The house and grounds were perfect - exactly what we were looking for. I love this lake because the water feels good no matter how hot it is outside, and there are big trees that provide shade if you want it. There were so many spaces for teens and adults to go from the dock below, dock above, and three deck areas, not too mention all the space inside. If you're getting in the water, a bit of advice - be VERY careful on the top concrete deck BEFORE the stairs into the water. It is very, very, slippery. After a couple of slips we ended up using a stiff brush to brush away some of the slippery stuff. Overall a great stay!

Really happy with the property and and even more happy and satisfied with the property management. all the instructions were prompt and clear and it was such an easy process to check in and out , we were about 12 adults and 4 kids and we all comfortably slept and had lot of fun there . will go back anytime

Overall the property was very nice that is why I decided to give it a 5 star rating. The issue I had was that we only had 1 kyak and should have been 2 they brought the other one the next day. There was a hole on the deck where one of the boards had fallen off and could have caused a serious injury if we had not noticed it. The last thing is the built in microwave was not working and had been replaced with a very small one. It was a good thing we weren’t counting on needing the bigger one because we would have been very disappointed.

Wonderful house, beautiful setting, nicely equipped - grands, parents and grandparents all had a great time! Highly recommend this property and would love to book again.

Our family enjoyed this beautiful home for 2 nights. The home is perfect for kids and adults. The number of restrooms was greatly appreciated! The kitchen was adequately stocked with needed supplies and cookware. The lake deck was the hotspot as the kids and adults swam and boated. We really had a great time.

Great location and accommodations. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds are great; I slept better than I do at home. Everyone enjoyed the lake and outdoor spaces. We would absolutely reserve this house again. Thank you, Kathy & family

The neighborhood is very quiet and well done. This position on the Colorado River feeding Lake LBJ is perfect... and on the good side of the river that allows afternoon shade, and the huge trees in front and back throw shade everywhere. The water was perfect temperature for swimming in June and the HUGE lilypad was a big perk for hanging out in the water with the kids. Easy walk-in/walk-out steps into the lake. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we cooked all the meals for 15 of us for 5 days. The management company was responsive to the few needs we did have and resolved most. We had 8 adults and 8 kids (ages infant to 18 years) and this worked perfectly. We would have wanted a bathroom in the garage dorm room where the bunks are, but we knew that we would have to work around that. Having lots of parking for 4 cars and 2 boat trailers was a huge perk. Be sure to check out the emus that are kept on the adjacent farmland behind the porperty... kids loved that. Host facilitated a late check-out which made pack up so much less stress.

The home is beautiful and spacious! Every couple had a master bed with full bath inside the main home; pull out sofa chairs upstairs were perfect for the young children. The single adult had her own double bed with full bath above the bunk room in the bunk house; the bunk room is perfect for teens/pre-teens. There are multiple outdoor decks/patios for enjoying the views. Recommendations and warnings: Bring river shoes for the slippery steps and rocky lake bottom. If you use the lilly pad, do not touch the bottom of it, because there are razor sharp barnacles that slash; step on top and stay on top.
