Quiet setting and the location is perfect.

We loved staying at the cabin! It was equipped with everything we needed for cooking meals and relaxing in comfort. The location was perfect for our day excursions to Santa’s Village, Storyland, the Flume and swimming in Mirror Lake which was a gem we found close by. The guys golfed and the kids mini golfed there was something for everyone. Thank you for hosting us in your beautiful log cabin on the beautiful Pemi.

We rented this place for a week getaway to celebrate my parents 50th anniversary. There were 6 adults, 4 kids (4-8), and 1 infant with plenty of room for everyone. The house was clean with lots of amenities included. Diane was extremely accessible and even stopped by to drop off extra bedsheets. Our kids has so much fun playing in the yard and the river. It was also close enough to do a few day trips, Whale Tail water Park, polar caves, Lincoln. Overall, I highly recommend!

A great house for a family of 6 adults and 4 children, ages 10 to 6 years, in a beautiful location. All had a wonderful and relaxing time together. Hiking in the Franconia Notch, visiting the Flume Gorge, Clarks Bears for the younger crowd and Loon Mountain for the adventuresome, plus kayaking down the Pemigewasset River. The house was great for our extended family vacation. The river was a lot of fun. Definitely bring water shoes to enjoy the river without fear of losing shoes. The kids had a blast with the ping pong and foosball table. The owners were really attentive when we had questions.

Beautiful location on Pemi. River. Huge yard for the kids to play. Loved tubing in river. Close to other towns to check out the caves, Clark’s Trading Post, Owl’s Nest for golf. Diane very responsive to any questions. Ty Diane

We went with our adult children and their significant others and had a great time. The house is beautiful with stunning views of the Pemi River. We spent the week playing games, making meals, and eating out at nearby restaurants...We went tubing (with great advice from the owners on where to start) and had a fire in the massive fire pit every night. Close to many attractions. We had a fabulous week, thank you Tom & Diane for sharing your amazing home!

This property was clean, organized, well maintained and spacious. A great outdoor area as well with plenty of seating for dining, super fun fire pit and beautiful star gazing. Location was prime, with easy access to 93 and 3 to easily travel to various nearby destinations.

A piece of heaven on earth! Wonderful accommodations- fell right at home! Great to disconnect with the world and have some quality family time! Plenty to do at the house and in surrounding towns! My family and I spent a week at this beautiful property around the holidays. The house was very clean and exactly as pictured. It was wonderful to have some beautiful outdoor space to enjoy the New England winter. We would happily visit again.

From the relaxing scenery outside being right by the river, to the cozy fireplace inside, This vacation could not have been better. Their house felt like home to us as soon as we arrived. Perfect location for privacy, but also great restaurants and activities nearby. Thank you Also for the great dinner recommendations in your welcome book. The Italian Farmhouse was awesome! Very nicely maintained cabin with plenty of room for 6 of us without even using the bunk room.

This is a lovely cabin and setting and our family had a fantastic time! The cabin is very inviting, well appointed and cozy. The photos are very accurate. It has a huge fireplace which we used every day. When we were running out of wood and I contacted the owners, they had more wood delivered right away. The location is close to great hiking and rock climbing, as well as groceries and other necessities. And the fall leaves were gorgeous!

River and yard were epic, house was super clean. Hosts were cool and accommodating.

House had plenty of room to accommodate four adults and five kids (ages 10-15.) Being right on the river occupied everyone! The fire pit is huge as is the lawn. The location is beyond convenient. There’s so much to do w/ minimal driving. It was nice to zip out to do an activity and have ample time to enjoy the house and river. Highly recommend!

This was a beautiful and well maintained property!! It was so peaceful and relaxing! We enjoyed our evenings by the outdoor fire pit and our days by the river. We hiked around Flume Gorge ( about a 20 min drive ) and took in all the beautiful scenery. Kitchen had everything you could have needed and the beds were cozy! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Upon arrival, you will be immediately in awe of this beautiful, large, clean, property with spectacular views of mountains, the river on the property's edge and the spectacular trees and Adirondack like lodge home! The cleanliness and well-appointed home were highlights for us! The log cabin style house is warm and inviting. All the rooms were spotless, this was an important factor for me and I was not disappointed in the previous reviews and cleanliness ratings. The beds were comfortable as well as the furnishings. This is a return rental for sure. The area is convenient, yet you would think you were miles away from anyone or anything. The best possible situation of being by the river, near the mountains and woods, yet the neighboring properties were a comfort to have around. The hosts were very good to work with and quick responding to questions during the reservation process. Diane and Tom are great property owners and we enjoyed their warm welcome sign for our family, and many more details! Thank you very much for a well needed vacation/retreat away!

Our family had a great week. We enjoyed the river, fire pit, and large yard. It was great to have so many options to keep the kids busy right on the property.
