This house was great. Roomy and comfortable. It was close to the sites to see and even within walking distance of a cute coffee shop and the Fountain of Youth. Zsuzsanna was excellent to work with. We would definitely return to this house!

We had four adults and 2 boys in the house for 4 days and it was the best we could have hoped for. The open floor plan and four bedrooms were perfect for us. EXCELLENT location literally minutes from the Historic District, and the Publix grocery store was a quick drive over the bridge. Walking distance to the Fountain of Youth and Old Time Trolley Depot (do the Trolley Tour!). AND it’s right off Magnolia Avenue, one of the most beautiful and photographed streets in the US. We had an issue with the A/C and someone was right out to fix it. Zsuzsanna was a pleasure to work with and should we ever be back in St Augustine we would definitely stay there again.

This property is very spacious with lots of room for family to spread out for fun on the first floor and sleep on the second floor. And the location is excellent -- within a short drive or a walk of many beautiful tourist locations. The rugs are spotted in some locations and the outside growth needs care, but otherwise it's very well maintained. Definitely recommend it for a larger group!

We got married at the Fountain of Youth (Magnolia Room) and this home was perfect walking distance to the venue. All the bridesmaids and mother of the bride /groom got ready here. It was perfect! Plenty of space. Enough beds/baths. Loved the huge walk-in shower! Highly recommend in downtown St. Augustine

Zsuzsanna was a wonderful host, she was very responsive and great to work with. The home was beautiful and exceeded our expectations, especially the luxurious master bath. It was located in a nice quite neighborhood yet conveniently located near downtown and other historic attractions many of which were within walking distance. We were very happy overall! Mike

We had a wonderful stay at Zsusannas property. Clean house, fully stocked kitchen- and sharp knives were a welcome bonus. We used the beach chairs and bikes, it was super walkable. Lovely Macedonian restaurant close by and dunkies for the family. Easy check in and check out! Magnolia house is an example of what a great VRBO stay looks like.

Great location- 5 minutes to Vilano beach. 10 minutes to downtown St. Augustine. Beautiful, tree-lined street with Spanish moss nearby- great for a family photo. Host responsive to questions. 2 families (4 adults, 5 pre-teens/teens) stayed here and it was great for our families. Kitchen equipped for a couple dinners in. Some maintenance issues need to be addressed: door to bathroom in primary bedroom not functional, dryer is very loud- needs to be serviced. Property manager has been informed.

This house is a hidden gem in St. Augustine! Sits right aside to the one of the most beatiful path in the United States, the Magnolia Ave, we literally walked to Fountain of Youth, the Oldest Store and the Old Jail.
The total house is super clean with various utensils. Travelling with families, it's great we don't need to eat in the crowded restaurants, so we set up several BBQ at the backyard, it was cozy and private enough. (Sorry neighbors if we were too laud...)
If you're travelling to St. Augustine and would like to take a little bit walk instead drive and struggle to find yourself a parking lot, or would just like to find a place for sufficient space and comfortable rooms, pick Magnolia House and you will enjoy a good time there.

The property was beautiful and clean with plenty of space to spread out. The location was good with a trolley stop very close but keep in mind the trolley does not run late and parking down town is not easy. Thankfully an Uber was cheap. Walking down Magnolia Ave was stunning. Would definitely return.

We stayed for our son’s wedding weekend. It was a great location and great property. We shared with friends and family and we all had a great time . The house is so user friendly to gather and enjoy time together. Would recommend and would stay there again. It was during the night of lights which is alway amazing.

The house was really lovely. Decorated so cute, lots of little touches and everything you need. We did have a hard time unlocking the door but you have to pull it towards you while putting in the code so that was probably user error. The master bedroom closet is behind the door, so when you open the door to the master bedroom, you won’t see it until you close the door behind you. We didn’t see it at first but eventually figured it out, we needed the pack in play that was in there. Other than that we had a great time. The house is located very close to downtown St. Augustine, just down the street from the Fountain of Youth, which you could walk to and a Dunkin Donuts at the other end of the street. I would definitely stay here again!

This house was really nice. It was within walking distance of the fountain of youth and the old jail. We walked to St. George Street from there but it was a little bit of a hike (which we didn’t mind).
Things to consider - the bedrooms are upstairs and the stairs are a little steep.
Also, the driveway is pretty small. But we made it work.
The master bathroom was nice with a double shower.
The other bedrooms were nice, we only used 1 extra. There was the master bath upstairs as well as another full bathroom. Downstairs there’s a half bath.
Outside the back yard there’s a nice sitting area.
Overall it was a nice place. Great kitchen.

We spent Christmas here with our 3 kids and were so happy with our stay. The house is generously stocked, adorable, clean, spacious and in a perfect neighborhood just outside of the crowd. Highly recommend!

My wife, along with my brother and sister and their spouses all stayed at the house. It was the perfect location and the amenities made all the more enjoyable. Parking was a little tight, but all three of our small rental cars were able to be parked on the premises.

This house worked out very well for our group of five women for our annual October travels. Nice that we each had our own beds. House was very clean, nicely decorated and everything worked as it should. Owner responded to our questions in a timely manner. We're happy to have stayed there.

Our family enjoyed catching up in this comfortable space. The location was perfect for all the plans we had, from meandering downtown to hitting the beaches! Would definitely stay there again!

This house is perfect for 6-8 people. It’s modern but comfortable, with large open living space and nice, clean bedrooms. It’s in a wonderful location; less than a mile to Vilano Beach and two blocks to the Fountain of Youth. Our kids loved the area and enjoyed riding bikes around the neighborhood. Also, the owner was very quick to respond with any questions or concerns. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful experience at Magnolia House! The property was spacious, comfortable, clean and well-appointed. The location was excellent for sightseeing and it was an easy walk to the Fountain of Youth as well as to catch a ride on the Trolley Tour. We really enjoyed sitting outside on the patio which was quiet and private. Would definitely stay there again!
