Good. The dryer didn’t work but it was not a problem.

The house was in a great location and very comfortable for our family of 4. Dryer was not working during our stay but our host was very responsive and kind. Would stay here again.

Pros: short walk to public beach with life guards, shops and volleyball courts. Walk to marina.
Clean, nice porch to relax. Open floor plan with plenty of room. Newer home with nice furnishings. Price and cleaning fee is reasonable.
Cons: insanely squeaky beds, washer sounds like it will self destruct, heating element must be out on dryer because clothes were still damp after two hours, no sheets or towels, no towel racks in bathrooms, had to repair the oven door handle when it fell off, had to unclog the bathroom sink and fix drain.

A nicely redone home with a great location in the center of Atlantic Beach close to the beach.
Make sure to note that towels and linens are not provided in the home. We missed this in the amenities details of the listing.

This home is a gem. The only issue is that the HVAC unit/heat pump couldn't keep the interior temperature above 62 degrees (without using the emergency heat function) on nights when the outside temperature was in the mid-forties.

We throughly enjoyed our stay! Only a five minute walk to the beach and a few restaurants. The place was clean except the shower curtains and liners really need replacing. It was just the two of us but there is plenty of room for a family or group of friends. Overall a great experience!

Overall this property was great for our weekend trip. Having the streaming services was a nice bonus.
As stated by other reviews, make sure you bring towels and linens.
There is a Food Lion nearby and plenty of cookware, if you want to avoid eating out all the time. Although, i highly recommend the diner on the corner. Short walk and breakfast all day. Plus all-you-can-eat fried shrimp.

Outstanding in every sense. Property was very clean and well maintained. My family and I couldn’t say anything negative at all. We will certainly put this at the forefront for return trips.

I cannot recommend this place effusively enough! The location is excellent--a short walk from the circle, but tucked away into a very calm and quiet neighborhood--and the house itself is immaculate and spacious, with room for four adults and two toddlers to stay and stay out of each other's way. The kitchen is fully stocked so cooking was easy even we chose to stay in, but great food was only ever a block away. The hosts themselves set a new bar for responsiveness, friendliness, and approachability for the few questions I had. Again, this stay was perfect, and it all started from picking this property.

The space was perfect for our family weekend. The house was very clean. I would stay there again.
My one thing is the beds. There is only a mattress on the bed frames and the bed frames do not give Enough support for the mattresses.

Owners were amazing. Any issue we had was addressed right away. One complaint I do have is the beds. The mattresses need updating. They slept like a thick piece of foam. However with that said, I would love to stay in this beautiful house again!

It is a really nice house. There were a couple of not so good surprises. I Asked specifically if there was a good grill, First the propane tank was empty then after I purchased a replacement tank we figured out 2 of the burners didn't work. The other big surprise was no sheets or pillow cases (a bad discovery at 9pm) I would stay there again though but would bring my own gas and sheets. Everything else was pretty nice. Also the water dispenser on the fridge is coming off.

Friends & Family Vacation
Very nice house with convenient location! Only a few blocks from the beach and walking distance to restaurants and bars. Nice size TV in the living room though with a group of 6, the seating was a little tight. Also, only 1 remote worked while we were there, but could have just needed new batteries. Would be great if there was a clothesline underneath the house to hang wet towels and bathing suits after a day at the beach, there’s not really anywhere for those to dry.
Overall, we enjoyed staying in the house and the proximity to the beach was perfect for us!

The house was perfect for our small family. Lots of open space for the kids to play. Everything was well kept and the property owners respond quickly to any questions. There are plenty of restaurants, stores, and public beach accesses that are within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!!

A quick getaway for the family that left us wanting to come back soon. Incredible convenience to the beach, restaurants, and the Fort Macon State park. House was great, and the porch/balcony made for relaxing evenings after a long day at the beach.
