Our family loved this ground floor condo. The kids could run and play in the grass outside, and it was a shorter trip to the beach!

Spring Break 2023 had a totally different tone as soon as we entered B102. The views are outstanding, unit is nicely decorated & updated and the proximity to the beach is absolutely priceless. No more are the days of carting gear for blocks to search for a spot on the beach. Like many seaside properties, there is some wear and tear but it won’t impact your enjoyment of this property. We loved it and friends who visited fell in love. Lastly, the he green space was so clutch considering 6 boys with us. Lots of football, soccer, handball and more. Thanks for a great vacay spot to make many memories.

This property needs a little TLC...BUT for the location, walk out to grassy area to toss a football, etc. and the easy access to the beach we would 100% stay here again and will definitely seek it out to book it. It is clean and comfortable and was perfect for our family of 5.

The hallway bunk cubby!!! Rocking chairs on porch Needs attention: The hood on the microwave is broken and needs to be glued back on so it doesn’t fall off. The kitchen garbage can lid is broken One bathroom sink was slow to drain.

Best area on the west end of 30a! Not crowded like the main towns. Close enough to enjoy a walk or bike to the towns for ice cream or dinner. I strongly suggest bike lights if you plan to bike after dark. I have stayed in a few condos in the complex. This property is no different than the others.. in need of some repairs but still a great stay! Bathrooms need repair as cabinets and some walls have significant water damage. Kitchen was well equipped! Fridge had some broken drawers but still worked well. New living room furniture was nice. When I booked this it said sleeps 10 but there is no pull out sofa. Which was no big deal for us. Beds were comfy. The cable tv wouldn’t play ESPN. Tragedy for the men but no problem for me!! I love the ability to walk out back door to the steps of beach. A nice grass area for kids to play. Jake’s beach service is worth the price to not have to carry chairs and umbrella down the stairs. Don’t miss enjoying 30a without 3 rows of chairs set up around you!

The furnishings in this place were very poor. Had a tiny tv in the main room with a couch that seemed busted. The mattress were awful, shower was tiny and the twin beds in the hall quite stupid. Management company was very difficult to reach. And told them about TV not working took 2 days for someone to get there. The location is great but definitely overpriced for for the actually accommodations.

Our family liked the location and overall we'd rate our stay as average. AC didn't work properly; took Property Mgmt 3 days to fix - they just didn't want to have the AC guy come out. Dishwasher door was broken, almost broke our 8 yo daughter's foot. Apparently it was noticed in May but still not fixed. The stairs from condo to the beach were a lot for little ones. And they need to be repaired (nails sticking up, splinters, etc.). Some simple preventative maintenance needs to be done on the property. We won't stay here again.

We had a great time at seacrest beach. The condo worked out great for us but could have been a little cleaner but still had a great time. The location was great! Right by the pool and easy access to the beach. The ocean was beautiful! Beautiful views from the condo also.

There were pros and cons to this unit and I would say mostly pros. Great beach access although lots of stairs...after all the beach is the star. Very comfortable best, plenty of pots, pans and appliances. Cons: the furniture is looking pretty shabby with slipcovers on the chairs ravelling and torn. We also had lots of internet trouble so much so that we could not call, email or text from the unit. All in all a mixed bag for the price I would say. ITrip as responsive as they could possibly be.

This was the perfect location for a family of 6 adults and one 6-month old baby. Lots and coming and going to and from the beach so we loved being on first floor and steps from the ocean and pool. Also love we didn’t have to get in the rosemary beach traffic to get to the place. It was super clean and housekeeping/maintenance was very communicative! The kitchen was missing a couple things (blender and wine glasses!) and some of the appliances like the toaster and coffee maker barely worked, but we made do. Also the ice machine didn’t work at all. So we made more grocery trips than planned but the location made up for it!

The perfect spot to come stay! The green space, first floor porch, and easy beach access made it so easy for a family beach trip with young kids.

The unit was wonderful, ground floor, next to the pool and steps from the beach. There was easy parking and we were in close proximity to our favorite restaurants and shops. The unit was clean and beds were comfortable. They were some small things, but they did not detract from our stay. The dishwasher door is heavy and doesn't catch. One of our guests hit his foot with it. The living room tv did not work but we did not need it. The middle bathroom baseboards and vanity were rotted/ crumbling. Our kiddos loved the bunk closet area. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice place. I would expect, however, that the blades on the ceiling fans would be dusted more often so that clumps of dust doesn’t get thrown across the room when turned on. To have that much they probably haven’t been dusted in a year or more.

The property was great for our group. Two adults and six children. Each of our sons brought a friend and this property was perfect! The beds were very comfortable for all. The backyard area was so convenient to use for spike ball and bocce ball when the wind was too strong to be on the beach. The heated pool was a lifesaver again because of the wind. The location was great to be able to bike to the Hub or to Rosemary beach. The older boys in our group loved being able to jump on their bikes and go. This was our first time coming to the area but it will not be our last!

This location is fantastic! Beautiful views and sunsets and lots of room to spread out for the whole family. So nice to be right on the beach to go down to the water anytime you like. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed the location on 30a. It’s walking and biking distance to Alys Beach and Rosemary. The complex has great amenities with the heated pool and grassy area just outside the condo, and easy beach access . This first floor unit is the most convenient for our kids to be able to easily access the pool and beach without lugging our gear up stairs. Even on the 1st floor there is a beautiful view of the water. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The property managers responded quickly when we realized the pool heater had been turned off. They reached out to HOA and the problem was solved swiftly! We would stay here again!

The property was well equipped with everything we needed including a box of beach toys! The updated kitchen was nice & large dining table fit our family well. The memory foam mattress in the mattress bedroom was so comfortable! We were expecting one bedroom to have two full/double beds from the pictures but we were surprised to find a king bed in that room. However, we were not disappointed by this! Overall great experience & would definitely book this condo again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Monterey B-102. The 3 spacious king size bedrooms were perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 kids. The condo was well stocked with games, beach toys and everything we could need for our stay. The beds were so comfortable and it was so nice to be on the ground floor and walk right out of the back of the condo to the boardwalk steps away. The heated pool was an added bonus and our boys loved swimming in it on the overcast days we had this week. Loved sitting on the back patio with the ocean views. The whole condominium was quiet and well kept. We loved how our area of the beach wasn’t crowded at all. Wish we could have had better weather, but overall we were extremely satisfied with the area and this condo especially. We hope to return to Monterey in the future for our fall break beach trips. The condominium does allow golf carts and we enjoyed renting one for the week to drive it down to the Hub which is really close and Seaside. Don’t forget to make dinner reservations for the Great Southern while you are here. Best food around!

First time

Accommodated our family very well. Unit outside grounds were unkept. Dangerous roof tacks and trash all in front of the balcony which was on ground level. Black sandy dirt was a little problem. I would stay again but not on the ground unit because of the outside grounds. Trash was also in the shrubs around the pool area. Trash cans were often over flowing.

Our family and friends had a great time. Condo fit 3 families. Internet and cell service is not the best inside condo so dont plan to "work from home". But nice to get away. Also, bushes are no longer there. Landscaping company removed while we were there. This caused some extra insects around and in the place. Overall a great time though and will be back.

We loved that the condo offered 3 king bedrooms and 3 bathrooms! My sons had so much fun staying in the bunk beds as well! The property is located close to wonderful restaurants and shopping that we were able to ride our bikes to! The beach was clean and never too busy. The beach service from Jake was great and we paddle boarded all week with dolphins and sea turtles! The only caution was that there was a decent flight of stairs down the dunes to the beach (stairs were well maintained and had rest spots, but somewhat strenuous for our grandfather). We had the pleasure of the meeting the condo owners and their family and they were the nicest people! This place is highly recommended for a family get-away!

Property was very accurately represented. The location was great. If you are looking for beach front property this is it!

The unit was nice. Kitchen was quite small and nonfunctional. We did manage, but for only one person. The dishwasher was non functioning during our entire stay. Would stay at this property again, but not this unit.

You can’t be any closer to the beach. Great stay in perfect location.

The property is very well kept. The condo as well. We lost power twice during the week which was strange because we were the only ones who did.Also in one of the bedrooms the ceiling fan was extremely loud. Other than the that everything was perfect. Wonderful place. Stayed there before and will try to stay there again,
