We had a beautiful trip with our children and grandchildren. The house is lovely and suited our needs perfectly!

This house has tons of room to sleep, views of tidal areas, beach, and a great location on an uncrowded beach. The house manager was an excellent communicator.

This was a beautiful property for our family vacation. More than enough room for everyone in our group, and the beds and couches were very comfortable! The view is incredible as you can see the beach as well as the folleys/marsh and the access to the beach was basically in our driveway! We thought there was an issue with the pool, but upon messaging the host, someone showed up almost immediately to make sure we were all set! The only notes I have is that the pool furniture (lounge chairs) were pretty run-down and about half of them were broken in one way or another, and there was sand in the pool. I’ll chalk It up to nobody else flagging the broken chairs and the fact that guests most likely used the pool to clean off from the beach, but it would be great to be fixed in the future. Would recommend!

Place was great no issues. Beautiful place and great location. Just some helpful comments for maintenance. - stain on carpet in master bedroom - toilet runs in front bedroom - shower have very slow drainage - smoke detectors beeping - garage door on right side was not connected to door opener

It was our first time visiting Hilton Head Island and we couldn’t have asked for better accommodations. The house amenities were perfect for our group, and you can not beat having the beach right out your front door! Not to mention almost every room had a fantastic view. While the golf was world class, this beach house made the the trip!

Four different families met for an amazing time on the beach and simply being & visiting together. This house had it all and made it all possible. Plenty of room, a kitchen & pantry that left one wanting for nothing, 3 refrigerators, a wine fridge and an ice machine! Our entire party was pleased and that's not an easy thing to achieve.

We really enjoyed the house. The size and rooms were perfect for our multi-generation family, with 11 kids. The location was perfect, right at the beach. The pool was great. Everything was clean and lots of towels were provided. There are a lot of stairs so use of the elevator would have been really helpful. And the top floor washer/dryer were not working, but there was still one on the second floor. Nothing dries in the summer in Hilton Head so 2 dryers would have been nice. Otherwise, no complaints at all! We’d love to rent it again next year.

The house is amazing and the location to the beach is also amazing. Property manager VERY responsive and we had no complaints. I would absolutely go back if I have the chance.

Our group of friends celebrated my wife's 30th birthday. The house was very clean and ready for the stay. The pool heat was on as asked and ready for use. There were no issues. A couple suggestions. 1. Shuffleboard table needs "salt" or resurfaced. 2. Amenities were pretty light but sufficient (salt, soap, garbage bags, etc). We would definitely stay there again!

Large modern house with a pool in a great location close to the beach. The finish is practical.

The property was lovely. Plenty of space, close to the beach, many updates to the home, plenty of storage and kitchen was well equipped. Tony the property manager was great to deal with. He was quick to deliver and helpful. Just a few more updates would make this place perfect but overall perfect for families, teens, and kids.

Reliable property description and easy communication with the property manager. Perfect for our extended family to celebrate Grandpa Aha’s 80th birthday just steps from the beach. Beautiful views of the tidal marsh and the ocean. Convenient to amenities and great golf courses. We’d definitely come again!

We loved the views from the master bedroom and the upstairs bunk/playroom. It is such a lovely location bc you enjoy views of not only the ocean but also a pretty marsh. It can be totally relaxing and also a really fun house with the pool, games, beachfront location. Really pretty decor and nice appliances. They did an excellent job with the bunk beds and it has ensuites in every room. We want to go back, it is a great property.

We loved staying at this property over Xmas and New Year's Eve. You can walk to the beautiful beach, and playground with tennis/basketball courts are perfect for family with many kids. Property manager was responsive and helpful.

A great number of rooms, each with their own full bath and a few even configured for multiple kids. Large main floor common area with fully stocked kitchen, dining and living areas. Just steps away from the beach with a nice sized covered porch overlooking it. Views from the master are stunning! Management is very responsive.

Beautiful home but we were disappointed with the care of the home. There were holes in the wall, some things weren't very clean and there were things that needed to be fixed. Also, the home wasn't stocked very well.

This place was amazing. No better location and views. The access to the beach is at the back door. The house cannot be judged by the photos, it's the first place I have ever been to where photos just can't do it justice. Everything is clean and comfortable. The neighborhood felt safe and very low key. Beach was not crowded, and felt very secluded. Highly recommend.

This newly renovated home was perfect for our extended family! It is beautiful and spacious with a view of the marsh and the ocean. We will stay again!

Excellent location, very spacious and clean. Water pressure issues and washer dryer issues that definitely need attention. But overall great experience.

We spent most of our time on the 1st floor enjoying the open concept and beautiful views ..... the kids loved the pool area and were only steps from the beach .... Absolutely a 5 star Property , will book again FOR SURE

We spent most of our time on the 1st floor enjoying the open concept and beautiful views ..... the kids loved the pool area and were only steps from the beach .... The heated pool was very warm during our chilly stay. Beds are comfy. Everything was perfectly clean. Beach access is almost outside your front door, and there is a tiki bar with food/drinks just a short walk down the beach. A community park with tennis, soccer, basketball, baseball, and a playground is also a short walk away. The neighborhood is fairly private and close to groceries and restaurants. Fast wifi on numerous smart TVs gave our kids and adults plenty of entertainment options when not outside. Downsides are minor and few, but here are our only comments--the daily fee for the heated pool should have been clearly advertised on the listing website, not a surprise fee afterwards. Pics show what looks like a hot tub built into the pool. It is not, just a bit warmer section due to extra heat outputs, not independently controlled. The kitchen could use some new non-stick pans and oven mitts. Washer/dryer units are on their last legs. That's it though!
