We had a wonderful weekend in Bay St. Lewis. The house was beautiful and stocked with everything we needed. Large table was great for all our card games. The view from the porch was breath taking. We enjoyed viewing the sun rise and set each day. We all want to go back and will definitely contact you again. Thank you, Eric

We hosted four generations at Southern Charm and everyone enjoyed their stay! The home is well named. Southern Charm is everywhere! We loved the gracious front porch with beautiful bay views. The pelicans were an added bonus! We will be back! Southern Charm is wonderful!

We stepped out of our comfort zone and took an adventure to Bay St. Louis! The house was perfectly located to the beach and entertainment district - an easy walk to everything. The house was roomy and the kitchen fully stocked. Eric was super responsive when we had questions. We really appreciated his hospitality.

We really enjoyed our stay. The beach and water in bay St. Louis is great for younger kids. The house was really nice and was easy to get to the beach and down town. We will definitely stay here again.

This is a great property that is bright, spacious, well-furnished and equipped. On the water and in walking distance of old town. Host was very helpful throughout the process. Our group was 5 sisters and 1 husband (who disappeared to play golf each day). Jordon River Steamer is a bit of a drive, but a great seafood venue. Highly recommend this house and Steamer.

Great stay and center or everything!

We stayed from Oct 28-31st and did not want to leave. What they have created here is an upscale beachy vibe that is comfortable, peaceful and timelessly elegant. You feel like a welcomed visitor with all the charm and southern hospitality flowing in this calming space. You will have everything you need, as the house is well stocked, very clean and convenient to restaurants and shopping. Our favorites were the Thorny Oyster and North Beach restaurant. We did drive across the bridge and Bacchus on the Beach was a nice lunch spot. Then on to Ocean Springs for more shopping! We enjoyed our stay so much we are trying to fit in another long weekend after the holidays. I have stayed at a few places in Bay St. Louis, but this is by far my favorite, no contest. The host, Eric answered our email, prior to the trip, promptly. All in all, from host to house, I rate this a 10 star experience!

We came in town for a baby shower and were blown away by the home, communication with the host, and the scenic views of the water. We will definitely be staying here again!

Such a beautiful place. Perfect getaway. Had everything we needed. Walking distance from everything. Enjoyed every day we spent there.

Everything was perfect about this location and house. The bedrooms are very big and the living room and kitchen were perfect for cooking and entertaining friends. The front porch overlooks the bay (where we spent most of our time) and the house is located a short golf cart drive to nearly everywhere. Will definitely come back!!

The house is absolutely beautiful and was stocked with everything we could have needed. The location is perfect and we had a wonderful weekend. Eric was the best host, we accidentally left something in the freezer and he immediately responded and allowed us to go back and get it.

This house is fantastic- totally new- feeling, spacious, and so close to downtown. Owner communication was great. We would definitely stay again.

Nice, clean house in a great location. It is not a private driveway so we had to pay for parking in the lot next to the house but other than that it was a very nice stay. We will definitely return. Thanks for everything Eric!

We were thrilled with this house. We spent a lot of time on the huge front porch. There were plenty of rocking chairs and a table and chairs. A great spot to watch a storm roll in! From the open floorplan to well stocked kitchen to the large comfy bedrooms we felt like we hit the jackpot! The town was walking distance. There are lots of seaside eateries, live music, and fun shops. We highly recommend this property. We'd do it again!

A lovely, well-equipped home that we thoroughly enjoyed. Every item needed for our stay had been supplied, making the vacation virtually worry-free. The host, Eric, was easily and quickly accessible. We’ve stayed in many, many vacation homes, and this one ranks high on our list.
