We love this place and hope to stay again next year. Location is great. We spent a lot of time on the front deck. Space is well-maintained. Charming is the word that comes to mind.

Our family loved our stay, the cabin was charming and had everything we needed and a lot of nice extras that made the stay even more enjoyable. Our kids loved the bunk room, and we loved how easy it was to walk into town and beach.

Adorable cabin!! Michelle has thought of everything and has created a beautiful, welcoming home away from home. Our family of 5 (kids 18, 21, 23) loved the walk to town location, fire pit and games/puzzles. We look forward to staying here again in the future:)

The house is adorable. Beware wearing socks only on the stairs. My husband booked for us. If you want to be super close to everything this is the place to stay. I would have preferred a more secluded place to stay. House is clean and comfortable.

We loved this cute scandi cottage in walking distance to sister bay! Just enough space for the my husband and 2 teen boys and me. Michelle was very responsive and gave us some great dining and teen appropriate activities! I don't know if it was our late spring/early summer timing, but the area around the cabin smelled so incredibly floral and beautiful. The inside of the cabin was clean and beautiful as well. We hope to visit again!

Great place to stay while we were fishing the bay. It had a nice relaxing outdoor space.

Solo visit with my dog as companion prepping boat for 2024 season. Property is neat as a pin, quiet, and located very convenient to all that sister bay has to offer. Michelle was VERY responsive and all communications were pro active, professional, yet personable. Lots of nice touches in rental made us feel right at home immediately. Great spot and great stay!

Well maintained, very clean and excellent location

We stayed here with our 3 kids over Easter weekend. The host was very communicative and accommodating with our check in process. When we showed up there were even Easter treats for the kids. This was such a a thoughtful personal touch. The kids loved the games and books. We lucked out and were able to have bonfires at night and watch the sunset from a quick walk to the lake front. It was a great tiny cozy cabin. We would love to come back!

We took off for a few days after the Christmas to this wonderful little log cabin. It was clean, updated, and in a great location to relax and unwind.

My family of four (two teenage daughters, wife, me) has visited Door County several times in different seasons. For this trip, we were looking for a place that was clean, comfortable and in a good location to enjoy our Thanksgiving break. Our stay at Michelle’s Vintage Log Cabin in Sister Bay checked all of those boxes! The location was great: walkable to downtown SB, but not right in the middle of it. Upon check in, the cleanliness of the cabin was immediately noticeable. In addition, the host provided various “extras” that made our stay all the more comfortable from information about DC to a bottle of DC wine to chocolate. Equally important, communication with Michelle, our host, was excellent from the initial welcome email to day of request for an early check in. We would absolutely stay at this cabin again!

Property was a perfect cozy stay. Kitchen was well stocked with pans or utensils if you need to cook. Cute Christmas decorations for us upon arrival. Great place to stay in the warmer months. There’s grills, fire pit and located right across from the bay. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

We loved our time at the cabin! It was clean, inviting, and had perfect seasonal fall decor and charm. Perfect walking distance to shops and the lake. Properly manager was very helpful and offered us many family friendly activities to try during our stay. Thanks for a perfect first Door County visit for us - we will be back!

Convenient and cute. Excellent stay. Thought there was a wood-burning fireplace, but there was just candles and some of them didn’t work. The location was very nice, walk to town. The kitchen was small but efficient, some of the leftover spices in the kitchen are expired. Bed was comfortable. The bunks upstairs would be good for kids.

Everything about this cottage was an A+. Adorably decorated, immaculately cleaned, well stocked with cleaning and kitchen supplies, plenty of linens, games and information. Maximized use and flow of space, perfectly located for walking to all Sister Bay has to offer and easy driving up and down Door County. We were a family of five who stayed (two kids 6 and 9, myself, husband and mom) and were very comfortable. Michelle is also super clear, helpful and responsive in her communications (we didn't run into any issues but she checked in to make sure we didn't need anything). Couldn't recommend any place more than this!

The location is unbeatable being a walking distance to downtown Sister Bay. Michelle is a great host and was very communicative and accommodating before and during our stay.

The property is perfect! We enjoyed making meals, using the grill, & lounging on the deck. Sister Bay was also a quick walk away & the seasonal decor was super cute! We hope to come back soon!

We had visited this property back in January and liked it so much, we booked it for our honeymoon as we could bring our dog. The house was in the same perfect condition as our prior stay, yet decorated nicely for the fall. We had a bit more to do, seeing it was a different season and more was open in the area, but still chose mostly to hang around the house and take advantage of what it had to offer (grilled dinner, played games & had a fire). This place is really just perfect for what we are looking for, sure we will be back!

This place is clean and was the perfect size for the 2 of us! It was in an amazing location! Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Short drive to outdoor hiking, biking, outdoor adventures.

We enjoyed a relaxing but fun-filled week in Sister Bay and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage. Great location that is walking distance to town and just across from the bay, making for beautiful sunsets. The cottage was exactly as advertised—clean, well maintained and great communication with the property manager. Small but the space is well equipped and smartly furnished, and our family of four plus pooch had no problems settling in. Will definitely put on our list for another visit when we return to Door County.
