The unit was very clean and well appointed. Great location right downtown. As stated in the description you will hear some of the music from the restaurant downstairs. Leah was very clear on the check in process and helpful in returning a left item. Would definitely recommend.

We have come to this place for a few years in a row. Visiting friends and skiing. The place is amazing and it’s a walk away from everything you’d want!! Love it!!

Modern, clean, and well appointed apartment perfectly located right in the middle of Nelson's downtown. Very nice place. Beds were super comfortable and the bathrooms were great. Would definitely stay here again.

This place is located in a central part of downtown, very accessible walking to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, co-op grocery and shopping. Close driving to Whitewater, lakefront park, etc. King beds. Comfortable furniture. Cozy fireplace. Host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Washer/Dryer. The restaurant directly below the flat plays music that can be heard until about 11pm on week days and midnight on weekend - I turned on white noise on my phone and it wasn't an issue. Door had key code that was extremely convenient. Worked well for us and our dog - there were a few grassy strips within a block or two that worked well for potty breaks. Lakefront walking path and nearby cross country ski were great activities with the dog. Grateful for parking space as day-time street parking is a hassle. The parking space is a slight 'haul' - but appreciative for it. Overall would def re-book!

We had a fantastic stay at the is property. The location in Nelson really can’t be beat. Air conditioning was a huge plus during peak summer heat, beds were very comfortable and nothing had been overlooked here. I highly recommend this place if you like unique spaces with a high end feel. Leah was very responsive and helpful as well - although we really didn’t have any issues, I’m confident she would have done everything to make our stay perfect if needed. If you’re staying in Nelson, there isn’t a better spot. Thank you to the owner Brian and Property Manager Leah for a great experience. **For guests with mobility challenges, be aware that there are many stairs in/out of the property as well as the parking. We appreciated the extra exercise but we also know it’s not as easy for everyone to navigate.

This property is absolutely gorgeous and the location is perfect for anyone wanting the downtown experience that Nelson has to give. Close to everything. Parking was taxiing but overall bearable..

This apartment is just fantastic. It had everything you might desire, and then has the other thing you didn't realise you needed. It is spotless, spacious, and pretty trendy. Plus you are equidistant to absolutely anywhere you might want to visit

Beautiful, spacious and comfortable. As described and pictured. Nice kitchen. Loads of closet space. We did not require it but there is a large laundry room. Perfect location right on Baker Street. Highly recommend this property.

This is an immaculate, stylish apartment right in downtown Nelson. We had a lovely time here. Host was really nice and very helpful!

Beautifully redone condo in the heart of Nelson. Loved the mix of ultra modern with antique pieces. The beds were ridiculously comfortable and the showers were amazing! If you're looking to cook while you're there, however, make sure you bring all the ingredients you might need. There was literally olive oil, coffee and sugar. No other condiments/spices/etc. But it was fully stocked with cooking utensils/pots and pans so you wouldn't have to worry about that. Also there are so many amazing restaurants with in minutes walk that who needs to cook! I took one star off check-in as I did have to request access codes the day of our check-in as I hadn't received any yet.

The property is light and spacious and very well laid out. The location is probably the best in Nelson from the restaurant door stairs and the Japanese one next door to the brewing company across the street. There is an awesome bakery just down the street and more eating places nearby that the biggest problem was deciding where to go.

Thanks to Leah for being an excellent host. We really enjoyed this property, the attention to detail and the location. The bedrooms are at the far back of the building and have very comfortable beds and the rooms are dark. Even the towels were soft. We had a great stay and would love to stay again.

We absolutely loved the location and apartment. Was exactly as the pictures show. Clean, modern and had everything you could need. Directions for parking and the apartment were perfect! We walked around town and had drinks downstairs at the Pub and then went back up. Would definitely stay here again!

A most amazing stay @ this unit on Baker st. Set above a very lively and great bar with street patio. - Broken Hill .... Our checkin was seamless. The home was as clean as one could find. During a very hot week, the A/C units were much appreciated. Contact with Leah was very professional. Modern kitchen, open spaces, lots of natural light. One caveat - the bar below does have music some nights and will be heard upstairs.. we didn't mind but should be known. Overall we were more than please with Broken Hill condo and the location is stellar for wandering looking for the many dining, art and music spots in Nelson. Will return....

This flat is a very unique place located right in the thick of downtown Nelson which makes it very convenient for touring around town. The place itself was very clean and comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. Everyone was very impressed with the flat as soon as we walked in. Check in was a breeze. Would recommend.

Had a great stay overall. I am very particular about cleanliness and Leah’s place was super clean! Location was great as far as it is very central with lots of restaurants and shopping right out the door. The only one thing that we had a small issue with was the noise from the establishment below. The music was VERY loud on the Friday and Saturday nights (however it was the first weekend after COVID restrictions lifted). Overall, a great stay!

It is a very nice unit. The bar down stairs is a little noisy on Friday and Saturday. But the bar downstairs is also an amazing place to have a drink and listen to live acoustic. You can’t beat the location and it is very modern and well decorated.
