Living room, dining table and deck table & chairs afforded lots of socialization. The grandchildren had their own TV room downstairs and there are fun games, a ping pong table, and bikes to delight the children. The bike path is nearby. The hot tub was fun too. This floor plan works well with our family.

We have been coming to this house for 10 years, and highly recommend it. The house gives everyone private space but also lots of room for eating, games, etc. The house is showing the wear and tear, but we haven't found anything like it in Sunriver for our needs.

Reviewer Comments: Our last family reunion was back in 2017 so having a location aand rental to accommodate 15 people was important and Big Sky #3 and Sunriver delivered. The layout of bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, kitchen and deck provided a comfortable vacation experience. Having two dishwashers and washer/dryers was perfect for our families. Our only suggestion would be to have a second refrigerator since the small undercounted fridge in the entertainment room did not provide much storage. The Big Sky #3 location was well situated for trips to Bend, The Village, Lake Paulina, Lava Tube and Museum. All in all a great time was had for ages 70-5!

Each adult couple had their own bedroom/bathroom and plenty of room for the kids to bunk up. The kitchen was very well equipped and had two dishwashers - which made clean up so easy. Plus it's near the North store, which is never too crowded and always has what we need. The house itself had a nice deck to enjoy and room for us to spread out. The only thing I'd bring awareness to is the number of stairs (which makes sense b/c it's a large house) and if you have anyone in your group with knee or mobility challenges you might want them to stay upstairs. But that's nothing against the house, just awareness so your older family members can plan ahead. We would stay here again.

Our Sunriver Vacation Rentals staff experience was mixed - they were responsive and helpful on booking, however, we had a guest who left a jewelry box at the property and the SVR staff were not helpful coordinating retrieval (to say the least).

Overall, if you have a large group and a pet, this is a high value option.

This house was perfect for our family weekend! We had our 4 kids and families stay and everyone had space to sleep, rest, play and relax. The three levels make it so you can “get away” from the crowd if you wish. Beautiful kitchen, well appointed and set up for large groups with two dishwashers, ovens and lots of table space. Two sets of washers/dryers make it easy for those with littles to keep things clean. Great hot tub. My only small complaint is that when a breaker on the hot tub kept switching off the hot tub maintenance man drained the tub, so we were without it for a day and evening. Boo Hoo. BUT, when I called in the problem the rental agency sent him over IMMEDIATELY! We would definitely stay here again with our large family! So much fun.

We brought all of our adult kids to stay. It was a great central location for skiing and playing in and around Bend.

Overall the house is really great for family or friend gatherings! A couple complaints - the couches in the upstairs living room space were dirty and had holes in them. There were cobwebs in some corners and the floors were not cleaned thoroughly - someone in my group stepped on broken glass. Those things aside, the property management company were quick to respond and very friendly. We even left something behind and they were able to let us back in the house after check-out! The house is big with lots of rooms and space. Kids loved all the bunk beds and bonus room downstairs. Great hot tub! We very much enjoyed our stay at Big Sky 3!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. The layout worked well for our extended family to stay together with everyone getting privacy when they wanted it. The kids enjoyed the hot tub, though the chemicals smelled terrible and likely need fixing. My main complaint was that the wi-fi hardly worked in parts of the house and some of the appliances weren't working well. We enjoyed using the bikes, but be warned that there was only one helmet available. The location was great and we especially enjoyed the proximity to the path that goes over to the Lava Lands visitor center. Be advised that at the time of this writing, the SHARC pool is not open on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
