Master bedroom bed was so horrible we couldn’t get one nights decent sleep. Waking up every couple hours because the bed was so uncomfortable. After the second night of poor quality sleep both of us woke up the next morning with sore and stiff backs from how uncomfortable the mattress was. We will be making sure not to book this room again for our next year trip. Parking wasn’t great as one night there was absolutely no parking spots available. We understand snow conditions take up space but we stayed at this same location this same time last year and had no issues finding parking spots and there was twice the amount of snow.

Villa was exactly as described in the ad! Really appreciated the easy access to a back yard / outside space. We stayed in winter and my stepson really loved building a snowman. It was a great getaway. Would definitely book again! Thank you!

I loved the spaciousness of the villa and I love Midway and Heber City! I am giving this Villa a rating of very good because there were a few things of note. There were two broken glasses in the cabinet that somebody left behind. Also, the curtain in the Master bedroom was torn from the top bracket on the corner and had to be manually pulled open and shut as the pulleys no longer worked. The mirror behind the soaking tub still had water splash marks on it and there was some mold around the jets in the tub itself. I bought some Clorox cleanup and cleaned the tub very well and ran it through the jets. There was also a lot of dust underneath the master bed. The room overall was very nice, but I question some of the deep cleaning that had been done.

Overall nice accommodations. A couple of issues that made for less than ideal. AC unit for master and front living area wouldn't work. Would only kick on then back off making for a warm stay in July. Called help line and no answer or ability to leave a message. TV in Master would randomly go blank and have lines through it. Turning off and back on would resolve for a while but was annoying to have to constantly mess with. Parking is a fiasco. Had to park down the street and walk a mile with bags and groceries. If items AC was working and parking was better would have made for a much better stay. Overall Nice place to stay but AC needs help or maintenance to answer and MORE PARKING.

This was our second year staying here and it's the perfect weekend getaway for our family of four. Bedrooms are spacious, kitchen had everything we needed and the space was clean and comfortable. We will be back!

We love the Zermatt and love the Midway area. We loved staying at this unit. The first floor access to the parking lot and close access to the pool was great. This is a corner unit so they are bigger than normal with more room to move. It has great Mountain View's, it's across from a vending machine and housekeeping so it's very quiet. We will definitely stay here again!

We took a much needed get away before my sister starts Chemo and this unit was exactly what we needed. It was nice to have the patio with a bit of our own private area. The kids enjoyed running around out back. The unit was nice and clean. We will stay again in the near future.

We were very happy with our stay! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The room offers everything you need from a nice equipped kitchen to a cozy living room to watch a movie. The pool is a nice amenity. The views were gorgeous and the peace and tranquility offered sitting in the back patio of the villa was greatly enjoyed. Definitely will be coming back!

Overall, we had a lovely stay. The beds were a little soft. We only wished that there were larger fry pans in the kitchen and more kitchen towels. Zermott resorts had a great pool area. This property was in a very quiet area of the resort.

We had so much fun once again in this villa.. but now for winter events! We haven't heard that much laughter and fun in a while now... it was the perfect weekend!

This rental experience was great. We utilized the oven to cook a pizza for the kids. The kitchen had what we needed except an oven mit. That would have been nice. The bedrooms are very large and spacious.
A blanket for the living room would be a nice touch as it was a little bit chilly.

Easy and convenient check in. Although we did not use the pool and hot tub at the property it looked very inviting. The vanity lights at one sink did not work and left the lighting very dim and a few light bulbs out in the other room. Kuerig coffee maker fyi and only a few cartridges.

We struggled with this particular stay. The beds were comfortable. The hotel location was beautiful. We enjoyed being able to let the kiddos play on the grass outside the master. We booked this location for the convince of having a kitchen, but the kitchen was bare of supplies. For example, there were 2 spoons, that's all, 2 spoons. Had to make a store trip just for spoons. I had to kill 6 spiders during our stay. The first was in our kids bathroom sink and larger than a quarter. It desperately needs a bug service. My toddler cut himself on a screw that was sticking out the side of the living room side table that someone had tried to stabilize broken legs on. The master bathroom vanity lights dont work. Even switched out bulbs but it wasnt getting power. On our last night at almost midnight the unit above us seemed to have construction going on. All these things are easily fixable, hopefully it's done soon.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at the resort. The suite fit our group well and was nice to have a combo of places to eat at the hotel and making food in the room. We all also had nice spa treatments. This place was very family friendly, lots of kid action in the pool.

Seamless
Kids loved the indoor/outdoor pool, there was a large fitness center, also sauna, steam room, relaxation rooms. Spa was extra obviously but available. The BBQ restaurant was OK. Room was clean and had what we needed. Plenty of seating. Reg size fridge. Oven/stove was gas and small. It would be fine except we had a family size papa Murphy’s pizza it hit the sides of the oven. Plenty of towels for 4 days! I didn’t like that you are asked to carry out your own trash not a huge deal except our unit was very far from the dumpsters. Over all would for sure stay there again. The pool guy Dennis was kind and funny my teenager said I needed to add that to the review. :)

We loved having the Keurig, as it was a very Rainy, cold weekend. The complex is safe, and has a lot to offer. The lattes and pastries from the Bakery were so delicious. Great place!

Need to request a map of the facility ahead of time to know where to find the unit you are renting. Nothing like that was provided to us and it took a little while and a couple of stops to find the unit. Map of the resort would have helped locate amenities, too. Not provided and none in the room. There is no parking right at your room and the building is pretty spread out. It was a pretty long walk to our room so it is not the easiest access for those with mobility issues and there is no assistance with luggage, etc. We did not expect that kind of assistance so it was not a problem for us, but want to let guests know what to expect. If you want something new and luxurious this is not the place. If you want something clean, comfortable and well suited for families, this is it. Great stay for us.
