The beds we’re comfortable.

The hallway floor desperately needed to be vacuumed. The bathroom floor had several hairs on it which were there when we first entered the room. One of the beds didn’t have fresh sheets on the bed. One of the comforters has a blood stain on it. The breakfast staff did not keep up with keeping the food supplied and hot. NOT worth the price we were charged. The chair in our room had a very big stain on it.

The breakfast was good, I love the coffee bar and the juice was fresh and cold.

My towels were dirty, makeup and hair on them, also the bathroom floor and shower had hair everywhere. This kinda freaked me out, so we didn't use the coffee machine In the room. I don't think our room was clean, they just made the bed and probably vaccuum the floor. Also,the carpet in the hallway could use a shampoo.

Clerk who greeted me when I checked in did not speak clearly and I could barely hear her the entire time she was checking me in.

The breakfast was top notch as well as the breakfast area. It had a great selection of hot and cold selections(eggs, hashbrowns, sausages, waffle maker etc as well as cereal/milk, yogurt, fruit juices, white/chocolate milk). The are was clean and had pretty good seating. The pool was good but a touch small. Might not have usually felt small but there were about 20 people in the area at one time, so it was loud for a bit. But it was plenty nice.

Before I say anything, the staff remedied the issue quickly. BUT... when we entered our room we first saw a sock on the counter. That's odd. So we started looking around as we went on in. The beds and all were crisply made with fresh sheets/covers, but the bathroom floor hadn't been swept well and there was debris near the door in our room. It was kinda off putting at first. But once alerted the hotel staff immediately came and addressed the situation with apologies. All was well after that.

The breakfast was great and far exceeded expectations. Variety, clean counters and eating area. Maintained with excellence. Don't change a thing...I'll be back and will expect the same.

Every business has issues with employees...management was fantastic and helpful as was housekeeping. There was one employee however that was extremely unpleasant and actually lied to my self and other guests. I had my family there...we had four rooms...one family group checked in early evening on Friday, November 4 and she was rude to them unlike the two young ladies who checked me in early that day. Same employee was rude to other guests later in the evening. When I returned to my room on Saturday afternoon I found that I had not had any service to my room. Upon calling the front desk and inquiring about it the lady at the front desk said that it was only provided by request. I asked if I could at least get some fresh towels...she replied she was the only one at the hotel and I could come to the front desk and get them. When I arrived at the front desk there was another employee standing there with me and she seemed annoyed that she had to get fresh towels for me. I replied that would have been nice to know when I checked in and she said I could take it up with management in the morning and hung up on me.

I didn't like nothing about this property will never stay there again.

Had a 2 night stay but only stayed one night had to leave due to emergency back home. They wouldn't give me a refund for the 2nd night. I was charged for it.

Sheets did not fit on the bed, kept coming off, pillows smelled as if they were not clean and the towels smelled as well.
