This is an absolutely beautiful and elegantly furnished condo overlooking a stunning portion of the river, and yet within walking distance to a grocery store, all of the downtown restaurants and hotels and its location on the cul-de-sac with a little river trail is just extraordinary. Shopping is so close. The condo itself is absolutely well stocked. It has everything you need for entertaining cooking all the way down to the beautiful champagne glasses! The property host is immediate with her responses, and just was so hospitable and really lovely! I highly recommend this place and I would love to come back. Thank you!

This property is fantastic. Beautifully decorated and well stocked. Quiet location with 2 walking paths right out the front door. Easy stroll to a grocery store, cafe and downtown Aspen. Even in cooler weather, a drink or meal on the deck with a rushing river just below was a great way to start or end the day. Definitely, a 5-star property.

Had everything one needs
The location was not ideal as walking is not an option to core or to city market - it's located on very Far East end of Hopkins -you must rely on downtowner app to get around.

Our family had a wonderfiul visit to Aspen over the Christmas break. The cleanliness, warmth (awesome heated floors!), amenities and proximity to town and the slopes were fantastic! We'll be back! Thank you!

We stayed at this property for a week with 6 people. The condo was gorgeous, walking distance to town, great communication with the property manager. Kids had a great time playing in the snow and watching the river from the windows and bridge. Quiet, peaceful, amazing location! We would absolutely stay again and would recommend 100% to others! All check in and check out processes were easy and organized. We ended up renting a car for the drive to Snowmass and having a designated parking spot at the condo was very convenient and helpful! 5 star stay!!!

This flat is really lovely. You can walk to everything in town. Beautifully appointed and very comfortable beds. The kitchen is well supplied. The river rushing below the back balcony is fantastic! Communication with the rental manager, was great. Wonderful week in Aspen!

This was a great place to celebrate our anniversary. We really enjoyed the location… it’s proximity to downtown and right on the banks of the roaring fork river. The property has everything - comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, well stocked kitchen (great for cooking) and a cozy fireplace. We hope to come back with our kids!

We loved this condo. Super smart use of space with all the amenities you could want. The radiant floor heat was a big hit with grandma. We had 3 adults and 2 kids (2 and 5), and everyone was super happy with the stay. We’ve stayed in many vacation rentals, and I was impressed by the finishes, the cleanliness and well-stocked kitchen. The kids loved the river view and nearby Herron Park.

Incredible Stay in Aspen!
Amazing property with a great location close to town, skiing, etc. The sound of the River behind the property is extremely relaxing. Only hiccup was that I did not receive check-in information and had to reach out to the property manager on the day of arrival, but this was quickly remedied. Would highly recommend this beautiful property and would stay again!

Winter in aspen
This condo was perfect for our needs for a long weekend in Aspen. The condo was very clean and very well equipped. There is a working fireplace, which was very easy to use and made it very cozy for the stay.
We would recommend that if you are there in the winter, immediately find the space heaters and plug them in. We did not find that the unit was warm enough unless we use the supplemental heaters. We were able to reach the property managers easily by phone, and they were attentive to our issues.
The Downtowner app meant we could leave our car in the parking lot and easily get around Aspen without the hassle of parking. We had a wonderful stay in our beautiful condo, and we were lucky with the weather!

Riverside Comfort
The condo was clean, comfortable, and had many items available to use in the kitchen, if needed. Check in/out was easy and the host was courteous. The main enjoyment for us was sitting on the back porch and enjoying the view and sounds of the river. One of our more favorite stays.

Best Stay in Aspen!
This was by far the best stay I've ever had in Aspen and even booking on VRBO. The host was wonderful and the location was absolutely perfect. In walking distance to everything and for families with children, you can walk to 2 different very cool and beautiful parks. We hit the jackpot with this rental and look forward to many more occasions here!

Girls ski trip
Awesome condo, superb furnishings and perfect location. 4 adult girls stayed 4 nights and skied all the different mountains. We had a car but walked everywhere and used the Downtowner car service. All round perfect stay!

Beautiful condo in peaceful and serene area
The condo was perfect for our family of four. It is just as beautiful in person as it is online. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need, the beds are amazingly comfortable, and the location could not be better.

AMAZING Aspen property!!
We were so pleased with our stay! This property looks exactly like the pictures...beautifully remodeled and well appointed. The location is perfect, just a couple of minutes from town. This condo had everything you would need...even a basket of goodies, water, and masks. They thought of everything! We have stayed in numerours VRBO properties. The beds are the most comfortable ever! I highly recommend this property. You won't be disappointed.

Beautiful property just a short walk from downtown Aspen.
The property has been an amazing place to stay at a reasonable price. The property backs up against a beautifully wooded creek completely covered in snow. We thoroughly enjoyed using the fireplace and hot tub during the cold nights. Being only a 5 minute walk from downtown and trails, we were able to walk to almost anywhere we needed to go. We will definitely look to stay here again on our next trip to Aspen.

Wonderful Property
This is a high-end condominium, with very nice decor and high-end amenities. A balcony overlooks the river, and there is a wood-burning fireplace with plenty of logs. A quiet place and a great place to stay!

Best place in town
My family and I love everything about this apartment, very clean, beautifully decorated, has everything you could need to make your stay feel like home. We even found pencils and sticky notes that saved us having to go buy one for our kids virtual learning during our stay. To top it up, Ali was super responsive, even late in the night. Thank you for making our visit a memorable one. We will definitely be staying here next time we are in town.

Amazing location and amazing decor!
The location was perfect -- so quiet at the end of the street and so picturesque with the river and the bridge - yet a few blocks from everything. I love this side of Aspen. The condo is truly a page out of a decorator's catalog with impeccable detail from linens to lamps! We had a great weekend!
