Frisch renovierte Zimmer, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis Ok. Sehr freundliches Personal, die Möglichkeit sich Kaffee, Tee usw. zu machen. Check in an keine feste Zeit gebunden, Parkplatz im Hof. Obwohl im Angebot nicht enthalten besteht die Möglichkeit ein Lunchpaket zu bestellen oder nebenan im Imbis zu Frühstücken
Unser Zimmer war zwar frisch renoviert allerdings waren die Arbeiten nicht sehr professionell, Kanten am Laminat teilweise mit Klebeband abgeklebt, ein kleines Regal über meinem Bett wackelte so das man darauf wartet das es abfällt, die Dusche nicht mehr die neueste und beim abheben des Brausekopf ist direkt die wackelige Halterung abgefallen. Die Straße vor der Pension ist stark befahren und die Straßenbahn hupt jedesmal weil dort direkt der Bahnübergang ist, schlafen bei offenem Fenster nur mit Stöpsel im Ohr. Das bestellbare Lunchpaket ist soweit in Ordnung, wollen aber mehr als 3 Personen dieses gleichzeitige frühstücken ist die kleine Küche voll. Aber dennoch Preisleistung halte ich für angebracht und würde wieder buchen

Frühstück für den Preis war vollkommen in Ordnung und lecker.
Der Hund war willkommen und für den Preis auch sehr preiswert untergebracht. Er hat sich wohl gefühlt, wir auch.
Die Klimaanlage lief die ganze Nacht und konnte nicht durch uns abgestellt werden. Bei den aktuellen Temperaturen war es (für mich) zu kalt.
Unser Frühstück wurde durch einen anderen Gast weggenommen, aber nach einem kurzen Anruf haben wir direkt Ersatz bekommen. Großes Lob!

The host was very welcoming and helpful. My room was secure, comfortable, quiet and clean. Along with a personal kettle and fridge, I had the use of the kitchen. For those using a car, there is plenty of private parking. Supermarkets are only a few minutes away.

Friendly staff and nice little kitchen to use for everyone. Free Parking. Bakery and butcher next door. Pets are welcome.
A busy street runs by, so it can be a bit loud at times.

We arrived very late and the instructions where to find keys and how to enter were perfect. The room was very clean and warm, modern and well thought out. There was a kitchen shared by the rooms on our floor again really well thought out with cooking facility and tea and coffee to use. Most grateful for our early start that there was a cafetière and filter coffee provided. It set us up for our journey.

The lockbox/key mechanism functions very well, there’s kitchens on every floor for free use and the rooms are modern. The hostess is very nice!
The walls are very thin. You can hear everything from the hallway. If someone wakes up before you and leaves, you’ll know. The Main Street is right next to the pension and it can be very loud, too.

Perfect price to quality/services ratio! I was met by the lady Irena (sorry if I mispelled your name). The lady was very polite and helpful, showed me around and explained everything. There is a small kitchen with all necessary appliances, which can be shared between all residents, so you can make for free coffee, tea or even some food if you are in a mood and have the ingredients for it (there is one smaller and one big shop nearby where you can get everything). Also there is an option for breakfast, which I took, all ingredients delivered by Irena where tasty and fresh. The rooms where clean and had everything I needed. Outside it was pretty hot, but thanks to air conditioning system the room was kept within comfortable terperature range for me.

Very nice, convenient stay in Harztor. Excellent host and very straightforward check-in and check-out, with very nicely kept rooms.
Only the bed could have been a little bit more comfortable.
