Good, comfortable pet friendly accommodation. Great collection of DVDs and lovely garden.

I did not have any issues with the accommodation.

The yard was great for my dog. Big enough. Good size bbq area

The managing agent (O'Meara Property) lacked empathy. They even threatened to cancel my booking without refund if I did not comply with clause 8&9 under their T&C. That is to upload my drivers licence & credit card on the internet. They already had my CC details & when i advised I was happy to present my licence on arrival - apparently this was unacceptable. I booked accommodation through booking.com and there was NO mention of having to upload these documents via the internet. The sliding door needs urgent maintenance. Washing machine wasnt working 1 hotplate on the stove not working Short on tea spoons front door mat would be handy. For the daily rate - I think sheets & towels should be included

The location was central to many beaches (Box Beach, Fingal Bay, Shoal Bay) and the garden was lovely and well maintained. The air conditioning worked well and the bathrooms were clean and spacious. The bedrooms were also a good size. The property managers responded quickly when the hot water stopped working and rectified the problem within a few hours. The washing machine works well.

The kitchen is not very well equipped. It would be good to have a new, full set of cutlery (that matches) and crockery. There is a microwave but no microwave containers - I had to buy my own from Woolworths. It would also be good to have a few plastic chopping boards and the plug didn't seal the sink properly so washing up was difficult and water was wasted having to refill the sink numerous times. The oven did not work properly. Everything took at least 3 times as long to cook. If we had known this before hand we would have purchased more food that could have been cooked on the BBQ. I think it needs to be replaced. The cooktop is also quite old. There was a strange smell when we first entered the house - seemed to go away once the windows were open. The front sliding door is very difficult to open (need 2 hands) - might be good to fix or at least let tenants know before hand. There were a few cockroaches as well but this might just be a beachside problem.

The enclosed yard and general pet friendliness were very good. The house is reasonably well equipped, quite spacious and in a quiet, suburban environment. The bed and shower were comfortable.

The fridge is very noisy and woke us at night. The TV did not work. The stove top has a possibly dangerous, faulty element. We had to bring our own coffee machine. With these faults, the house was over priced.

The garden, the gates ( dog), very comfy beds, huge fridge, (stove partly working), plenty of hot water. Bird life!!!

Front door handle & slide rollers worn out...complained of in other reviews...1 week prior to our arrival I was advised by agent that owners were fixing this & it wasn't done. The handle broke off within 1 hr & I had to spend the afternoon repairing it so we could close the door & secure the place to go out. Gas bottle EMPTY.....NO spare. ?....Told by agent to get it filled up & keep receipt...NOT OUR JOB TO DO THIS. Grass was long & untidy on arrival. ---AGENT SAID THEY CAN'T MANAGE THESE THINGS. Isn't that what property managers do? Dead cockroaches in every room ,, hole in splashback tiles in kitchen was covered with a breadboard ,cockroaches entered thru here as soon as it got dark. STRONGLY RECOMMEND FUTURE TENNANT S READ PREVIOUS REVIEWS BEFORE RENTING THIS PROPERTY.

Good location location and very spacious. Great undercover outdoor area however it’s strange that there is no table and chairs to enjoy a meal out there.

NO WIFI Internet especially since phone service is almost non existent is pretty much unacceptable in this day and age. Particularly since it rained non stop for two days it was super frustrating. If this place had decent internet I would definitely book again but not in its current state.
