was a large tv and reclining furniture in the living room. Beds were comfortable. Highly recommend this home for your stay in Door Co.

The cabin is very nice! Nicely updated but still comfortable and cozy. It was the perfect size for our family (7) and we felt welcomed with the little added touches.

Appreciated the generator when the area lost power. The house was very clean and comfortable and the location was great. Didn’t mind the drive to the other side of the peninsula. Lots of amenities on the east side popping up. Thank you for the gifts - loved the coffee and chocolate covered cherries - and appreciated the information you left us. We walked to the beach and walked the trail by the beach- all very beautiful. Had fun roasting marshmallows over the fire pit. One recommendation are to have dehumidifiers available. Even tho it was cool outside, inside felt damp. Also, we didn’t find hair dryers in the bathroom and couldn’t find an iron. Enjoyed our stay and would keep the house in mind for our next trip up north 😊

I went there with family (4 adults & 3 children). We found everything to our liking. Absolutely no issues. The home is large, very clean, fully stocked with everything you would need (other than your food). Good location, not difficult to travel to anywhere we went to in Door County. The outside decks overlooked the backyard allowing us to watch the children play. You could hear traffic noise but it was VERY minimal. All in all .. a great home in a beautiful location. The house and property are beautiful. It’s secluded and quiet, yet close to restaurants, attractions, and the lakes. Lisa was very responsive to messages and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend!

We have been coming to Door County for years, and this stay was by far our best! The property far exceeded my expectations! It was clean, kitchen was well stocked, and just plain adorable!! Lisa went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. My kids are sports junkies, and there was plenty of yard for baseball, hockey and bike riding! I can’t wait to book here again!

Beautiful cabin on a dead end street. There was 7 of us taking by a family vacation to Door county and this place was absolutely perfect! There was plenty of room for all of us and the place was very clean! The fire pit in the back was a great place for us all to hang out in the evenings. The porches were also very nice to enjoy coffee in the morning! Would love to stay here again!

The house was beautiful and the property just like we imagined. Property Manager communicated before, during and after our stay to make sure our needs and expectations were met. She let a gift basket with some local products which was a great surprise! There were also maps and books available to help us plan our week. The 10 year old with us actually put down her electronics to play one of the board games available. The beds were very comfortable and lots of space to just sit and relax. We loved staying at the house and would love to stay again in the future.

We had the best time. The cabin feels relaxing as soon as you walk in. We had a bonfire every night and sat on the porch with our coffee every morning. It’s close enough to the highway to go do tourist things but feels secluded from the world for a quiet time

The house was excellent. Well located near Baileys Harbor for all our peninsula running around. Good tips from the host about places to eat, etc. It was cold and windy, and whenever we came in, it was nice to have instant heat from the gas fireplace. One minor repair they could make; the upstairs toilet runs unless you "jiggle" the handle - something many of us have in our own houses.

My family and I spent thanksgiving at this wonderful, cozy log cabin. Lisa was a great host and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant. Property is great, relaxing and we thoroughly enjoyed our thanksgiving holiday.

The house is very nice and cozy. Kitchen is super well equipped for cooking (hand mixer, blender, etc.). We very much enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

Our cabin was so cozy and charming. It was very clean and exactly as listed. The kitchen was really well stocked with everything we would need, quality cookware as well. It was quiet, away from the hustle and bustle, but close to everything we wanted to see. Late October was a perfect time to see fall colors and our family had a great time on the many hiking trails and state parks in the area. We will definitely be back!

Everything was very comfortable. I stayed in the small bedroom. It was pretty sparse. Perhaps a mirror and a small chest with a light would help make it easier to put my things in some kind of order. I’m 83 and bending over to get clothes out of a suitcase is difficult. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well supplied and the decorations nicely done. Thank you for sharing it with my friends and me.

The cabin was absolutely beautiful and Lisa was fantastic to work with. Starting with a great list of places to eat, activities to do and places to see. Lisa even took the time to gather up some of Door County’s finest as a welcome gift with a personal note for our party. Such an AWESOME experience!!

Clean, comfortable, with lots of room. The home had all the amenities we hoped for.

Amazing log cabin. Close enough to enjoy tourist attractions, but secluded enough to enjoy the night sky with millions of stars and campfires. Clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Our dog loved exploring the property!

Excellent experience. The place was lovely the yard and fire pit were delightful. We enjoyed the porch for coffee every morning. The upstairs show is incredibly small but we made it work. Toilet needs to be worked on the chain comes off and won’t flush. Otherwise great place!

Easy check in for a large cabin near Bailey’s harbor. Room for large family.

The property was well maintained, and had all the amenities needed for a large family. The owner was responsive to our inquiries prior to arriving. We enjoyed walking down the quiet and secluded street to Lake Michigan, and driving a short distance to all of the community events close by. We would gladly return again.

Property was very clean and cozy. Also had everything one could think of needing for the period of stay. Family enjoyed the stay in comfort which was important for Door County visit.

Great experience start to finish. Property is as pictured and advertised. My family and I were very comfortable. Host was communicative and helpful. Locations is great, about 15-20 mins away from most locations in northern door county. Very near the town of Baileys Harbor. Be sure to take advantage of nearby coffee shop, and local farmer’s market!

We had a great time - The home is beautiful. While the house may sit on three acres it is right off of the main highway so there is pretty constant road noise in the background. The outdoor area is perfect - the fire pit, picnic table and grill makes it a wonderful outdoor living area to spend those Wisconsin summer days. Note that before the 10am checkout time there is a pretty long list of chores to do even though the listing has a cleaning fee and an envelope is left for tipping the housekeepers (cleaning the whole kitchen including wiping out the fridge, stripping all the beds, washing the towels, taking out the trash, etc.)

Cabin was beautiful. Great yard and parking. Great family space and bedrooms. Walking trails near. 2 private bedrooms with an open loft. 3rd room was small but could be useable. I wish it was closer in town and right off a busy road. Could hear some cars at night.
