Cute little house in good location, very nicely decorated, everything is near with a car. You basically have a small yard with outdoor kitchen, BBQ, outdoor sitting and shower with toilet. Good wifi. Awesome host - will help you with anything you may need, recommends a lot places to see and experience! We had a great stay.

The yard is outdoor so you obviously need to count a little with ants, mosquitos and flies. If you are not a little adventurous and you expect hotel environment it's maybe better to reconsider your stay.

I really loved the host Georgia, she is so friendly and willing to arrange the best possible holiday for you. Just ask her and she will help you the best she can. The house itself is bigger than I thought it would be. And the bed, the bed is super comfortable! Slept so good!! The village is a quiet place, with a small shop for the essentials and a taverna for your meals. People are friendly here, take your time for a small chat; that's nice. And I also liked to walk in the surrounding.

Nothing was bad. Just know that there is no public transport, so best if you have your own car.

Delightful hostess. Tastefully decorated, large apartment, separate outdoor sitting area and barbecue. Quiet street. Exo Chora is a small but charming village. We also went to her parents restaurant, Ionian, that has a beach associated with it. We highly recommend staying here along with visiting her parents restaurant.

We loved the way the place was renovated. The beds were very comfortable! Georgia recommande us nice places for boat renting and food. She helped us organise a sunset cruise which was formidable.

We have appreciated at the location the design details and the patio where we could spend time outside relaxing. Although arriving a bit late, the host was very kind and waited for us to give the keys and to welcome us. The host recommened us several tours and good restaurants in the area were we felt welcomed. We appreciated the great vibe of the host and openness to solve a small issue we have encountered.

The second room is a bit small and during our stay we found some ants but we understood this is normal in the villages. Because of staying 3 days, we were expecting to have the the rooms and the bathroom cleaned as it happened to us in other accommodations on the island even for shorter stays.

Everything was great. Small but nice yard, a lot of sightseeings within 15-20 min driving distance. Very nice owner, that hepled us at all we need, even we've received a small but very nice souvenir

We slept in the facility during a hurricane that happens in the Mediterranean once every few years. Thick walls and reinforced concrete ceilings did a great job - when the roof of one house in the neighborhood was broken off, Katoi house remained untouched.
