خدمة الغرف سيئة جدًا اذا طلبت طلب يجيك بعد ساعه و انت طفشان منه و يعتذرون ان اللي موجود موظف واحد يخدم الفندق كله هناك ريحه كريهه تنبعث بعض الوقت و ليس دائمًا

يجب الاهتمام اكثر بصيانه الغرف ، وتوفير نوعيه افضل من المناشف والصابون وادوات الاستحمام ، وعزل صوت الشفاطات في الغرف.

Wij hadden een geweldig verblijf, iedereen was super vriendelijk en wist binnen no time wie je bent! Heel erg fijn als je herkent wordt wanneer je ergens bent. Goed advies ontvangen over wat wel en niet te doen. Heerlijke cappuccino’s van de Bar, echt geweldig! Winkels in de buurt, super uitgebreid ontbijt en een fijn zwembad! Ruime kamers met alle gemakken voorzien. Zeker een aanrader! Wij komen met veel plezier weer terug hier!

1. No proper cutlery provided. After asking, the staff reply was rude and the said, “it should be there to check again” but eventually the provided it. Water bottle and other basic things you need to ask them, they don’t provide it every day. 2. The room had a damp odor (seepage smell) that caused inconvenience to sleep properly. 3. The drainage of shower area was not good. While taking shower, the water going out on the bathroom floor.

We recently stayed at this hotel with our young children and were thoroughly impressed. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. Plus, the free Wi-Fi was a lifesaver for keeping the kids entertained during downtime. One of the biggest highlights for us was the free parking. It's such a convenience not having to worry about finding and paying for parking, especially when you're on vacation with a family. The hotel also has a small swimming pool, which was perfect for our kids to cool off in after a day of exploring. It's not a huge pool, but it was just the right size for our needs. And speaking of exploring, the hotel's location is excellent. We were close to all the major attractions, as well as plenty of restaurants and shops. We were able to walk to most places, which was great with the kids. Overall, we had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to other families. It's a great value for the money and has everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

The breakfast spread felt a bit limited in variety. It would be fantastic to see more options, particularly for those with dietary restrictions or preferences. Having only few set of towels in the bathroom was inconvenient. Providing an enough set would enhance guest comfort and hygiene.

Excellent service, spacious and well maintained with daily house keeping, buffet breakfast was awesom and had variety of dishes in abundance, location is perfect too, 4-5minutes walk to danube( grocery store, open 24 hrs )and multiple food resturants and al bughshan mosque is 6 minutes walk Staff is really accomodating and kind , kids love the pool

The bedrooms are tight, hard to move around them not enough closet space. The bathrooms are a serious problem, all of them flood with water when showring, bad drainage and bad smell

Far from Jeddah attractions. It is located in a residential Neighbour hood.

The room was cleaned with heavy amount of bleach. For us it made us uncomfortable. The room we got was spacious.

Good facility, centrally located and excellent staff. Special mention about Dawood who was very friendly and helpful.

الذي لم يعجبني في المكان أنا وجميع اهلي كمية الرطوبة ورائحة الغرف المزعجة بسبب الرطوبة وهذا يقلل من راحة الضيف ارجواصلاح هذه المشكلة لان كل شي رائع ما عدا الرطوبة وكذلك المسبح يحتاج عناية اكثر وكلور

Humidity in the apartments creating strong smells that causes discomfort. We couldn’t use swimming facilities as people going in with none swimming costumes. Filthy rugs and unfriendly receptionist.
