Great place to relax after a busy day at the beach or an exploratory walk through town.

Contact with the property manager was quick and efficient. Excellent response time for a question we had upon arrival. The kitchen was well equipped and overall layout suited our needs perfectly. Highly recommended.

Convenient walking to downtown Penticton but very quiet.

The home was great, it was very clean and well equipped with everything you would need. The bottom deck was great for eating meals and visiting with friends. Short walk to town and Okanagan Lake. Craig was very pleasant and accommodating.

Property was clean and as seen in photos. The area is 1 block from the beach and downtown with many places to sample wines and beers within walking distance. Only thing that was missed was TVs in the bedrooms. Decks get the morning sun and a view of the sunrise. I would stay there again.

This property checks every box. Modern, very clean, well appointed, excellent location. Breweries and bike rentals are a 2 minute walk. KVR trail is just up the road. Downtown is 5 minutes and beach is 10. Craig responded quickly to all enquires. A great stay!

Great location - easy access to trails and only a couple of blocks to the beach. You can even walk downtown. And to the movies! And pubs! And tacos! And the fish & chip truck! The home itself is lovely - 2 nice sized decks and a nice kitchen. We had a terrific time for the month of March and would definitely stay here again

The house is nicely and comfortable decorated. The condo is fully equipped. The living room is having a fireplace, which makes is very cozy. The location is a quite and nice area (close to the river). We found the upper (2nd) living room very comfortable. The city center is in walkable distance. After a 5 Min walk you are on the Main St. with shops, restaurants, cinema and a french bakery.

We are regular users of vacation rental properties. This was one of the best, if not the best one that we have stayed at. Thanks to Craig and Sue for hosting us.

The property was as advertised, clean and comfortable for our group to stay. It was within walking distance to Okanagan Lake, the KVR, shops, and many breweries and restaurants. I recommend staying here when visiting Penticton.

Everything was as good or better than advertised . Very clean and new . Parking was good and Craig was able to supply a secure location to lock up bikes . Two decks were a bonus .

Property has everything needed for a great stay. Located in Penticton, close to the bench. We walked along the KVR trail which is lovely as it takes you up onto the bench and right into the vineyards with great views.

Short walk to downtown shopping restaurants and brew pubs. Short drive to the bench wineries and a very comfortable, spacious and modern vibe within the condo itself. Craig was quick to act on replacing a faulty coffee maker which was greatly appreciated. Accommodates two couples very nicely. Would stay again and highly recommend!

Highly recommended stay in penticton.

We recently stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed the duplex. Our group was 5 and the home was fantastic. Having two full bathrooms and a third half bath was great! The only complaint was the mattress on the hide-a-bed. It was very uncomfortable due to the springs in the hide-a-bed. Perhaps a day bed would be better suited for the room :) The location was perfect, a quick walk to the beach and all the restaurants. We loved it and will be back!!!

We loved the house and location was great. It was very spacious for 6 people.

We stayed at Craig’s property for a weekend in August with a family of 4. The property is very new, modern and clean and centrally located in the downtown area. Everything is pristine - new well equipped kitchen, lots of space for sitting/relaxing in two living room areas (downstairs/upstairs), 3 bathrooms and 3 separate sleeping areas (two bedrooms upstairs and one pullout couch in a private main floor side/sittingroom). We particularly enjoyed the downstairs patio and upstairs balcony where we ate dinner, drank our morning coffee and hung out. It’s a 5-10 minute bike ride to the Kettle Valley Railway which I biked one morning. The Naramata bench wineries start literally a couple kilometres away which we partook in. The local Penticton lake beaches are nearby for swimming. It is a perfect base for an Okanagan week or weekend with a family or group of friends. Highly recommend!

We stayed at the condo from August 3rd to the 7th. We had an issue on arrival with google maps taking us to the wrong condo but Craig was easy to get a hold of and we were able to work it all out. The condo was about an 8-minute walk to the beach and a 2-minute walk to "The Cannery" brewery. I can't say enough good things about the location. It was close enough to the beach and main street that it was a quick walk, but far enough away where the condo was nice and quiet. We had an issue with the lock on the door on the second day but Craig answered our call and was there to figure it out within 3-minutes. The kitchen was well stocked with all the gear you need to cook a delicious meal, including a BBQ. It is very well renovated. I would highly recommend staying here and will be returning next time we stay in Penticton.

An amazing place to stay in Penticton! Located within walking distance of downtown shops, restaurants, and the beach. The house is gorgeous and very well equipped with anything and everything you’ll ever need. Beautifully decorated and with two patios so you have a barbecue or just sit out to enjoy the weather. If you like to cook, you will be amazed with the kitchen and supplies. This place is brand new and looks like a show home. The owner is friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.
