Beautiful location, lovely home perfect for our age 5-82 range, well stocked kitchen, lots of opportunities for fun indoors and out. We never turned on any of the TVs. Thanks for a wonderful time.

This home is very nice and the location is great. We had a few issues but the manager was quickly on them. There is one issue with the AC that while trying to keep the main floor cool, the basement is very cold. The manager was having their HVAC guy come to look at it so it may already be taken care of. Heber Valley is beautiful and all 22 of us had a wonderful time.

The house is very spacious and clean. Kitchen is well stocked with all the things you need to prepare meals for a large group. We held a family reunion for my elderly parents with their 2 kids, grandkids and a few great grandkids. The backyard was nice with a beautiful view of Timpanogos. Pickleball Court was great! We really enjoy hanging out on the deck at night around the propane fire pit. The nights were quite cool so we used the tall propane heaters too. You do have to provide your own propane. Hot tub was good. It is kinda old and some jets don't work but the kids liked it. The only problem we had was with the parking situation. You are only allowed 4 cars in the driveway. The 3 car garage was full of the owners storage but you could get 1 extra car in there. Absolutely no parking on the street. It became a VERY big hassle to constantly be running people back and forth to Walmart to their cars and picking them up when they return from their activity to bring them back to house. It is a bit oxy-moron to rent a house that will accommodate 28 people but have no parking for everybody. I don't think the neighborhood is very keen on having a vacation rental on their street. Other than the lack of parking we had a great time and were very comfortable in the house and made great memories and it was great to be back in beautiful Heber Valley

We had a wonderful visit on this property. It was everything the listing said it was. Our kids had so much fun in the bunk and game room. It was close to food and Walmart. We would stay here again.

This is probably the nicest rental my friends and i have stayed at for our annual ski trip. Incredibly roomy (3 floors!) and a beautiful view of the mountains all around. The house was so clean and stocked with plenty of towels and blankets too. I just suggest bringing your own paper towels and cleaning supplies if you want them during your stay as i didn’t find any in the place :) The hosts are quick and responsive as well - thank you so much for letting us stay in your home! Hopefully we will be back some time!

The home was spacious, very clean, and well taken care of.

Overall this place is amazing. The kitchen is stocked super well. The space, OMG, there where way more beds then we expected. The view from the back deck is to die for. The only thing that could have improved our stay was supplying the propane for the fire pit/grill, seriously just that one small thing would be amazing, and with the few small projects happening in the ceiling and what not-get that done and it’s perfect!

We had a great time. The views were great. We enjoyed playing pickleball!

We loved sitting on the back porch with the incredible mountain views watching the sunset. Pickleball was fun for everyone.

We enjoyed our stay. The listing was just as described and perfect for our family reunion. Cleanliness was great and the backyard had great amenities. We had a small hiccup with some maintenance guys showing up unannounced but it turned out to be a miscommunication and the hosts took care of it in a timely and professional manner. We would recommend this vrbo to anyone!

Our overall experience was enjoyable. There were a couple of issues with not having enough kitchen cloths and swimming towels. The parking rule of having a maximum of 4 vehicles was a hastle. We had a large family gathering of 8 families and found it very inconvenient to have to park at Walmart. We loved the hot tub and pickleball court and velleyball area.

Overall the house was just what they said it was. We had some small issues but enjoyed the stay and would rent this property again.

We had a group of 12 guys there for a golf trip. Loved the location and the amenities at the house were great. Tons of room inside the house and the firepit outside, the hot tub and pickleball courts were all used frequently. Bart and Michelle were great hosts.

Wonderful place to stay near Park City. We stayed 5 days with family and friends for our yearly snowboarding trip and the house is perfect for us to stay and create some memories. The house is big and has a lot of rooms to accommodate 20 plus guests. We love the back deck with an amazing mountain view.

Van was too long for the two other bays. Parking is strict, nothing allowed on street. Lots of other homes have cars parked on street however. We had cars blocking other cars in since all cars have to be off the street and we had the max number of cars. I was not able to go hike a trail early in the morning because I did not want to wake up others to have them move their cars for me. Some of the tiles were not glued down or had gaps in the master bath. I would suggest glass front doors on the kitchen cabinets so guests can see what is in there without having to open every cupboard hunting for a bowl or plate or cup. No ice maker so buy ice if you need that. Overall a great location and we had a great time.

This was a fantastic place to stay to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday. The home was well furnished and had plenty of room for people to gather in the common areas which included a nice recreation room. The back deck was amazing with a great view of the mountains. We used the volleyball net in the side yard. Thanks for helping us create new family memories.

This is a great property for a multiple families traveling together to stay in one spot. The owners and their property manager are very kind and quick to respond to emails. The home is very spacious, clean, and a great house for vacation! The mattresses throughout the home are hard. Like hard to sleep on hard. The grill outside needs to be replaced as the one there now does not work properly. The tile floors throughout the main level of the home (front door, kitchen, door to garage) are SO slippery!! Every one of us was having troubles and the little ones were slipping and falling. Overall, a good place to stay, but does need some tweaks to make it great.

We had a wonderful time making memories with friends in this house! It was a great location in a quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac. It was close to shopping as well. The rooms were well kept and nicely put together, each with its own theme/color scheme. The two dining areas were plenty of room for the 14 of us who stayed here, and the family room area was comfortable as well. The big wow for us was the basement that had a room with 4 bunk beds each full/queen size and the game room with a foosball table, a pool table, game tables & a cute under the stairs play area! The check in process was great and Elora was quick with responses. Over all it was a wonderful place to stay and we’d definitely do it again!
