Suzanne is an awesome host. Communication was spot on and timely. Dinner recommendations were very much appreciated and accurate. This rental has everything one needs for a great vacation. If our future plans have us coming back to the area I wouldn't hesitate for a second in staying again. Thanks for allowing us to stay!

Suzanne was an absolutely wonderful host, she met us to provide keys upon arrival, and took the time to walk us through the property and even drove around to show us the covered parking. The condo was clean, as pictured, has great view and easy access to the amenities. The property is super clean, there are always cleaners and folks maintaining the grounds. It was also super safe and quiet. Great place to unwind and relax.

Beautiful property! Nothing compares to the views from the balcony! The owners more than provide for their guests. Kitchen was fully stocked as well as linens. Suzanne was so welcoming and didn’t leave a detail out. It is a good distance from the condo to the water which was challenging with young kids but Suzanne made sure we were aware of that before booking. The section of the beach where the condo is is very quiet and not crowded with tourists which made our stay very relaxing. The pool was great for the hot days when we wanted a break from the beach. The one con we had was the condo pool attendant who really made you feel watched the whole time. We are rule abiding people but the pool attendants take it to a new level by constantly watching your every move.

Sometime when looked at photos in the listing, it's typically a few years old, but not this one. In fact, there was more update added to the unit not included in the photos such as TV is now mounted on the wall, the router has no antennas, swirl chair in the corner, just to point out a few. If I have to nit pick: -Kitchen appliances doesn't fully match (they're from multiple manufacturers) -Cookware could be a few more pieces. Maybe a stainless steel set. -Beach gear has sign of rust. As for the building, they could of blow the cut grass off the walkway and trim a tree a little so that it doesn't hit people on face while walking to the beach. But, like I said, those items are truly nit picking. Everything is functional. Highly recommended (even with 8 minutes walk to the beach)

Absolutely beautiful condo with very nice amenities. The owner, Suzanne, goes out of her way to make you feel at home and welcome. Great view of the beach and ocean from the balcony. Swimming pool was very nice, sizeableand clean. I will say that your walk to the ocean from the condo is long, so no back and forth multiple times a day to the pool or condo. Overall great condo, very accommodating owner, nice property and Marco Island as a whole was outstanding. Would definitely go back!

3 of us were more than comfortable in this unit. Every convenience has been made available. We experienced great communication with the owner and had no problems at all. Personally, I think having the owner live in the area makes a big difference. We stayed at a different location a few months prior where the owners live in a different state. The 2 experiences were vastly different. I would stay again with this owner without hesitation.

I cannot over state how lovely Suzanne is! She made us feel welcome and made things as easy as possible. She goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. I traveled with small children and she truly welcomes children into her rental. As for the rental, it was amazing! I very thing was perfect, including the view! We already booked for next year and would recommend this property to everyone. It was a perfect vacation!

Suzanne was a great host and answered all our questions about the condo/area. She put together a binder of information that was excellent. Her listing was 100% as shown. There were no surprises. Would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay at the Sandy feet retreat! The unit is very well stocked- from kitchen and cookware, to beach toys and supplies! Our favorite part was the balcony with the most beautiful view.

Great place to stay! Very comfortable accommodations and very tastefully decorated. Beautiful views from the balcony and from inside the condo. Only downside is walk to the beach-very deep beach takes a good 6-10 minutes to get to the water. You definitely get your steps in! Another note-can't see the sunset from the condo balcony. This is a great place to stay-owner has wagon, beach chairs & umbrella for you to use. They definitely want you to enjoy your stay!

We enjoyed daily walks on the beach, swimming in the ocean, and the beautiful sunsets. Suzanne provides clear instructions to make it easy to find and use everything available on the property.

This condo was perfect for our family of four. Suzanne was so accommodating- especially when we arrived at 2:30 am. Condo was clean and comfortable and well stocked. Location was great - near some good restaurants. Pool was never packed and all of the beach equipment was helpful - chairs, wagon, etc. Highly recommend!

What a perfect property. The condo was excellent. Well stocked with anything you may need, clean and modern. Just perfect. The owner was the best. She provided answers to any questions I may have had no matter when I reached out. I would stay at either of her locations again.

South Seas is a beautiful resort on the most perfect stretch of Tigertail beach. The communication with Suzanne from day 1 was amazing, she is very responsive and helpful. We've never stayed in a vacation rental with such attention to detail, there was literally everything we needed for the beach, in the kitchen, even found a first aid kit for a minor injury. Everything was clean, fresh and labeled (no guessing on light switches). The view from the condo is amazing! We would definitely stay here again.

Rarely you find a property nicer in person than on the website. This is one of those gems. Beautiful property in a beautiful location! Responsive owners who give you wonderful advice about the island. We enjoyed every aspect of this vacation! We will be back!

This condo is absolutely stunning. Bright, clean, updated, with the most spectacular view of the water. My family enjoyed our stay in the condo, with easy access to the condo’s pool, and a short walk to the beach. Suzanne is a wonderful host and provided everything we needed and more. All of her beach supplies were high quality, we used the beach cart and chairs daily. Check in and check out were super simple. Suzanne was very easy to communicate with. We would definitely book this condo again recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Marco Island!

I didn't think the listing of this property was advertised accurately. The online pictures must have been taken a while ago because the property was not as new and pristine as the pictures showed. In fact, the property could use a serious facelift. The master bathroom shower walls had brown stuff on the grout and all over the base of the bathtub. The bathroom fan in the master bathroom was hanging down from ceiling and there was dust hanging from it. The quality of the sheets, bath and beach towels were cheap and in poor condition. There was blood on one of the king size pillows on the master bedroom bed so we were not able to use it. The condition of the beach chairs and beach cart were poor as well. The beach cart was rusty and falling apart. The pots and pans were in such poor condition it was hard for us to cook breakfast a couple of mornings. We only had use of two small saucepans. The non-stick coating was scratched off in all three frying pans that were provided. The owner was attentive with the check-in and check-out process. However, during our stay, she kept texting us about things she needed to do to the property once we checked out which had nothing to do with us and kept wanting to bring things over to the property which gave us the impression that she didn't trust us and needed to check-in on her property. We also felt like she was somehow watching us too. Based on my experience, I would not rent this property again or recommend it to anyone either.

Suzanne and Lee are complete gems. Our condo was absolutely perfect, even better than appears online.. we had every amenity that we could’ve possibly needed.. extra details that we didn’t even expect! They were amazing communicators and did not leave one stone unturned from the best restaurants to how to work every TV and remote! Would 100% stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful peaceful perfect Marco Idkand stay!

The The property was beautiful !!Suzanne was great to work with, she even let us In the early once the unit was clean. The Condo had everything we needed and beautifully decorated. We loved the bed in the master bedroom! We really appreciated the wagon, Chairs, towels and cooler for our walk to the beach. This was our first time in Marco Island definitely recommend Snook Inn and The Speakeasy for food. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Can't say enough on how much we enjoyed our stay. Condo perfectly met expectations, view of the beach and ocean were absolutely terrific. Was it a rather long beach walk to get to the ocean? Sure, but what better way to burn off those Pina Colada's from Quinn's or the Grouper from the Snook Inn the nights before. No problems, with the trek. Suzanne was a very attentive, helpful, host, quickly responding to any question we had. Totally recommend the "Sandy Feet Retreat" to any and all Marco visitors. We hope to be back...

Great property!

The condo is absolutely what it looks like in the pictures. Tiger tail beach is beautiful and the view in the condo is breathtaking. It was a nice family oriented condo, everyone was very friendly. We also got to see 2 burrowing owls right outside the gate which was awesome!!! Thank you Suzanne for the use of your amazing place!!! Will definitely be back again!!

We enjoy eating at the variety of restaurants on the island and nearby Naples. Also love morning walks on the beach right out the door. Not happy with what I consider excessive VRBO charges added to the rental prices

The property is simply stunning. I would love to travel there in the future with the request that the sliding screen door be replaced and the cookware improved.

We have been going to Marco for 7 years. My wife and I talked about how this was our best trip. We both think that this condo was a good part of the difference. The unit is very well appointed, and the balcony furniture was great to set and have a coffee in the morning a drink in the evening. The view is really great, both a little bit of Tigar Tail park and the beach. We would definitely still there again.

We really enjoyed our week at South Seas and the beautiful condo! Excellent views, comfortable beds, and so much to do! Our three daughters loved it! We played tennis every day and it was nice that we didn’t have to reserve a court. We hope to come back soon. Great communication with Suzanne, who is an awesome host! Thanks again!
