Parkplatz direkt beim Haus. Wohnung ruhig und gemütlich (mit Ofen) und sehr zentral zum Einkaufen, Bankautomat usw. Herziges kleines Dorf.

Het warme was in de ochtend na 2 personen( korte douche want we hadden haast) al op...dus de kinderen niet zo positief..

Posizione ottima, a due passi dalla pista di sci Luina e dalla coop. Appartamento grazioso e spazioso.

The location, and the feeling of a home including all use of facilities is a added plus.

Wifi is slow and intermittent, one bedroom without a door without any privacy for the couple sleeping in it

The kitchen was spacious and coffee pods were provided. The fridge and washer were working properly, so did the WiFi. Laundry soap was provided. The apartment was close to Borelli, a restaurant with a terrace and very decent food.

The cleanliness left some to be desired. We got one tired towel, and two even rougher bath mats as our towel allowance for two. In the kitchen, there seemed as though there would be oil and honey, but everything was empty. It gave the impression that the owners seldomly visit their unit and instead dispatch a cleaning person to handle switchovers. As for the physical space, you need to go through the bathroom to get between the kitchen and the bedroom, not a large concern for us, but would likely be one for a family. A bigger inconvenience is that you need to climb over a wood partition to go from your bed to the bathroom in the middle of the night. There was otherwise nowhere to hang the clothes we washed adequately. Lastly, everything onsite was a collection of odd and ends that the owners no longer use and that are not in good condition. Turning it into a rental is like an afterthought.

The kitchen was light, airy and fairly well equipped and the hosts responded quickly to questions.

The property advertised an outside area which in the summer months when I visited would have been nice but there isn't one unless you count the steps to the front door where the smokers are supposed to go. The lounge/bedroom was very dark during the day with only one very small velux window which made it depressing to use during a summer day. The lounge/bedroom is down some steps from the shower room (watch your head, I lost some skin!) and is directly above the apartment below. When in bed, at times I thought the people downstairs were actually in my room, I could hear them talking and walking around (they weren't having a party). Mountain views were advertised and is partially true i.e. you can only see them from the kitchen when you are near the windows as mainly you see the red wall of the house next door.
