The unit was spotless; had a nice deck with a view of Mt. Baker. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. The secondary bedroom bed was very uncomfortable-it was a bunk with a double on the bottom; it squeaked every time it moved and the mattress was only supported by round tubing that created an uncomfortable mattress. For a short stay, it would be thoughtful for the owner to leave small bars of soap or body wash in the showers. Also one dishwashing pod was insufficient. The unit was well appointed and comfortable.

Very nice place, off street parking, easy and nice

First time in Hood River, which was a treat for us. Went for our Nephews wedding at the Hood River Hotel , which just a little over a mile away. What a beautiful condo/apartment! The Evolve Team took great care of us. You aren't in the heart of town, just a bit outside, so it was nice and quite. I think we were the loud ones, laughing all the time. The family hasn't gotten together in so long. This place gave us the space to re-connect. Thank you VRBO and Evolve. You guys ROCK! Highly reccomend!

It was just as advertised and very conveniently located. Very clean and the kitchen was well-equipped. Neighbor's dogs barked most of the night and roosters crowed before dawn (but that's not under the control of the property manager). Would have been nice to have a reading light in the living room area, as well as some facial tissue and shower gel in the bathrooms.

Although the property was well equipped, it was difficult for us to manage all the stairs going upstairs to the condo. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped for anyone who wanted to do much cooking , which we did not. The living room was very cool but the bedrooms were quite warm. There was only a large air conditioning window unit in the living/dining area. The beds were not comfortable. It was close to town and was quiet. Having two bathrooms was great and so was having a washer and dryer.

This property was a good size for 5 of us and it was very conveniently located. However, the area rug in the living room and the chairs stink! Undoubtedly, that is because they have allowed pets to be there. Also, the floors were dirty. The listing says there is air conditioning, but that just means there is a wall unit in the living room. The bedrooms do not have any air conditioning and really heat up in the afternoon and evening. Also, there weren't any dish towels! Glad Walmart was across the street! Overall, it was adequate for our needs.

We were in town for a regatta and had a great weeklong stay in this townhouse. The kitchen was well stocked with all things needed for cooking. The property is convenient to the interstate and an easy drive to restaurants and shops in Hood River. Only thing during our stay was that the washing machine was broken and the new one had not yet arrived. Sergio was awesome and offered to wash a few loads for us (we packed planning to wash clothes during the stay). Overall, we loved staying here and would definitely come back if visiting HR again.

The property was cute and also convenient for our activities. It was equipped with everything we needed.

My family of five had fun in this condo — the bunk bed plus trundle worked great for the kids, and the mattress in the master was very comfortable. The balcony was a peaceful place to enjoy the sunset and a great peek at Mt Adams. The air conditioning wall unit (behind the curtains near the dining room table) was very loud and not quite powerful enough for the summer weather, however — the living room/dining room/kitchen were cool enough, but the bedrooms were still warm at night, even with fans. The property manager was friendly and responsive to concerns we had in the kitchen, but was not able to entirely resolve an ant problem during our stay. The refrigerator slowly leaked an unknown substance onto the top shelf. Those issues aside, we enjoyed being close to lots of fun in Hood River and the condo’s proximity to the grocery store and the city center was a plus!

We enjoyed our stay here in this roomy two-bedroom condo. The kitchen was very well stocked, and the heater was easy to use. It was pretty quiet except for the doves in the morning. I heard them, but my friend did not. Love the removable wand in the shower.

Super nice host who was willing to let us check in 30 minutes early so we could get ready for a wedding. Back bathroom didn't seem like it was completely clean when we arrived...visibly dirty towels, sink was dirty). It may be that the host was rushing to accommodate our last minute, early check in request so I totally didn't mind cleaning it myself. The rest of the place was just great! The place was well stocked and convenient. The heart of the town of hood river is a short drive but we were close to a large grocery and other big box shops. We drove 3-5 mins, parked and walked around the sweet downtown of Hood River. Only minor complaint was that I don't think the place comfortably sleeps 8. One room has a bunk bed that would accommodate 3 total (2 on the larger, bottom bed). The second room sleeps 2. The couch looks like it converts but looks small. Maybe there's a blow up bed somewhere that wasn't obvious? We're grateful our friends found other lodging, it would have felt tight for more than 5-6.

This is a great 2 bdrm 2 bath condo, with a large deck overlooking Mt. Adams. The deck chairs are the most comfortable we’ve ever sat in—recliners. Nice quiet neighborhood.
